First he taps into their parental instinct, making sure they take care of something helpless, then the eggs are played SO WELL and all have distinct personalities and communicate with them, to the point where the streamers get genuinely attached - and the eggs tell them that they love them back, strengthening the bond even more….all of this only for them to ripped away. Absolutely brutal.
