Do you ever feel like SHIT? Like life is moving so fast, and youβre stuck, tired, or completely drained? cuz same ππ»ββοΈ. Thatβs why I started looking into Japanese and Chinese habitsβbecause I'm searching for slow down type of lifestyle, finding balance, and creating small moments of peace in the dawm chaos. Now, I know some of yβall will say, 'Itβs overrated, youβre just obsessed with China or Japan,' but hear me out these habits arenβt about trendsβtheyβre rooted in centuries and theyβve genuinely helped me improve both physically and mentally. If youβre ready to stop just surviving and start thriving, keep reading. These little changes might just change your life too.
First off, warm water in the MORNING. I used to roll out of bed and go straight for coffee or cold ass water cuz my throat is DRYYYY , and honestly, my body hated me for it fr. But then I read about how in Chinese medicine, drinking warm water first thing in the morning is seen as a way to wake up your body gently. And let me tell you, IT WORK. No bloating, no sluggishnessβjust a simple, calming way to start the day. Sometimes I add a slice of lemon, and it feels like Iβm doing something kind for my body before I even check my phone
Two Ikigai.( I talked Abt Ikigai and how to achieve this concept click here!) Japanese concept changed the way I see my day-to-day life. Itβs basically finding purpose in the little thingsβlike, not waiting for some huge life-changing moment to feel fulfilled. I used to put so much pressure on myself, thinking I needed to achieve these massive goals to be happy. But Ikigai taught me to slow down and find joy in small things, like enjoying my morning tea or journaling. Itβs a game-changer for anyone who feels like theyβre always chasing something bigger.
Another thing Iβve started doing is Tai Chi or qing gong. I know I knowβit looks slow and kind of boring, but hear me out. Itβs like moving meditation, and if youβre someone who struggles with anxiety (like meeey), this will center you like nothing else. Itβs not about burning calories or anything like that; itβs about connecting your body and mind in the most peaceful way. Even just 10 minutes a day leaves me feeling lighter and more focused. (Click here to watch a video of it) When I first started, I thought, 'This is way too slow for me.' But then something clicked. The slowness is the point. It forces you to focus on your breathing, your posture, and every little movement. Itβs like a moving meditation that clears your mind while strengthening your body.

i love glamour magick and i've noticed such a huge difference in my appearance and love life ever since i started using it on a daily basis! you only need 3 ingredients and it's very easy to make.
all you need is;
moon water
dried rosebuds/rose petals
dried jasmine flowers
i use 10-15 rosebuds, 1 cup of moon water and 1 tablespoon of jasmine and i boil it on low heat for around 15 minutes.
when it's done just let it cool, strain it well and transfer it to a spray bottle or a jar. you can even put your own sigils on the container to make it even stronger!
i suggest making a small batch every 7-10 days and keeping it in the fridge so it doesn't go bad.
i use it every single day on my face, my whole body and even in my hair while repeating my affirmations and i've noticed a huge difference. i look and feel more beautiful, i'm more confident, my skin is glowing, i keep hearing compliments everywhere i go and i feel adored α₯«α‘

both roses and jasmine have very strong love, confidence, self love and beauty properties and jasmine is also an aphrodisiac so if you affirm for it it can also make you more sexy and magnetic and it can really improve your love life and your sex life!
