transness is so beautiful and wonderful i hope every trans person reading knows they are loved
nonbinary is a complete gender. you can be just nonbinary. you really don’t have to align yourself any more specifically than that
you don’t have to find the perfect just right word for your experience, you don’t have to parse out what named gender you’re closest to on a spectrum, what subset of nonbinary most closely reflects your truth, weigh your masculinity against your femininity against your androgyny to see what the total comes out to, you don’t have to label your gender by its relation or opposition to the gender you were assigned
all those things are great for exploring your gender & if you can find a home in them more power to you
but you don’t have to. you really can just be nonbinary
“what if kids identify with something and it ends up just being a phase-?” good. stop teaching and expecting kids (and adults honestly) to formulate permanent traits and ideas of themselves. everything in life is a phase. that doesn’t make it any less legitimate while you experience it. let people explore themselves and know it’s okay if what you think about yourself changes.
"Neopronouns are made up!!!" ah yes, made up pronouns, as opposed to the organic, 100% natural she/he/they pronouns, handpicked from the trees
that comment about how you should not borrow grief from the future has saved me multiple times from spiraling into an inescapable state of anxiety. like every time i find myself thinking about how something in the future could go wrong i remember that comment and i think to myself: well i never know, it might get better. it might not even happen the way i think it will and if it does happen and it is sad and bad ill be sad about it then, when it happens. and it’s somehow soo freeing
I JUST SAW SOMEONE CALL THE GAY FLAG THE SEA AND THE LESBIAN FLAG THE SUNSET AND IM GONNA CRY THAT IS SO BEAUTIFUL I LOVE THAT SM
SHUT UP ABT FLAG DISCOURSE THIS HAS SOLVED IT GAY/LESBIAN SOLIDARITY FOREVER
ok. so if people, regardless of their gender, using whatever pronouns they feel comfortable in (lesbians using he/him, gay men using she/her, non binary people using he/she) invalidates trans people who get gender euphoria from people using the proper pronouns because of the way they are gendered for THEM personally, why is this argument not used for the concept of unisex names? if a womans name is henry (for example), are you gonna say she’s invalidating trans men for having a masculine name? are you gonna tell her its HER fault that people will dead name trans men now? are you gonna hold up the same standards you have for pronouns (which were INVENTED to replace peoples names back when only two genders were recognized in eurocentric cultures) for peoples names?
pronouns are like names. unisex, changeable, and purely exist to refer to someone in the third person. and if you dont use someones name and pronouns properly, youre transphobic. its as simple as that.
happy pride month from your queer knight <3

any adhd kids out there that loved long (3+ hour) car rides because it gave you an acceptable excuse to stare blankly out at an ever-changing background and listen to music on loop / daydream extensively please raise your hands. i wanna check something
You know what? Fuck you.*goes by joyfriend cause it makes me happy and if you really don't like it cause you think its 'infantilizing' then just don't fucking use it, jesus christ*
We need to stop letting people who dont like body hair speak. About anything.
