How to enter Theta (General Outline):

Relax your muscles

Clear your mind by using breath awareness

Use a trance induction technique.

Optional: Use binaural beats/ Hemi-Sync

Deep Relaxation:

Every method I've seen skips this step. Deep physical relaxation will help enter the theta state and disassociate from your body. On a more esoteric level, it also increases holistic energy flow to the secondary and primary energy systems, making all your major chakras more active.

Get in a comfortable position.

Focus on each muscle in your body from your feet to your head. Focus your awareness on it. Every time you breathe in, feel it soften. Mentally say soften to it.

Know that every time you do this, you relax further and further.

Optional Variation: Tense each muscle before you relax it, this helps target your awareness in that muscle.

Make sure you get the facial muscles since they are like a master switch for relaxation.

Breath Awareness:

You need to control your monkey mind or Ego to maintain control in an altered state of consciousness. This is also important for life and spirituality. The easiest way to do this is to let the monkey mind feel important by making it watch your breath. Whenever your mind wanders, acknowledge your thought and let it go. Don't get upset at yourself or else this will create a negative feedback loop. Meditation can be hard, but so is anything worth succeeding at right?(not when you're in your DR though just script that you know it already).

Breathing Patterns:

If you can manage a specific breathing pattern this would be awesome. I generally aim for 4 seconds in, 7 hold, and 8 out. This pattern is like a natural tranquilizer. I do the retention/hold after my exhale because I find it more comfortable. The only way you will realistically be able to exhale for 8 seconds is by contracting your glottis to let out really small amount of air. When you do this you should sound a bit like Darth Vader. I usually use just this breathing pattern to enter trance.

If you can't do this, that's totally fine, just do whatever is natural and comfortable.

Breathe deeply and slowly. Let your diaphragm rise and fall.

Count down from 50 to 0. After each breath cycle say the number in your mind.

Focus on your breathing and gently return your mind to this whenever you get distracted.

Induction Techniques:

This is the last piece of entering trance. The reason people say "falling" asleep is because of the falling sensation created by a lapse in consciousness. We aim to recreate that falling sensation using induction techniques. If you've already entered the Theta state and felt the symptoms described earlier then you can skip this and start your shifting method.

Note: Don't count up when using induction techniques because there's no defined ending for the count and your mind will try to continue.

The Elevator:

Breathe gently and deeply.

Imagine you are in an elevator. The elevator is open and surrounded by hard granite walls.

Count down from a certain number. I usually do 7, but that's because trance is really easy for me. I would suggest starting with something under 30.

Breath once per count. On the out breath, feel the elevator go down a floor. You must feel this sensation of going down as best as you can in a relaxed way. If it helps, repeat that you are going deeper with every repetition.

Repeat this until you reach the end of your countdown.

There are a lot of different trance techniques just like this one. You can also imagine you are going down a staircase, climbing down a rope, or anything else that simulates the feeling of downward motion. Every time you go into this state it gets easier. Now when I want to get into theta I just breath and recall the feeling of it and that usually does the trick.

A Weird Eye Trick That Helps You Enter Theta:

This is a super useful mudra(body position) that helps you enter altered states. Also, you might see some weird stuff when doing this since this is like your body's natural scrying mirror. This is also the position that your eyes naturally take when you sleep so it's a great way to trick your body into going into an altered state. Finally, if you experience any vibrations at any time while shifting, you should use this trick and it will most likely intensify them.

Look up at the area in the middle of your forehead. Roll your eyes up and try to look at it. Don't strain to much or the tension will undo your relaxation.

Hold this position whenever you feel like it. This can be a trance induction technique just by itself

Anon and everyone else who falls asleep quickly while trying to enter the void, just assume that you will get in as soon as you fall asleep. What I like doing is the lullaby method, SATs, or just setting the intention with a statement.

For Lullaby: It is technically used with an affirmation of gratitude. So using “thank you” or “I did it” is great! You can also repeat to yourself “as soon as I fall asleep, I will be in the void.”

For SATs: Literally just get comfy as if you are falling asleep and replay the scene of you getting into the void over and over (you can also just do it once and relax knowing you will get there like I do). Visualize a comforting darkness, and not hearing anything. No intrusive thoughts. Just your natural state.

Intention: I tell myself once, “I will wake up in the void! I just know I will.” And, then just trust yourself.

Some people also like vaunting where you are talking to someone or yourself about how easy getting into the void is for you. This is all just to get you into that state of knowing you will reach the void as soon as you fall asleep. You got this! The void is so easy and you can get in with any method you want!

This post is split into 3 sections:

I. 🌷♡ Why people "fail" at entering the void state ♡🔮:

First of all, it is impossible to fail at the void state. If you didn't get into the void state it just means that you are choosing to be in the state of someone who hasn't entered the void, and you have the choice to change that.

The reason why people are "unable" enter the void state is because that is the state that they are in, they are in the state of always “failing” at the void. That’s their state, therefore that is what they’re going to see. Another thing that people do is that instead of taking the time to change their inner-self, they keep giving into the 3D and trying to change it.

Change comes from within. Imagination/consciousness/the 4D is what creates your reality. The 3D reflects the 4D. When you're looking at yourself in the mirror, you cannot change your reflection by changing the mirror, you have to change yourself. The same goes for the 3D and the 4D. You need to change yourself, you need to change the state you dwell in. Your state is your reality, and your dominant state is what reflects into the 3D.

Every time you accept that you yet again, “failed at the void state,” and that the void is a “hard thing to achieve,” you are just inducing the fact that you haven't gotten into the void yet and you are struggling with it.

We know that our 4D = our real reality. So all you have to do is decide that in your 4D you have entered the void state a million times and that you have already manifested everything you want and bam, you’re a master at the void state and you have all your desires.

Once this becomes your dwelled state, it’s done. You’re a master at the void state.

II. 🌷♡ Entering the state of being a master at the void ♡🔮:

In order to shift into the state of being a master at the void state, all it takes is making the final decision that you already are someone who always gets into the void state instantly whenever you want.

You make that decision by affirming, visualizing, or simply just knowing that you are a master at the void state. After you do those things, you can move on with your day knowing that creation is finished, it is done, there's nothing else you need to do.

The term “creation is finished” in this situation implies that the moment you affirm, visualize, or simply just know that you are the master of the void state, there’s literally nothing else you need to do and you have officially shifted to the state of being a master of the void state.

Congratulations! Now you are officially a master at the void state, and all you have to do is continue to persist in that fact.

III. 🌷♡ Maintaining/persisting in the state ♡🔮:

Maintaining this state may be a little bit tricky at first, but once you continue to persist in it, it'll become easier and it will begin to feel more natural.

It’s all about how frequently you go back to the state. In order to go back to this state as frequently as you can, it all boils down to your persistence.

So for example: if you like to affirm, keep affirming that whenever you can that you are a master of the void state, if you like to visualize: keep visualizing yourself tapping into the void state instantly, if you just like to know: feel the content and satisfaction that it is done, you are the master at the void state right now! In your 4D, you should be living as someone who always enters the void state effortlessly whenever they want and has all of their desires. Any time you catch yourself falling out of the state of the wish-fulfilled, just simply remind yourself that it is done, and you are a master at the void state. Here are a few affirmations you can use that can help shift yourself into the state:

"It is done."

"I have everything I want."

"No matter what, I am a master at the void state."

"Getting into the void state is literally so easy for me."

"I love how getting into the void state is literally just a part of my daily routine."

Reminder: You are NOT doing these things to get what you want, you are doing it to remind yourself that you ALREADY HAVE what you want! You already are a person who is a master at the void state, so you’re just reminding yourself that that is the truth. You are not trying to achieve anything, you are recognizing the fact that you already have achieved what you want, as you are embodying the person who already is a master at the void state and has all of their desires!

The state of your mindset is determined by the deeply ingrained beliefs you have hidden in your subconscious. Your subconscious beliefs about yourself sculpt your mindset into the way it is which has influenced and shaped your very own perception.

When you believe something, you completely accept for that certain thing to be true. You are satisfied in accepting that something is true to you. Your underlying belief system is the underlying structure for shaping your behavior and perception.

The only reason that you have a "victimized" or confident perception of yourself is because on a deeper, hidden level you believe these things to be true for yourself.

~ Subconscious Beliefs: ~

▪︎ Your subconscious beliefs were shaped and formed in your early childhood which influences your perception.

When you are a child, your mind is incredibly susceptible to soaking up any information to be accepted as true because an established set of beliefs has not been formed as of yet during this time.

Your mind was able to easily absorb information and limiting beliefs that were handed down to you as a child from your family, school, and society for you to accept as true. 

As you're growing up, you develop a firm set of beliefs that you have accepted as true from your parents and society, which are accepted in your subconscious mind.

You were conditioned to accept certain beliefs as true and ultimately brainwashed by society all these years since childhood for you to believe yourself to be a "victim" to the "harsh facts of reality."

This is the deeper reason behind why so many of you doubting yourselves and your own ability to manifest your desires.

It is simply because society and the media did not condition you to be empowered as powerful creators of your own reality. You were falsely conditioned and brainwashed to see yourselves as helpless "victims" without any sense of control over your own life experiences.

Society and the mainstream media trained us all to be "victims" and let me tell you, the false teachings in society were pretty damn convincing in their performance. They certainly had me fooled, and I give them a standing ovation for the all the lies and the deception.

Society took you for a mindless fool who would accept their false "truths" as facts. Those deeper beliefs you developed in your childhood have influenced and impacted you throughout your entire life. Your original belief system ended up influencing your behavior, the way you think, and your perception.

▪︎ { Your subconscious beliefs shape your perception, which sculpts your experiences in your own life. You are experiencing your reality through a certain lens of perception. }

Aside from societal brainwash, you may have been raised by your parents to be humble and think of others before yourself, so the result of that today would be that you may struggle with having confidence in yourself.

You may have been taught by your family to believe that money is "hard to get by" or "you need to work hard" in order to be successful. That influenced your perception towards money as a result, and now you may be convinced that you need to work hard in order to make money or become successful.

If you grew up believing yourself to be a "failure" or "not good enough" in your own eyes then today's result would be that you suffer from incredibly low-self esteem, feel a lack of motivation to pursue after your goals, and you would struggle with having any confidence in your own capabilities. You subconsciously believe yourself to be a "failure" or " not good enough" and all those beliefs have no choice but to reflect upon your conscious mind.

If you grew up hating yourself then today's result would be that you may suffer from self-hatred, you lack self-love, and you may experience depression as a result.

If you experienced having trouble with friendships or losing many friends in your childhood then today's result would be that you may struggle with trust issues, fears of abandonment, and issues with wanting to socialize with others. Those kind of issues would deeply affect your friendships and your romantic relationships these days.

If you seriously struggle to believe in yourself, or have confidence in your own power as a manifestor, it is all coming from your established subconscious belief system. You must subconsciously hold a certain belief in order for it to influence your perception.

Your conscious mind reflects the deep, hidden beliefs you hold within your subconscious mind. In order to for you consciously believe something as true, you need to have the same belief in your subconscious otherwise your conscious mind will not be able to believe it. Your subconscious beliefs determine your mindset which influences and shapes your perception.

It all stems from your subconscious beliefs which ultimately influence your perception of yourself and your own experiences. This is what you must truly understand if you want to change yourself and your mindset for the better.

Those beliefs were deeply formed from your childhood and your belief system became established as true in your subconscious mind, which has affected you throughout your whole entire life. Every time your beliefs were "mirrored" back to you in your "external reality" as a result, those beliefs were further reinforced as true in your subconscious mind which strengthened your belief in those beliefs on both a conscious and subconscious level.

Your own personal subconscious beliefs are the entire foundation for your perception.

Your conscious mind has no other choice but to reflect your subconscious beliefs. You subconsciously believe all your beliefs about yourself to be true.

You are what your subconscious believes to be true.

~ Reprogramming Your Subconscious:

Your negative and limited belief systems are what holds you back and prevents you from achieving your greatest potential. It is all in deeper beliefs of your subconscious mind.

In order to create a lasting change in your subconscious mind and form new beliefs, you have to completely bypass the gatekeeping conscious mind. You slip the affirmations into you subconscious to establish the beliefs you want to accept as true which will inevitably influence a change in your behavior and perception.

You can change the state of your mindset and alter your perception by sending the same set of affirmations to your subconscious mind through a daily listening habit of consistent repetition during the process of reprogramming your subconscious beliefs.

After enough repetition of your subconscious mind hearing the same affirmations, the opposite belief system inevitably gets accepted and established as the new set of beliefs in your subconscious mind. Your mindset and behavior then changes to match and support the new subconscious beliefs as a result.

Until your limited subconscious beliefs are reprogrammed and replaced with the new beliefs you want your mind to adopt, your mindset will remain still in the same state it is now living in and your old beliefs will continue to negatively affect your perception of your reality.

By allowing the old subconscious belief systems to persist and control the state of your mindset, you will continue to experience the same negative and unwanted perception which manifests the experiences you have in your own reality as the creator of it all.

~ Repetition Is Vital: ~

When you begin the process of listening to your audio, the affirmations are sent to your subconscious mind which influences the state of your conscious mind.

During the process of your daily routine you will then begin to notice the results and experience a change in your perception. As you listen to your audio every day, your results will only become better and better over time the longer you listen to it.

Your results drastically improve because the new belief system you want to install in your subconscious mind is being further reinforced.

Your subconscious mind learns and accepts new, and unfamiliar beliefs through loads of daily, consistent repetition.

Eventually, when you receive enough repetition of listening to your audio, the affirmations are finally accepted and deeply ingrained as your new subconscious beliefs and those desired changes from your affirmations manifest into a reality for you. You two possess the same infinite power to manifest absolutely anything, but you severely doubt your power while these other confident manifestors have faith in themselves and their own power to manifest whatever they desire. *It is all about mindset.*

You completely lack the self-belief and confidence needed when it comes to your own ability to manifest. This is the only issue here.

If you truly had confidence and faith in your ability to manifest, then you would not be struggling with manifesting or desperately "trying" to manifest whatever you desire.

Intentional manifesting is all about having confidence in your own abilities to manifest whatever the hell you desire. That's what you truly need to understand. You need a wake-up call.

You clearly do not believe in yourself, and you do not have confidence in your own power to manifest. That's basically what it comes down to at the end of the day. You need to open your eyes and be honest with yourself about the state of your current mindset. The disposition of your mindset is the reason you're struggling.

*Stop victimizing yourself when you are the operant power of your own reality*.

You are the God of your own reality and you can manifest absolutely anything you desire. Nothing is off limits and this whole entire universe is your oyster. You just need to take action to change your mindset, so you can finally manifest your desires with ease and live the reality of your dreams.

"When should I expect my results?"

▪︎ Everybody is different, and their subconscious mind will respond to subliminals differently. You can begin to see results instantly. It could take a few weeks, or it can even take a few months. Everyone is on a different journey and hold different types of negative beliefs in their subconscious. The most important thing is to continue to listen to your subliminal, no matter what. Have patience and keep listening. Your patience will definitely be rewarded.

"When should I expect full results?"

▪︎ For a full and permanent change in your mindset, listen to your subliminal consistently for 3-6 months. The longer you listen, the better and more awesome the effect of your results. 3 months is the recommended minimum, but if you have been heavily struggling with the same negative beliefs and trash mindset for most of your life, then I would highly recommend going all out with your subliminal and hitting the 6 month mark for maximum change.

"What if I want to listen to my subliminal for longer than 6 months?"

▪︎ That's incredibly awesome, and your results will be greatly enhanced as a cherry on top. The longer you listen, the deeper the new beliefs will be ingrained in your subconscious. The results you experience around the 7-8 or 8-12 month mark will be drastically improved and much *greater* than the original results that manifested around the 3 month mark. You would notice a much more incredible difference in comparison. After you reach 6 months, the rest is all about your personal preference and what you want to do. You make that decision for yourself.

"What if I'm already satisfied with my results? Can I stop listening?"

▪︎ You keep on listening even once you are satisfied with your results and staying consistent until you hit the 6 month mark. You want full and permanent results from all the dedication and commitment you are putting into transforming your mindset for good. You keep going and don't look back.

"How often should I listen to my subliminal every day?"

▪︎ The minimum: at least twice a day. I personally believe that the more you listen to it, the better. I like to have my subliminal playing on loop throughout the day while I enjoy watching my movies, shows, or reading some books. The important thing is to just keep yourself busy, don't focus on the "time" for the results, and live your life in the meantime. Your results will come, and your dedication will pay off.

"Can I have affirmations for another topic in my subliminal?"

▪︎ Yes, you can. In fact, adding affirmations for self-love, self-esteem, and happiness would be amazingly beneficial for you. Especially for those who are suffering from depression and want to cure those issues from within.

"What if I have been listening for X amount of time, and I want to update or add more to my affirmations?"

▪︎ Do not do this to yourself. Do *not ever* update your affirmations, add any more affirmations, or make any single type of change to your set of affirmations once you have completed creating your own subliminals. Once you have finished writing your original set of mindset affirmations, that's it. You must completely stick with them. I will say it again, you must remain *consistent.* at all times. Consistency greatly pays off in the end.

"Can I just assume that I have my full results in a week?"

▪︎ I will seriously never understand people with this type of thinking.. *deep sighs*

My answer for this absolutely ridiculous attempt to find a loophole for "faster" results is this: how in the hell do you expect to manifest this new assumption for yourself when you are listening to your mindset subliminal in the first place because you are *struggling* to manifest for yourself?

You're not seeing the greater picture here. What's not clicking for you?

Conscious manifestation is all about your mindset and right now, the current state of your mindset is deep down in the trash. Actually commit yourself to changing your mindset for good and stop trying to do the cheap version of this system.

Seriously, stop trying to "cheat the system" and commit yourself to this. Dedicate yourself to this process for the sake of changing your life or you will continue to remain in the endless vicious cycle of "struggling" to manifest your desires. Don't you want to break the cycle once and for all?

This is a serious commitment to yourself and the life you desire. This is not for the weak-minded or those of you who demand full results within 5 minutes or only 7 days of listening. These type of impatient expectations seriously need to come to an end.

Basically I am gonna be direct I am always direct in everything

basically I am gonna do the silva method 2 yes I entered the void state before it was somehow by the help of myself (my subconscious mind) and @rosellesworkshop she really helped me a lot

I didn't post anything about what I manifested but basically I typed everything in Google notes and I put an affirmation "I have every on my void list" and I affirmed in my void state it was pretty easy but such a vivid experience it's so special so peaceful to me but at the same time it was just normal because that peaceful vibe I have been always feeling it my whole life because of my self-concept

what I manifested I can literally say everything but it's almost a lot of things it would take me 2 hours to say it all but gonna make it simple because someone messaged me here asking if it's life-altering?

Yes entering the void state and manifesting in general is life-altering but it isn't that special like it's normal you have been manifesting everything your whole life based on your thoughts your imagination and your feelings also I felt that I am worthy of entering it and manifesting thru it because i just want it and why wouldn't I be worthy of it? I just focus on controlling what is inside of me and as a result the outside already changed as my thoughts changed and my feelings changed

SATS: State Akin to Sleep Guide

I've mentioned that the SATS method is one of my preferred methods for manifesting and shifting, and as such, a lot of people have asked how I use it. So here's a little guide on what it is, how to do it, etc!

SATS: State Akin To Sleep Guide

Before I start this guide I need to clarify some things because I often see confusion regarding this matter.

The state akin to sleep is just a state of consciousness. It's not a method.

The SATS method that most people talk about, refers to one example of using this state to manifest. This specific method does include visualization however, there are tons of other SATS methods that don't. I'll be going over the visualization method as well as the lullaby method and mentioning a few other options for you in this guide.

Now that I've got that out of the way!

First, what is SATS?

You sit down for the purpose of creating a state akin to sleep, as though you were sleepy, but do not push the drowsiness too far, just far enough to relax and leave you in control of the direction of your thoughts.

The State Akin To Sleep (ie SATS) is a state of consciousness where a person is completely relaxed, and often somewhat drowsy, yet is still aware of and in control of their thoughts.

This state can happen at any time of the day, however, people are most often aware of it right before they go to sleep and right after they wake up. It's still important to note that you can get into this state whenever you want, not just before sleep!

Now, remember what I said at the very beginning, SATS is just a state of consciousness. There are multiple different methods one can do while in SATS. There are also other things you can do in this state, not just methods! I'll talk about this more further down.

Now that we know what SATS is, let's get into some SATS methods!

Neville Goddard explains one of his personal methods of using SATS to manifest as such:

Get into a completely comfortable position and start to relax

Know what you want to manifest and decide on it beforehand

Decide on a scene to visualize that would imply you have your manifestation (ex: manifesting being rich and visualizing seeing millions in your account/counting money/etc)

Once you've decided both of these things, allow yourself to fully relax and enter sats (try not to think too hard about this - just relax)

The moment you enter this state, visualize your scene on repeat until you fall asleep or decide to stop.

Another version, the Lullaby Method, is extremely similar but uses repeating affirmations in place of visualizing. So do go through the first two steps and then instead of visualizing a scene, pick one or a few different affirmations to repeat until you fall asleep or decide to stop.

The Vaunting Method is another method that can be done in the state akin to sleep. To do this method, simply pretend to have a conversation with someone of your choice, and then talk/brag about your manifestations. This one is popular with people who don't like repeating the same aff over and over again and prefer their affirmations to sound more natural, hence the conversational tone of it. This method doesn't need to be done in SATS but it is a fun option.

"Feeling it real"

In this feeling, it is easy to touch anything in this world. You take the simple little restricted action which implies fulfillment of your prayer and you feel it or you enact it. Whatever it is, you enter into the action as though you were an actor in the part. You do not sit back and visualize yourself doing it. You do it.

Neville repeats quite often that "feeling it real" is very important to this method. I want to make it clear that 1. you don't need to feel it real and 2. feeling it real is actually a lot easier than people think it is and most people are able to do it.

"Feeling it real" in regard to visualization or affirmations usually refers to that feeling of confidence or assuredness that you already have your manifestation. Say you're manifesting your desired face; feeling it real would come with a feeling of just knowing that you have your DF and the scene that you repeat would actually feel real, not necessarily in a physical sense, but in a way that you know it to be true and you're not just imagining/wishing for it to be. So again, it's not about feeling physical sensations, it's more about feeling the emotions and thoughts that you would feel if you were actually experiencing your desires in the 3D.

For example, if you're manifesting being rich, imagine the emotions and feelings that being rich would give you. Would you feel happy? Comfortable? Secure? If you're manifesting a partner, what emotions would you feel being with them? If you're manifesting a vacation or a new phone or getting accepted into your desired university etcetc, imagine the emotions, thoughts, and feelings you would have if you were experiencing this right now.

Try not to be worried if you can't feel it real or it doesn't come easily to you at first. Tons of people manifest without feeling it real, myself and a lot of other loa blogs here included! It's not necessary, it's just another option that can help. It's another facet of knowing your desires already belong to you. Which... they do! Regardless of your doubts and fears, they belong to you. You already have them. This is partially why feeling it real works and also why it isn't technically necessary. It works because you're acknowledging that you already have it but it's also not necessary because you quite literally already have it, regardless of how you're thinking.

Common Questions

How do you use the SATS method to shift?

It's basically the same thing! Instead of visualizing/affirming something about a manifestation, you would just visualize/affirm your DR/WR.

Is visualizing necessary for the SATS method?

I answered this above but I want to say it again. Yes and no. Visualizing is one of the methods. That specific method is a visualization method. However, there are other methods that use this state that don't include visualization.

I know a lot of people like to say you don't need to visualize for the SATS method, and they're like... partially right. The state akin to sleep isn't a method itself, it's just a state of consciousness. There are hundreds of different things and methods you can do while in the state akin to sleep. However, the specific SATS method that most people talk about in loa and shifting circles is referring to one of Neville's methods which does include visualization as a major component. So no, you don't need to visualize while in SATS, but yes, visualization is part of that specific SATS method. I know it can get confusing, which is why there's so much debate about it. It's mostly semantics though and once you know that difference, it's a lot easier to understand these conversations and figure out something that works for you.

How do I get into SATS?

You can let yourself enter it naturally by sitting/laying in a comfortable position and calming yourself down. I have a post that gives a few different options for getting and staying relaxed.

Again, try not to overthink this! The state akin to sleep is literally just a state where one is completely relaxed (and could drift to sleep) but is still awake and aware of their thoughts. That's it! You don't have to be getting ready to sleep to enter SATS. If you've had one boring class, you've probably gotten into SATS during the day!

Is the SATS method necessary to manifest/shift?

No.

Can I move while in SATS?

Yes. This isn't the military - do whatever you want. No, you won't get knocked out of the state if you move.

What are other methods that use SATS?

Besides the ones mentioned above, one of Neville's other methods was feeling thankful; essentially feeling thankful for your life and for already having your desires while being in SATS (this one also employs the feeling of the wish fulfilled). I'm not sure if there's a name for it, but another one is to listen to music, subs, and/or waves that remind you of your manifestations/desired realities while in SATS. Again, there are other options, these are just some of the most common ones!

Do remember that the state akin to sleep is simply just a state and you can do literally whatever you want in it. You can make your own method that works better for you! Don't be afraid to just lie there and try something out.

Intention governs our brain into focusing on a specific task and make sure, we get it done.

Step 2 :

Get into a comfortable position. You can either sleep on your back or lay on your side, anything works tbh. And there's no specific position that you need too lay in. Choose whatever makes you comfortable, love.

Step 3 :

Keep your right brain awake! Guys, this is so easy istg. You can keep your right brain awake by :

- Listening to your fave song ( just like the zone out method by ghostfest), now tell me what's your fave song? Just pop into YouTube, play your fave song for about 15 minutes on loop. Don't blast it, play it like at a medium volume.

OR

- MAJOR TIP, you can imagine your desired scenario. If you're a daydreamer like me and can't stay still then doing this will most definitely help you. All you need do to is imagine something, ik some of us can't sleep without our romantic scenarios, so you can do that. Whatever you want to imagine , GO AHEAD!!

Step 4 :

Stay still! Don't worry, you don't have to stay still for hours, but only for 15 minutes. By staying still, you are convincing your brain that you are sleeping. You only need 15 minutes :-). And when you're staying still, begin moving your eyes fairly rapidly in all directions - imagine you’re looking at the night sky and you’re trying to look at every star. If your eyes start to feel tired or hurt, slow down a little. You can do this with your eyes open or closed - up to you! You’re doing this to trick your body into thinking you’re in REM sleep. This also helps keep your mind awake. You can do this about 15 times.

Step 5 :

In about 15 minutes, you will start feeling like you are floating. But, about 15-20 minutes you will start to feel like you're floating. Also, you may feel like your body is numb, twitching, etc. Now, don't get excited or move! It's just your body telling you that your left brain is completely shut off and your subconscious is awake.

Step 6 :

Start affirming and you'll literally tap into the void state instantly. You can affirm " I'm in the void right now"and your subconscious will make that immediately to happen because our conscious mind is completely turned off and won't interfere with our Affirmations. And once you're in the void state, you can say your desired Affirmation ♡. Once exiting the void state, you will have what you affirmed for instantly.

What's the best time to do this method?

- Before bed and right after you wake up.

Is this method Guaranteed?

- Yesss!! It's really popular in the shifting community and helped a lot of people to shift and manifest their desires.

What happens if we move and does it ruin the process?

Honestly, nothing will happen. Start again and don't put pressure on yourself. It's only for 15 minutes. Remember, we do move in the night, but after that we tend to become still again. So, if you moved, don't panic because you can start again.

Does it really take 15 minutes for left brain to be shut off ?

Scientifically, yess.

Is moving the eyes necessary?

I'd say yess, if you want bypass going into Rem sleep and stuff. It's all about convincing your brain and this is perfect.

Can we listen to any music?

Yess!! Whatever song you like <33

Will we enter the void right after our left brain is asleep?

You will enter instantly because your conscious mind is asleep and your subconscious is super suggestible.

Summary :

1. Set an intention that you will get into the void state ( optional).

2. Get into a comfortable position. Whatever position that makes you comfortable.

3. Keep your right brain awake! You can listen to your fave sings, or imagine any desired scenarios. You can do anything that relaxes you.

4. Stay still for about 15 - 20 minutes. When you staying still move your eyes either closed or open around in circles. By doing this, it will convince your brain that your in REM sleep. You can do this 10-15 times.

5. It takes 15 minutes for your body to be convinced that you're sleeping. You'll start feeling symptoms like floating, tingling, etc.

6. Start affirming for the void state and you'll get there almost instantly because your subconscious is full awake. Start affirming for your Manifestations.

Today we will talk about how to enter sleep paralysis.

My personal experience of sleep paralysis.

I had an experience with sleep paralysis, but I entered it by accident, perhaps because I didn't get enough sleep. Many people say that it happens when you sleep on your back, but I had it constantly on my side.. Most often I experienced it in the morning. At first I didn't know that it was possible to fulfill my desires in this way, so I couldn't use it properly. But after that I managed to achieve small successes.

I remember how I accidentally found myself in a sleep paralysis and I remembered the emptiness. I began to assert emptiness and it was as if my eyes began to darken, but at the same time I felt that I was lying on the bed, and not flying somewhere. But then I got scared and stopped. And I also came out of paralysis, it usually doesn't take me long. The next day I again accidentally entered sleep paralysis and I again began to assert emptiness. But the symptoms were stronger, it felt like my body or mind was moving somewhere, my body seemed to be burning, it was so strange, my eyes also darkened. Then I decided to open my eyes for some reason and I saw my room again🤦🏼‍♀️ So, sleep paralysis is the only method that brought me closer to emptiness the most.

How to enter sleep paralysis.

In fact, I don't have any technique of my own, I accidentally entered sleep paralysis (I often have a disrupted sleep schedule).

Very important information❗️

The application cannot be turned off or exited, if you do this, the alarm will not work! You should have enough charging, you can also remove all the brightness so that less charge is spent. Make sure that your phone does not turn off after a certain time. So yes, this is a big minus in the app... The signal is very short for the call, about 5 seconds, maybe less. Therefore, the phone should be lying next to you so that you have time to hear the sound. Adjust the volume yourself, but I think the signal should be loud enough to have time to hear it.

A POWERFUL MEDITATION TECHNIQUE TO ENTER

THE VOID STATE INSTANTLY

Radiant One, this experience may dawn between two breaths

After breath comes in – that is, down – and just before turning out – that is, going up – The Beneficence. Be aware between these two points, and the happening. When your breath comes in, observe. For a single moment, there is no breathing – before it turns up, before it turns outward. One breath comes in; then there is a certain point and breathing stops. Then the breathing goes out. When the breath goes out, then again for a single moment, breathing stops. Then breathing comes in.

Before the breath is turning in or turning out, there is a moment when you are not breathing. In that moment the happening is possible, because when you are not breathing you are not in the world. Understand this: when you are not breathing you are dead; you ARE still, but dead. But the moment is of such a short duration that you never observe it.

Each outgoing breath is a death and each new breath is a rebirth. Breath coming in is rebirth; breath going out is death. The outgoing breath is synonymous with death; the incoming breath is synonymous with life. So with each breath you are dying and being reborn. The gap between the two is of a very short duration, but keen, sincere observation and attention will make you feel the gap. If you can feel the gap, Then nothing else is needed. You are blessed, you have known; the thing has happened.

Try it. Suddenly you will get the point – and you can get it; it is already there. Nothing is to be added to you or to your structure, it is already there. Everything is already there except a certain awareness.

SO HOW TO DO THIS ?

First, become aware of the breath coming in. Watch it. Forget everything, just watch breath coming in – the very passage.

When the breath touches your nostrils, feel it there. Then let the breath move in. Move with the breath fully consciously. When you are going down, down, down with the breath, do not miss the breath. Do not go ahead and do not follow behind, just go with it. Remember this: do not go ahead, do not follow it like a shadow; be simultaneous with it.

Breath and consciousness should become one. The breath goes in – you go in. Only then will it be possible to get the point which is between two breaths.

Be aware. When the breath is going in move with it, and when the breath is going out move with it. Do simply this: going in, going out, with the breath.

You will suddenly become aware that there is no breath, and the moment will come when you will feel that the breath is neither going out nor coming in. The breath has stopped completely. In that stopping, The Beneficence.

This one technique is enough for millions. The whole of Asia tried and lived with this technique for centuries. Tibet, China, Japan, Burma, Thailand, Ceylon – the whole of Asia except India has tried this technique. Only one technique and thousands and thousands have attained enlightenment through it.

NOW , HOW YOU CAN USE THIS TO ENTER THE VOID :

Sit or Lay down in a comfortable position

Now start Focusing on your breath Be aware. When the breath is going in move with it, and when the breath is going out move with it. Do simply this: going in, going out, with the breath.

You will suddenly become aware that there is no breath, and the moment will come when you will feel that the breath is neither going out nor coming in. The breath has stopped completely.

Whilst doing this you will notice that ur body is now completely numb , there r NO intrusive thoughts etc..and this is the time when u gotta affirm for void AND I KID YOU NOT U R GONNA ENTER THE VOID INSTANTLY , mark my words , INSTANTLY !

That's it ! This is the most easiest and yet the most powerful technique u can use to enter the void I SWEAR !! ♡
