đŸŒ What is 22/7 diaper training ?

22/7 diaper training is a more flexible approach to 24/7 diaper training. It's not related to the number of hours spent in diapers but rather to the integration of diapers into daily life !

DEFINITION :

22/7 involves wearing a diaper all the time but with flexibility and freedom !

on some days you will wear a diaper 24/7 and on other days less...compared to 24/7 where the diaper is worn permanently without excuse, 22/7 gives you the possibility of not wearing a diaper in situations/ activities with specific criteria to be defined !

the 22/7 is suitable for people wishing to create a healthy balance between the experience of wearing a continuous diaper (which relates to private life), and social life

HOW TO DO 22/7 ? :

22/7 means you wear a diaper the majority of the time, but it's not as rigid and strict as 24/7 !

you have to have specific rules for situations where even if it is uncomfortable you still have to keep your diaper on or situations where you really don't wear one, (but situations where you don't put one on are rare) , for example: I don't wear a diaper to go to the doctor, nor to play sports, and at the conservatory I force myself to wear one, but sometimes I tell myself no (it will depend on what I have to do and my outfit)

if you remove your diaper for your reasons, you absolutely must put one back on as soon as the activity in question is finished!

unlike 24/7, where the diaper must be worn continuously without exception, the 22/7 allows flexibility but with a limit: no exception (time when you are not wearing a diaper) must be extended, and these exceptions must still be quite rare! Situations where you have to remove your diaper must be a rare and one-off exception, you must under no circumstances remove it for the whole day for example!

for health concerns about the skin of your buttocks, with diaper training 22/7 you have the right not to wear a diaper for 45 minutes or less per day (on the sole condition that you keep your buttocks exposed) to let your skin rest!

WHY DID I CHOOSE DIAPER TRAINING 22/7 ?

(I already know that I have already done diaper training 24/7 for 1 year) but I prefer the 22/7 because this model is ideal especially if you have an active life (I am a musician), but you want to live in diaper daily you like that!

I find that 22/7 allows you to have a good balance in your adult life, I also find that it is a lifestyle that allows you to meet your needs while doing diaper training!

Titre : Le Match de sa Vie

Titre : Le Match De Sa Vie

Chapitre 1 : Le rĂȘve d’un jeune prodige

LĂ©o, 17 ans, Ă©tait un jeune prodige du football. RepĂ©rĂ© dĂšs l’ñge de 12 ans par un centre de formation prestigieux, il avait tout pour rĂ©ussir : technique, vision du jeu et une dĂ©termination sans faille. Pourtant, un obstacle inattendu menaçait son rĂȘve : le stress des grands matchs.

À chaque fois qu’il se prĂ©parait Ă  entrer sur le terrain pour un match important, LĂ©o ressentait une boule au ventre. Peu importe les encouragements de ses coĂ©quipiers ou les conseils de son coach, le trac prenait toujours le dessus. Un jour, Ă  son plus grand embarras, son corps cĂ©da sous la pression : le stress le rendit incontinent.

Chapitre 2 : Le poids du secret

LĂ©o Ă©tait dĂ©vastĂ©. Il n’osait en parler Ă  personne, pas mĂȘme Ă  ses parents. Il se rĂ©fugia dans le silence, trouvant des excuses pour Ă©viter de jouer les matchs. Ses entraĂźneurs commencĂšrent Ă  douter de son engagement, et certains coĂ©quipiers murmurĂšrent qu’il manquait de courage. Mais la vĂ©ritĂ© Ă©tait bien plus complexe.

Chaque fois qu’un match approchait, l’idĂ©e de rĂ©pĂ©ter cet incident l’angoissait encore plus, crĂ©ant un cercle vicieux.

Chapitre 3 : La rencontre qui change tout

Un jour, alors qu’il ne supportait plus cette situation, LĂ©o prit son courage Ă  deux mains et consulta un mĂ©decin spĂ©cialisĂ© en gestion du stress. Lors de la consultation, il expliqua, non sans difficultĂ©, ses problĂšmes.

Le médecin, compréhensif, lui posa des questions sur ses émotions et sur la maniÚre dont son corps réagissait au stress. AprÚs un long échange, il lui proposa une double solution : suivre une thérapie pour apprendre à mieux gérer son stress et, à court terme, envisager une solution pratique et discrÚte : porter des couches pour adulte lors des matchs.

Au dĂ©part, LĂ©o Ă©tait rĂ©ticent. Il trouvait cela humiliant. Mais le mĂ©decin lui expliqua que ce n’était qu’un outil temporaire, une aide pour lui permettre de surmonter sa peur et de se concentrer sur son jeu.

Chapitre 4 : Reprendre confiance

Lors de son premier match avec cette solution, LĂ©o Ă©tait nerveux. Il craignait que ses coĂ©quipiers ou les adversaires s’en aperçoivent. Mais en entrant sur le terrain, il remarqua quelque chose de diffĂ©rent : il n’avait plus cette peur paralysante. Pour la premiĂšre fois depuis des mois, il joua comme il le faisait Ă  l’entraĂźnement.

Son coach, impressionné, le félicita à la fin du match. Personne ne connaissait son secret, et Léo commençait à retrouver le plaisir de jouer.

Chapitre 5 : La victoire intérieure

Au fil des mois, avec l’aide de son thĂ©rapeute, LĂ©o apprit Ă  mieux gĂ©rer son stress grĂące Ă  des techniques de respiration, de visualisation et de mĂ©ditation. Il finit par ne plus avoir besoin des couches, mais il se souvint toujours de ce pas important qu’il avait osĂ© franchir.

Un an plus tard, il disputa un match dĂ©cisif pour son Ă©quipe. Devant des milliers de spectateurs, il inscrivit le but de la victoire. Ce jour-lĂ , LĂ©o ne remporta pas seulement un match : il triompha de ses peurs et prouva que les obstacles, aussi inhabituels soient-ils, peuvent ĂȘtre surmontĂ©s avec du courage et du soutien.

Épilogue

LĂ©o devint un exemple pour de nombreux jeunes, prouvant que la force mentale et l’acceptation de soi Ă©taient tout aussi importantes que le talent. Ses dĂ©buts marquĂ©s par des dĂ©fis atypiques le rendirent encore plus admirĂ© dans le monde du football.

How i became incontinent!

I've never had great control. But i'll share how i got to have real accidents day and night.

First, wear diapers, and go whenever you feel like you can pee. Wearing a diaper feels like constantly standing in front of a urinal so you'll constantly be reminded of your bladder and over time itll be easy to wet in all positions, even walking. Try out rapid desperation where you over hydrate yourself and pee at the slightest urge. Once you're peeing every ten minutes, youre gonna try to hold for an hour and a half. All while still drinking water every 15 minutes or so. At about 45 minutes you should feel very desperate. Goood luck making it. If you do this 2 days in a row your sphincter gets way too overworked and stops being able to hold much back. There are some health concerns about over hydrating...something about losing sodium in your body, so remember to eat while doing this and maybe drink gatorade. You should have protection on your bed cause you're sphincter will be out of commission until you stop doing holds. I did rapid desperation like 4 days in a row and since then i get sudden intense urges to go along with body spasms if I hold too long. As well as bedwetting so make sure you have privacy to do laundry and have diapers in your bedroom. You can also do cpr-like compressions on your full bladder which basically annoys your bladder and causes it to tense up. In order for the bladder to expand - it has to relax, but pressing on it will cause you to get really desperate without a lot of pee in there. And you'll probably leak while doing it. Pro tip: if you do the cpr thing on your bladder while also doing it on the base of your penis, you'll leak uncontrollably even without desperation because you're moving the external sphincter while manually contracting the bladder. I dont know where this would be for girls, probably right at the pee hole...ill have to do some experimenting with that 😈. Apparently peeing just in case is bad for the bladder so I'll also just go to the bathroom or wet my diaper even when i dont even feel anything. It probably atrophies the bladder. .So yeah thats all ive done and its worked amazingly, I love actually needing my diapers and having that fear of having accidents! I haven't had any luck yet with stress incontinence though - that's peeing when scared, laughing, running, and sneezing. But im working on laughing instead of pushing when going to the bathroom, so maybe that'll allow me to lose control while watching comedy and horror movies 😬
