I love this and agree that his gentle nature and nice demeanour is different from the tough and nail guys and I love that his personality is different from theirs
I miss Skyfire so much, but I'm starting to think that his soft scientist personality died with his name. There is no longer a Skyfire, only Jetfire :(
I think he will come back. IDW gave us similar so we can only hope there’ll be a return to that someday.
I think it’s just.... transformers has plenty of tough and nails guys and badasses who can beat shit up. What makes Skyfire stand out from them is that he’s so different. That he has this gentle nature and nice demeanour. It feels so different and it’s what I love from him.
I love koryuu he’s so cute
Sam: *holding a salt packet* It’s just a little sodium chloride.
Paul : Actually Sam, it’s salt.
Sam: That’s what I said, sodium chloride.
Paul : Uh Sam, that would be salt.
Paul : *takes salt packer from Sam* This is iodized table salt, which in addition to sodium chloride contains anti-caking agents and potassium iodate, which is added to prevent iodine deficiency. So not only are you being overly pretentious by insisting on using scientific terminology for everyday items, you are factually wrong. Your arrogance is your downfall, you annoying little shit.
I’m feeling sad now…
*Paul and Sam enter a dive bar*
Paul : Look, I know you’re disappointed but could we at least have a drink.
Sam, in a scuba diving suit: I would like leave, please.
Izuminokami: Nothing in life is free.
Yamanbagiri: Love is free.
Koryuu : Knowledge is free.
Ookanehira: Friendship is free.
Hizen: Self-respect is free.
Nansen: Everything's free if you don't pay for it.
The Squad: ...
Koryuu : Nansen, that's illegal-
Izuminokami: No, let them finish!
He looks so beautiful🥺😭
Okay, new boy name was confirmed
七星剣= Seven Star Sword .(Shichiseiken)
Based on wiki this sword name of a sword made designed after chinese taoism ideas of protection, with the Big Dipper in mind (Big Dipper are the seven brigthest stars of the Ursa Mayor, and looking at the sky is may as well be the ursa mayor, if I'm wrong is because i don't know anything about stars)
So this may be another sword that depicts a handful of swords with the same name, or be focused on a sword with that name or a few of them, we dunno.
Focusing on famous japanese swords that are seven star swords, we have two that were once placed besides the tre sacred treasures and then one was reforged by abe no seimei and then burnt down again.
There are more examples on the wiki, but I think that this sword probably is the seven star sword of the Shitennoji collection that is a national treasure. It belonged to Prince Shotoku (574-622-Asuka period ) and had been rusted since Kamakura period until it was polished after the 2 world war by Kokei Ono, and now is at tokyo national museum.
But that's just my guess. I really like his design!!
Very awkward!
