However, the thing is that SPN can still be all those things and maybe even more than before if they decide to go down the Chuck Won road once they make a new season/a movie. Imagine Dean figuring out that he is basically in a simulation, in Chuck's perfect world and the only way to break out of it is him believing that he is worthy of being alive. Imagine him rescuing Cas from the empty, a paralled to Cas rescuing him from hell all those years ago, just like what all of us wanted to see. It is all still very much a possibility. And that both scares me and makes me giddy with excitement
