figuring out how to get rid of screen addiction is like trying to figure out how to stop a nicotine addiction while also having a job centered around smoking cigarettes and having half your social life be in smoke breaks

for me screens are a maladaptive coping mechanism because being in the present in my brain is a generally bad experience at this point in my Mental Health Journey I cant rawdog myself for too long or else i start genuinely tweaking the problem is more trying to stop thoughts from forming more than satisfying an addiction
