Don paolo normally works there since he is the brother of the owner of the Orphanage,Madame Marie and is doing her a favour.Don paolo is still doing science privately and hates his job Marie assigned (Like Annie) .

HELP WHY DOES THE PERSON WHO IS SINGING ALMOST SOUND LIKE DON PAOLO?!?!?!?!?!!?

P.S:I did watch the show (which is one of the songs in the video) and clearly the actor who is singing is a man which is a judge from "strictly come dancing" or "dancing with the stars" according to my mom.
