Hey guys! So I've rewritten this post about 5 times but I think it's now exactly how I want it to be. Keep in mind that this post is about my personal journey with doubts and how I overcame this hurdle and my opinions on how to overcome it yourself. Take what resonates with you and I hope this helps you đ I also apologize about how long it is, I really tried to make it shorter đĽş
I think the best place to start this post is with my own journey just so you guys know that this post isn't just me preaching randomly, but what I've learned from my own experiences.
I learned about the void state when it first started to gain popularity through Angel's (@divineangelbee) blog. Prior to this, I was in the subliminal community and had spent a few days scrolling through r/nevillegoddard and loatumblr. When I came across Angel's post about the void, I was so intrigued and excited. I think we all know the appeal of the void state. This state that you can easily enter and have any desire of yours instantly granted. I was stuck in really hard life situations before and this just seemed like a dream come true. I wanted to learn more.
Other blogs began to pop up talking about the void and I also did my own research. I found out that the void state was documented even before Neville, was present in multiple religions, was a common experience amongst the meditation community, etc. I began to grow more and more excited. It was real!
I began documenting my journey on tumblr on a previous blog and attempting the void myself, although it wasn't as easy as all the blogs said it would be. However, I didn't lose hope and was willing to fail a few times if that meant I was going to get all my desires. I also really liked to read success stories because I felt like they motivated me. However, I started noticing some things about a few success stories. People saying they manifested a gazillion dollars or saying they're dating a celebrity sp when their sp would confirm that theh were in a relationship with someone else (granted they could have been cheated on but how would that happen if you went into the void and manifested your desired relationship with someone?). I wouldn't call these success stories out but it began to sow doubt in my mind. However, I found comfort in Angel's blog. I was one of her anons and she would always reply to me on any questions I had and would always make the void seem so real, so easy, and so attainable.Â
Then, Angel was exposed and my doubts went wild. Not only was Angel my favorite blogger but she was the one who introduced the void state to everyone. If she was lying the entire time, who's to say the void state is even real? What if it's all some big lie made my narcissistic, attention seekers on tumblr.
I entered a period of time where I was just very stagnant. I didn't really believe the void anymore, I deleted my own tumblr blog documenting my journey and just scrolled through tumblr aimlessly.Tumblr, especially void tumblr, turned pretty hostile and I remember success stories were being called out, void bloggers were being exposed left and right, and it just became this very negative, very angry place. And all this just made me doubt the void even more.Â
But like Uzi said, "You'll get over it." And I did. But it didn't happen naturally, I had to really stop and take a look at myself.
What happened? What REALLY happened? I ultimately came to the realization that all this wasn't even about the void, but Angel's betrayal. I am really embarrassed about this now but back then, I was so obsessed with Angel. Like I wanted to be her so bad, I wanted to enter the void as easily as she could and I loved to keep up with her and send her asks and be her anon. Like I had notifications on for her and would genuinely get so excited whenever she posted, I cringe at the thought of it now.
Not only did I have this parasocial relationship going on, but I also had this association of Angel and the void. For those of you who don't know, Angel would always going around calling herself the it girl of loa tumblr and talk about how she introduced the void and I ate all of that up and in my head, I genuinely had this mental association of Angel to the void.
So when one was exposed, I just believed the other was fake as well. But that's not really the case, is it?
I realized tumblr was doing more harm than good and I deleted it. I'm not going to lie and act like I deleted it and just moved on. I had relapses and i would get so frustrated as to why I was so addicted to tumblr and I had to constantly self reflect. I watched a few videos on YouTube on being addicted to social media and I think that's what eventually helped me delete it and keep it deleted. After deleting tumblr for good, I went back to my initial research that I did when I first found out about the void. I reread everything. I did even more research. I began finding people talking about the void in various fields during various time periods. I was slowly rebuilding my understanding of the void as well as my trust.
I also indulged in a lot of things I didn't before. I remember listening to a lot of subliminals for the void state, limiting beliefs, and self love. [I know people will ask me which ones and I didn't have any playlists or anything but there were a few I really liked and felt like they made a difference so here they are: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8]. I loved (and still do) watching self care/mindfulness content like how to overcome doubts and become your dream girl and stuff like that.
During this time, I came to terms with something else. Taking accountability and blaming myself. Up until this point, if you had asked me why I began doubting the void, I would have blamed tumblr or the lying bloggers who were exposed. But honestly, that's not the case. It was my fault. The truth is, we all know that some bloggers are lying. Whether they're doing so to live in the end or just to get attention, it's something that happens. I know I got hated on for saying this before but I've literally gotten asks where people told me they got scammed by multiple bloggers who claimed they would enter the void for them and we've seen multiple bloggers get exposed so I think it's time we accept that this is just something that is going to happen in this community.
But other people lying should have NEVER affected me the way that it did. One tumblr blogger should have NEVER completely shaken up my faith in something as proven as the void as it did for me. And I couldn't just sit and blame others, I had to take accountability. I had Void Tumblr and Angel especially on such a high pedestal when it should have never been like that and that's why one blogger lying was able to have such a massive impact on me to the point where I was genuinely depressed.
I couldn't continue blame lying bloggers because that puts my faith in the void in the hands of external factors that I have no control over so I had to take accountability and blame myself for putting tumblr and Angel on such a high pedestal and just attaching my entire faith to tumblr and being so parasocial and obsessed with "the community" and Angel.
Also, I touched on this before but I definitely had a mental association in my head that:

Deleting tumblr and indulging in my research helped to breakdown that association but in order to make sure this never happened again, I had to completely reframe how I viewed tumblr.
Honestly, void tumblr is such a good resource when used correctly. There are so many amazing bloggers who put a lot of effort into helping others and share really good techniques and advice and I wanted to capitalize on that but to effectively do so, I had to really accept that some of these bloggers might be lying so to not depend on any success story for my belief.
Also, I promised myself to not engage in anymore loser activity. What is loser activity? (1) Being a parasocial fan and tying my entire faith in the void to a freaking social media app and a random blogger who I didn't even know as well as (2) hating on lying bloggers. Yep, both of these are loser activities. The first one is self explanatory but for the second one, the only reason I was hating on lying bloggers is because I was more obsessed with drama than me entering the void and was putting my entire faith into tumblr which is something I should have never done. Energy flows where attentions goes. Was I scrolling Void Tumblr for motivation or to learn tips and techniques to enter the void or to engage in drama? I wanted to enter the void and engaging in drama only increased my doubts so I had to cut that all off once and for all and I've stuck to that since.
I did end up downloading tumblr again after a while but this time, the way I viewed tumblr was completely different. By building up my faith in the void through research and by removing void tumblr off the pedestal I previously had it on as well as reframing how I was going to utilize it, I was able to use tumblr in a more effective manner as well as overcome my doubts and eventually enter the void.
So you might have been reading my personal journey and been like "why is this girl talking so much about tumblr?" Well, the reason is because tumblr was my trigger.
I remember watching this YouTube video that basically explained how almost everything that we do is a habit and our brain basically creates these habits to optimize our daily lives, including negative thought patterns. And our habits are triggered by something aka a trigger and then our brain basically creates a habit feedback loop, meaning whenever you come across that trigger, that habit will follow and if your habit is a negative thought pattern, you will spiral.
For me, the habit was a negative thought patterns of doubting the void and the trigger was tumblr and I would just spiral like crazy, doubting the void. I go really in depth to how I combatted my trigger above but I believe that everyone is different and I highly encourage you to sit down and really examine and understand yourself, identify your own trigger(s), and create a personalized plan for yourself because the thing is I can present all the evidence that the void is real to you but if you come across your trigger, you're just going to start doubting it again and it'll just be an endless loop until you actively combat it.
The best way to combat a trigger is to avoid it altogether, such as deleting tumblr in my case. However, sometimes people have triggers that aren't easily avoidable so it's really different for everyone and it's really up to you to plan it our for yourself because breaking habits is incredibly difficult so not only are you going to have to create a plan but the hardest part will be actually sticking to it but only by doing so will you be able to stop spiraling into doubt.
This section compiles a lot of the research I did [that I could still remember] that helped me overcome my doubts in the void, with some contributions from my lovely anons. I especially recommend the first 2 but keep going through all of them until you totally believe that the void state is real!

This ^ should be enough but if you're still curious, I would highly recommend browsing reddit and amino for void state success stories. You'll find a lot in shifting and ap (astral projection) communities as well as meditation communities! Browsing meditation communities is pretty beneficial as they don't really put pressure on themselves to enter the void so they end up entering it pretty easily and they have such good advice and shifting communities tend to have a lot of good motivation.

To summarize, my opinion on how you overcome doubts in your void state journey is by removing/combatting triggers that are causing you to spiral and doing your own research and learning about the void so that you can understand that it's a very real thing, not just something that exists on tumblr or in the loa community.
But I want to let you in on a little secret. The truth is I doubted the void up until I actually entered it and manifested everything. Not the void state itself. After all that research, I knew the void state was real but in the very back of my mind I was like "but will it guarantee all my desires?" But honestly, the truth is no amount of success stories or proof will convince you fully other than you actually entering in yourself and manifesting whatever you want. So don't be so obsessed with doubting holding you back. Focus on entering the void and once you enter, you'll find out for yourself if it's real or not. I know questions like this are genuinely annoying but iâm genuinely stuck and i feel like giving up, iâve affirmed & affirmed for days on end without giving up and yet theres like no sudden change whenever i âattemptâ to induce pure consciousness.
iâve studied it or rather; got information of it. And yet nothingâs happening, iâve read your post about how easy it is and i understand that, i donât focus on time, symptoms, no nothing. when i relax and day dream nothing happens. i remember relaxing for a hour straight yet nothing.
i donât over consume information, i donât doom scroll. i just genuinely want to experience something for the first time in my life tbh
any tips?

you actually need to forget about everything happening around you physically. don't worry about it. you could have induced pure consciousness within that same hour, but you're tracking the time. you're waiting for something to happen, which means that you were aware of your body. you're relaxing while hoping that something will happen, but that's not how it works luv (unless you manifested otherwise).
you may say that your focus wasn't on your body, symptoms, nor time, but you pretty much said that it was in your next statement.
you're waiting for pure consciousness to be induced.
it's kinda like you're treating it like a void to enter, when it's literally a state of consciousness.

IDC I have mastered inducing pure consciousness whenever tf i want. IDC I've become a master shifter who literally shifts JUST by thinking of my dr. IDC This reality is my playground, it's so malleable. IDC I induce void state and reality shifting at every attempt. I am. I am pure consciousness. IDC I induce void state and reality shifting instantly. IDC Inducing void state and reality shifting is so easy. IDC Failure doesn't exist. IDC I'm literally doing everything right. It's working. IDC I'm in my desired reality so I already have what I want. This reality is so malleable. IDFC I always get what I want cuz I fucking said so. I'm literally god. The creator. I manifest instantly. This isn't going to be formatted as well. I'm just throwing out information I keep getting asked about.
First of all, the void state is not a deep meditative state. You can use meditation to enter the void but it's not a meditative state because you're not aware of the 3d at all.
The void created your reality whether you like it or not but everything that happens to YOU was created by the pure consciousness. The reason your life was horrible is because you didn't know you could control it.
When you manifest with the void or in general, you have a few options. You can manifest literally anything and everything in THIS REALITY THAT IS YOUR CURRENT ORIGINAL REALITY, or you can shift. You get everything you want in this reality if that's what you want. If you wanna shift, you shift. You can script that nobody finds you weird but be careful and make sure you don't run into any trouble (you could just erase it even if you do so don't worry). You don't have to go anywhere. Nothing is impossible. Kind of the whole point of the void.
Alpha state is a state where you are still conscious but relaxed and not stressed out (unlike the beta state where you are stressed). Your thoughts flow freely in the alpha state and there is no restrictions caused by stress. You should always begin your meditation by getting into alpha state first because it makes going deeper in your mind even easier. It's also when you are focused on something for an extended period of time.
Theta state is a level deeper and it consists of reduced consciousness, lucid dreaming, REM sleep, etc. This is when we are about to go to sleep or wake up in our minds during dreams (lucid dreaming).
Now DELTA state is what babies and infants stay in when they're in the womb. It's a state where you lose bodily awareness and have access to your conscious mind. This is why so many get into the void with delta waves.
Alpha: So to induce each of these states, you have to meditate. But the levels of meditation are different. For Alpha State, you can use the distraction technique by @luckykiwiii101, follow the Nordic Witch meditation on youtube, or do the Silva method.
The silva Method is basically lying down and taking 3 deep breaths. On the first deep breath, imagine the number 3 and say it in your mind three times. Do the same for 2 and 1, breathing deeply each time. Afterwards, you count from 100 to 0. If you're not used to meditation, 100 to 0 should do it. But if you meditate constantly, you might need to do 100 to 0, then 50 to 0, then 25 to 0 to reach deeper levels of consciousness.
Theta: Theta waves is fairly easy. You need to stay still and allow your body to fall asleep. Take deep breaths and visualize a candle or an object in your mind (anything works great). Keep your focus on either your breathing or the object.
Delta: Delta waves can be induced by yoga nidra or transcendental meditation
Transcendental Meditation:Â Transcendental meditation is a type of meditation that involves repeating a mantra. This type of meditation is effective in reducing stress and anxiety levels.
Does that sound familiar? Yep, SATS requires a mantra or a looped visualization as well. Yoga Nidra also gets you into delta state. That's why it works. You visualize and hold this visualization as the last thing in your mind before you lose consciousness (waking consciousness that is).
So the point of all of this is that if you have not been able to induce pure consciousness despite trying the methods, it means your mind is overactive. I don't care if you fell asleep during a method. That just means your mind went from active (beta) or overactive (gamma) to Delta directly (because delta is induced when you sleep naturally).
Let's come back to the void. Like we discussed earlier, the void is not a meditative state. So why do meditative states lead you to the void? It's because meditation allows you to disconnect from your physical body and go deeper within your mind. The void is the purest state of consciousness. Each brainwave is a state of consciousness.
So the way to actually induce the void (a foolproof technique) is to not expect when you're doing the methods. Let me explain:
When you do any method, during it and after you're done and if you have not fallen asleep, you look for symptoms or signs. This brings your mind back to beta because you're questioning, searching etc.
When you stop expecting, you're letting your ego be put to rest. So the next time you do a method, if you feel that you're not stressed, move forward with any method and don't look for symptoms. But if you've been stressing out all day, do an alpha meditation first and then do anything else. The distraction technique is still technically SATS. You use the alpha state meditation to relax and then you visualize which puts you into theta, and eventually delta, then finally pure consciousness.
That's all I have right now.
where was this fear of inducing pure consciousness rooted from?
from the idea that you probably can't induce pure consciousness, cuz you think you might do something wrong? from the idea that you may not be able to induce pure consciousness at all, cuz you aren't worthy of inducing pure consciousness? where was your fear of inducing pure consciousness rooted from?
a lot of us still hold on to the idea that pure consciousness is "an actual void we're entering". a place outside or somewhere literally inside of us. that we are leaving our bodies to enter a dark instant manifestation plane. the idea looks easy but sounds like it could be hard, and that there's something you could be missing. is that where your fear rooted from?
that following the exact routine someone else did might help them "enter the void". that inducing pure consciousness is scarier, becuz of the "symptoms" (which actually occurs because your brain is checking to know if you're asleep). is that where your fear rooted from?
being convinced for a long time that you must work (hard) to achieve your desires, which also meant that inducing pure consciousness and manifesting your dream life is also hard. so when it seems too easy to be true, something has to be wrong and you will fail. is that where your fear rooted from?
well i can assure you that the life you desire, is within molecule-distance.
this fear you have bottled up inside of you, was once inside of me too! so i completely understand how you're feeling 𩷠but what you must understand, is that you don't have to live life the hard way anymore. you know about the law and you know about pure consciousness, so you know more about your self. you know that pure consciousness is only another state of consciousness, and that it is easily induced when you forget about the 3d and you immerse yourself in your imagination (daydreaming, freeing yourself in your thoughts, affirming, having internal dialogues, singing songs or rapping in your head, etc.). everyone can induce pure consciousness. yes! even YOU reading this! inducing pure consciousness is as easy as inducing sleep (or even easier!).
don't stay in this mindset that life must be hard to get through as time goes by. you'll end up being the person that constantly thinks that everything in life must be hard.
but trust me. it doesn't have to be hard.
inducing pure consciousness isn't a new concept. your subconscious mind already knew about this state of consciousness, but it was time that your conscious mind knew too!
you were literally born with the ability to induce pure consciousness cuz you were born with the state. there's no reason to be fearful of failure. if you're fearful of failure, then you're still stuck in the "nothing is done with ease" mentality. a mentality stemmed from the 3d, and it needs to be bidden its farewells. there was nothing to be scared of in the first place until you thought of something to be scared of. whatever you thought of to be scared of was simply a false idea you instilled which caused fear. one of the ways to diminish this fear, is to know and understand the truth, and to get rid of those false ideas of pure consciousness. i know many of you still don't believe that you can induce pure consciousness today, tonight, and even within this very hour, but trust me. you can!
it seems to me that y'all are more fearful of an undesired outcome. but that simple "outcome" is staying in the awake state. or, fearful of being disappointed in yourself.
but the thing is, how will you know the simplicity of pure consciousness if you don't bother inducing it cuz of fear? even if you didn't induce it, note what you were doing, and note what pure consciousness is. if you were constantly stressing about time, note that. also note that pure consciousness is a no-time state. if you were constantly stressed about feeling your body, note that. also note that pure consciousness is a state of consciousness where you're not aware of your body. there's nothing wrong with learning and apply. but putting it off, cuz you don't want to disappoint yourself again will not help you in any way.
trust me when i tell you, for the how muchth time ion even know atp, pure consciousness is just like being awake, or being asleep. just like it. they're all the same concept, and you know you can't force yourself to become neither. just relax, close your eyes, and let your thoughts or daydreams wander without worrying about pure consciousness, then boom! you'll induce pure consciousness! and for those fearful of disappointment, just go for it without caring about any outcome! trust me, there's literally nothing to be scared about! with every learning attempt is a step closer to success! so keep going!

You have all the information, why arenât you applying. You tell me you have been in this community for 6 months, a year, 2 years+, but how many of those days youâve spent in this community have you actually applied, how many of those nights did you actually apply and donât just fall asleep after 5 seconds.
And i know why youâre lazy, itâs because youâre scared, youâre scared of inducing process, whether it be success or failure. You make yourself busy with scripts and subliminals, âiâll script this really cool thing firstâ, âiâll scroll a little on tumblr firstâ âlemme just look at the success story hashtag before i do it, it really motivates meâ You try and distract your self, you delude yourself into thinking youâre being productive but really you donât want to, if you wanted to you wouldnât be here and I will ALWAYS stand by that. You put it off until the last minute and then when it âdoesnât workâ you run back to tumblr acting like you actually did anything.

âlet me just add this one thing to the planâ, âlet me look at inspo for book covers and art styles for illustrationâ, âlet me go to my book writers group on tumblr and see if they have anymore advice for me even tho i know how to write a fucking bookâ
I know itâs comforting and validating to be in the âwaiting periodâ, the period of anticipation. You want to go shopping for a vacation, pack your suitcase, look at reviews on social media, plan the pics youâre going to take, but getting on the actual plane can be scary, you ask yourself âwhat if they deny my boarding passâ, âwhat if i fail to make it on timeâ, âwhat if im not eligible to fly for whatever reasonâ, you donât want to leave your comforting circumstances and even the trip itself scares you just a little, so you cope by buying all the vacation outfits in the world, saving inspo pics into a pinterest board, looking at vlogs of other people going to that place. You canât bring yourself to get on the fucking plane.
You need to apply, and properly, 2024 is almost over, the amount of weeks we have left isnât even in the double digits anymore, I donât want you to make it to the end of this DECADE still keeping the tumblr âforyouâ page company, watching people coming and going feeling paralysed as people who came here later than you pass you by. I know the feeling sucks but whose fault is that?
I want you to scrap the amount youâve been here. Since youâre the operant power right? I donât care how many weeks, months, years youâve been here, scrap it, youâre going to start afresh and youâre going to actually apply, when you have the time, youâre not going to go back to your notes app, notion or pinterest to script some more, youâre going to apply.
A lot of you have the knowledge that majority of the world doesnât and time on your hands, do you know how powerful and extremely fortunate you are, to have time AND knowledge? i donât think alot of you understand how much of a privilege that is you are unstoppable yet you stop yourself out of fear that you will âfailâ to tap into the void and let yourself down. You are so privileged to know what you know and to have the time to apply it, so do it, your not gonna scroll on tiktok for a few more minutes or shove a million subliminals down your throat to âprep yourselfâ youâre just going to take a breath and do it. Induce pure consciousness, and if you fall asleep scrap that assumption and do it again.
Look at your life right now, do you honestly like it, do you like envying others for having what you can have at the snap of your fingers. Do you like the life you are living?
I want you to tell yourself that you will not be the reason for your own demise. you will NOT be the reason that itâs 2026,27,28 and so on and you donât have what you want.
please just go and apply, i donât even know you guys and it hurts watching you kill time when you couldâve had everything a day ago, an hour ago heck even 5 minutes ago.

hii!! Setting intention is different for everyone. It's whatever you want it to be.
Going to sleep to wake up in your dr is an intention.

Whatever you believe is setting an intention is setting an intention.
And about being afraid of success, if you're really so scared of it why do you keep on trying? Let go, don't do it anymore. You can't do that can you? Then you're not afraid of success, you're afraid of not achieving the success you hope for everyday.
Shifting is not a physical thing. Nothing is. You can't achieve something that is YOU. In the end only you can help yourself cause you know yourself best.

It represents transcendence and connection to universal consciousnessâthe formless, eternal aspect of reality.
Turiya is the underlying state of wakefulness, dream state and deep sleep. Experienced yogis and meditators find it easy to transition from wakefulness and Turiya. For the rest of us, transitioning from the other two states is easier.
In sleep, Turiya can be accessed by cultivating awareness during the transitional states of dreaming and deep sleep phases, where ordinary consciousness is dissolved but awareness remains. Here's a detailed explanation of how to use sleep as a pathway to Turiya:
1. Waking, Dreaming, and Deep Sleep as Portals:
In waking (jagrat), the mind is tied to the external world. In dreaming (svapna), the mind is absorbed in internal projections. In deep sleep (sushupti), the ego and mind dissolve, but there is no awareness. Turiya exists as the witness behind all these states, observing without being bound by them.
2. Sleep as a Natural Entryway:
Sleep provides a fertile ground to access Turiya because the mental activity reduces significantly, and the ego temporarily dissolves. With training, awareness can be sustained during the transitional phases and deep sleep.
3. Awareness as the Key:
The critical difference between ordinary deep sleep and reaching Turiya is awareness. Normally, in deep sleep, consciousness is inactive. To experience Turiya, one must retain awareness as they transition into and through sleep.
1. Preparation Before Sleep:
Meditation: Before lying down, meditate to calm the mind and detach from sensory distractions. Focus on your breath or a mantra to center your awareness.
Intention Setting (Sankalpa): Set a clear intention to remain aware as you fall asleep. A simple affirmation like, "I will remain aware as I drift into sleep and beyond" can help.
Body Relaxation: Practice body awareness or progressive muscle relaxation to ease tension. This creates the foundation for effortless transition into subtle states.
2. During the Hypnagogic State (Between Waking and Sleep):
Observe the shifting mental states as you fall asleep. Be a witness to the random images, thoughts, or sensations without becoming attached to them.
Focus on a mantra, breath, or inner sound (nada). This acts as an anchor for your awareness.
Stay relaxed but vigilant, avoiding active engagement with any arising mental content. The goal is to observe without being drawn into dreams.
3. Cultivating Awareness in Dreaming:
Practice lucid dreaming techniques. By becoming aware in your dreams, you begin to dissolve the boundaries between dream consciousness and the witnessing state of Turiya.
If you become aware that you are dreaming, remind yourself that you are the witness of the dream. This awareness is a step toward accessing Turiya. Follow one of these.
4. Maintaining Awareness in Deep Sleep:
In deep sleep, there are no thoughts, forms, or perceptionsâonly pure stillness. To reach Turiya, the goal is to remain aware during this formless state. When people say they "woke up" in void, this is what they mean.
5. Practice Witnessing the Transitions:
Pay attention to the gap between wakefulness and sleep, between dreams and deep sleep, and between sleep and wake fullness. These gaps are portals where the ego dissolves, and pure awareness/void can be glimpsed.
1. Falling Asleep Completely (Losing Awareness):
Solution: Strengthen your practice of mindfulness during the day. The more aware you are in daily life, the easier it becomes to retain awareness during sleep.
2. Restlessness or Overthinking:
Solution: Practice calming pranayama (like Nadi Shodhana) before sleep to quiet the mind. Or switch between direct and indirect techniques.
3. Difficulty Transitioning into Deep Sleep Awareness:
Solution: Focus on the witnessing state during meditation daily. This helps train your mind to maintain awareness even in non-ordinary states. Or use Lucid dreaming techniques instead.

that should be enough to answer your question but if your still doubting yourself in persisting/whatever and are still wondering (smh) âhow do you persist?â you just keep choosing what you want, over and over again. itâs not about forcing it or overthinking, itâs about staying steady in what you know is yours. no matter whatâs happening around you, no matter how things look, you hold onto your vision. you donât need proof or signs. you just decide. persistence isnât about fighting reality. itâs about knowing that reality will eventually catch up to what youâve decided in your mind. when things donât seem to be going your way, you donât panic or give in to doubt. you stay firm. you stay committed to what you want, knowing that everything else is just temporary. the outside world? itâs just reflecting what youâve already chosen internally. itâs all about consistency. you keep believing, even when it feels like nothingâs changing. persistence is trusting yourself enough to stick with it, no matter what. when doubts come up, you acknowledge them, but you donât let them take over. you trust that what you want is already yours. you keep choosing it, day after day, moment after moment, until it becomes real(it already is within). so, how do you persist? you stay steady. you stay loyal to your desires, no matter what the 3D shows you. you hold on, knowing that reality always bends to your will in time. and you do it with trust, with ease, because you know that what youâve decided is already on its way.

Hii! I am pretty new to the Tumblr shifting community and I didnât really plan on posting anything but after browsing around a bit, I kind of wanted to give my two cents on shifting. I used to be active in the Amino community back then but then I took a break to focus on myself. Some time passed since then and I have been shifting pretty regularly now. And after looking through some posts, I wanted to share some things to maybe help others.
Disclaimer: I fully believe shifting is personal and should be tailored to you. What works for me might not work for you and thatâs okay! However, I would be very glad if this helped someone. Also excuse how I explain some things. Since I just got back, Iâm not very caught up with new shifting terminology so Iâm just going to explain how I understand it instead.
You are only consciousness. That is what you are and what you will always be. There will never be any reality, circumstances, doubts, fears, or anything tied to you unless you allow it to. You as consciousness, your only role is to experience and be conscious of things. So as you become conscious of new things, you shift.
As consciousness, your natural state is the void state. You only experience reality when you take on a vessel, which is your body. So through these vessels, you experience reality. And as you live in these vessels, you will encounter its emotions, doubts, and thoughts. This is why people say you are not your doubts or fears, because truly you are not. You are only experiencing it through the vessel. They are not your own, but the vesselâs.
So to shift realities, you simply decide a reality then become conscious of it. Literally just that, you decide and then become. Thereâs nothing more or less to it I swear.
I think the reason why many people fail to comprehend this is because they had been putting in so much effort that they couldnât believe how actually effortless it really is. I think itâs because they try to force it without understanding how it just comes naturally. Shifting shouldnât be about taking control but rather just be. I see people asking how this and how that and am I doing it right, and I just want to say forget all about that and focus on just being.
You had always just been consciousness experiencing reality through a vessel your whole life. You had always made a choice on a reality then proceeded to become aware of it. So now decide on that reality that you want and just be conscious of it. Thatâs all it is. If it helps, help yourself understand that you are only consciousness. Remind yourself throughout the day, when you experience this vesselâs doubts, or before you sleep. Truly understand that you are not tied down by anything because you are literally just consciousness.
If you question why you should listen to me, it is because I was in your shoes before. For a really long time, I really thought that shifting is just not something I could do and that it was all just an inside joke. I was at my all time low and I just didnât know what to think or believe anymore. Yet, here I am, shifting as regularly as I sleep. That being said though, I donât want you to idolize me or envy me. Donât idolize a consciousness when you are literally one as well and can do anything I can.
