i don’t understand how when i imagine something is already happening?
i have to do something i don't want to do...
can i wake up in a better place?
changing the past
how to just choose what i want?
so some loa bloggers said that you get to experience your manifestation instantly in 4D but the human eyes take time to show in 3D but isn't it just an another assumption??
why not start accepting that, after fulfilling yourself completely in 4D that's just knowing you already have it, you instantly get to experience it in your 3D too or in whatever specific time you want it to show up :)
I wanted to share a few words of advice with you guys for times when you feel overwhelmed by doubt or uncertainty that you might fail or it won't turn out in your favor:
whenever I feel myself succumbing to an unfavorable pattern of thinking by giving into my worries, I like to recenter myself by remembering that I don’t live in a world of facts, I live in a world of imagination and the only one who can sabotage anything is myself by what I choose to be because I am, have been and always will be the cause, so if I can pick between being accepted or rejected and the same "effort" is required for both then why would I not pick acceptance?
a lot of us self sabotage by feeding into the unfavorable scenario because we have so many reasons to believe that it won’t work out. but you don’t need to be concerned with it “working out” or not because creation is finished. you’re not "creating" a state of consciousness because they all exist within you awaiting occupancy. the means are not up to you to determine. you're only asked to accept it by claiming yourself to be via I AM.
I'll repeat this again because it's very important that you understand this: the world is a reflection of the state you choose to be conscious of. key word: choose. if you can choose fear, you can also choose love. if you can choose failure, you can also choose success. every possibly conceivable state is ready for you to select and occupy at all times. there's no need to fear the outer world since it's only showing you your self concept (the state you have selected willingly or unwillingly). when you bring yourself back to this fact, you realize that you really are above your fear and you no longer need to feel bound by it because you can always select something other than fear. the 3D cannot show you anything you aren’t conscious of being, so it’s always up to you whether you want to be conscious of winning or losing. it follows you, the 3D isn’t randomized and subject to chance, it is a reflection of you. at this and every moment you get to decide what the reflection will look like. so will you persist in desire or will you persist in fulfillment?
i get a LOT of questions regarding people grasping the no separation, consciousness is the only thing that exist, but then they relate the “real world” to what they see physically. human senses are misleading and you should never lead your understanding with them.
for example, the kitchen stove now exist to you because you’re aware of it. do you see it right now though? do you hear it? can you taste it? no! but that doesnt mean it does not exist.
your physical world and how you perceive it is just as fake as your “imagination” and how you perceive it. the only real reality that exist right now is consciousness. consciousness is nothing because consciousness is everything. nothing goes on until you the observer observes moments happening. that is what the present is. that is the only perception of time you actually have. everything else like the past, future, tomorrow, yesterday, in a few hours doesn’t exist.
HOWEVER whatever you observe is not real because it CAME to your awareness. you had to become aware of it for it to exist, while consciousness will always exist. whether or not you understand non dualism, thats why it doesn’t matter if “you” don’t understand because the “you” that has to understand non dualism doesnt exist.
consciousness is the only thing that actually exist and you are this consciousness. a favorable story “you” like to tell yourself is that you are a human being experiencing this earth as a human. and i mean go for it but i wouldnt let it control you. because you are MUCH more.
i cannot describe exactly how powerful you are. its not possible because any words of power automatically limits us. “god” “master manifester” “shifter” “witch” “astrologer” are forms of consciousness youve created to understand human conditions. you are much more than that because you are all of that. so seeing you limit yourself to the human condition is very interesting to say the least. sure human emotions can be fun to experience but so can rollercoasters. are you gonna let that control you?
all im saying is, understand what you are and then you can truly experience “life” however you please. there’s nothing wrong with “desiring” youre just wasting energy by desiring the process to achieve things and not the thing itself. you are EVERYTHING so why limit yourself? you have everything instantaneous so why focus on getting anything?
would a god limit themselves? would a god look at the human condition and be like “damn youre so right this is hopeless..” no? then WHY are you? circumstances don’t arise with adjectives like “hard” or “easy” theyre just circumstances youre aware of and as the observer you give the circumstances their identity. whether or not its real, it is negative, positive, WHATEVER! all of these are connotations you as consciousness are giving these experiences. and it is your fault. by accepting responsibility of circumstances that arise and by working WITH them you can condition yourself into understanding theyre not real anyway. they only have the power the observer gives them. dont be a victim in your own reality. I saw an ask @adadisciple about derealization and thought I'd add my 2 cents here as I have experienced derealization in the past and might be able to offer a bit more insight. I didn't want to reblog that ask for personal reasons and also the response is really long. Disclaimer: I am not a therapist either, my thoughts are based on personal experience alone so take whatever feels right and leave the rest. Also I can't speak from the perspective of full realization as I am not there yet but hopefully this helps in some way.
When I first found non-dualism, I also had similar concerns as someone who had experienced derealization, I thought: was this another thing that was going to induce it?
Let's start with the definition (thank you Google) for those reading who may be unclear:
Depersonalization/derealization disorder involves a persistent or recurring feeling of being detached from one's body or mental processes, like an outside observer of one's life (depersonalization), and/or a feeling of being detached from one's surroundings (derealization).
From personal (human/ego) experience, this condition is purely of the mind and body with blocked awareness (? not sure if this is correct terminology, I am not talking about pure awareness in this case but more mindfulness*) and is often just a symptom of another mental or physical condition/illness such as depression/anxiety etc. The mind and/or body are just completely detached however, there is clouded awareness (due to the mind/body) and you just feel like you are existing and floating around. You are very much still a part of the world and identify as such even if you have lost faith in everything you feel as real. It's sort of hard to put into words but if you have experienced derealization too, then hopefully you can relate and understand what I am getting at. When I experienced it, I didn't know of any truth. I just lost faith in the world and didn't know what was real anymore. So, I was completely checked out.
*Mindfulness is paying full attention to what is going on in you and outside you, moment by moment, without judgment. (thanks Google)
Ada made a really good distinction here (I suggest reading the full ask)**:
The point of this all was to let go of concepts, let go of believing in things, investigating their validity, experimenting. Disbelieving you are Vanessa and denial are not the same thing. Denial is when you deny reality to something you're already giving reality to. Disbelieving was meant as an experiment, you never thought yourselves to be anything but this body, what will happen if you did?
**Actually, re-reading that ask made me realize maybe a reblog of an exercise I recommended is not the best since it instructs denial of what ego believes to be real instead of disbelief and experimentation (eep, Vanessa is still learning and evolving!). See my edit on this post :)
Here is another relevant and helpful ask by 4dbarbie:
I don't teach to do anything to the 3D, not even deny it. Not seeing the world as it is, is an aversion to it. - Lester Levenson Your 3D is right and perfect, what you see is what you are so even if you're seeing what 'you' don't want, the 3D is not wrong in being what it is. Fearing it, trying to manipulate it, lying to yourself about it being something different - all useless and vain attempts. See it as it is and it will fix itself. And no, being delusional is not good, it leads you not to trust your own judgment OR senses. Which is not right, why shouldn't you? What is wrong with your vision? Being delusional from your ego self is really harmful, someone could be abusing you and you would go "i'm sure that's not right he loves me so much in my 4D!!!"
So lets clarify the distinction:
Derealization = denial of everything while still identifying as the ego although not wanting to => ego experiences confusion/chaos/mental condition/disorders
Self-realization = disbelief of current reality concepts => letting go of such concepts and quieting the mind => experiencing the true Self (the creator of the mind) => permanent identification with Self, not imaginary concepts (including the ego) => Knowing Reality, and therefore realizing full peace and freedom
Now let's move onto practicing non-dualism. The basis of the practice is let go of thoughts, quiet the mind and focus on being awareness/I AM. It is all about letting go, not denial.
From a non-dualist perspective, derealization is just another mental concept/creation. When the mind is completely silent (and sustained) and pure awareness is realized and embodied, when Self is your permanent identification, when you (Self) know you are not your body not Vanessa feeling dissassociated from mind & body or just intellectually knowing it from learning concepts (important distinction!), it is not derealization, in fact it is the only reality, the only truth.
I have experienced short moments of experiencing myself as the pure witness where the mind was completely quiet and those short moments felt so peaceful, whole and true. There were no feelings of derealization in that moment because there was no active mind then. Right now, I do think my ego feels a bit derealized at times but this is because I have not fully identified with Self yet and it is also because my sense and understanding of reality is in the process of being recalibrated on this journey. When this happens, I sit in silence and go back to the one truth 'I Am' and feel myself into it and everything else melts away. The more you do this, the more you will feel the truth and peace until it becomes permanent (when you realize Self).
But no one can give you the whole truth but yourself.
Lester: Yes. However, knowing what you're telling me helps one let go of that obstacle of intellectual knowledge. I prod you in this direction, don It I? I say: “Don't believe anything. Start from scratch. Build up your knowledge on the solid foundation of proof, step by step.” Everyone must do this. Q: You can't take someone else's experience? Lester: Right, you would be working on hearsay, on what they have said, and the only useful thing is that which you experience. I relate it to driving a car. If I say I know how to drive a car after reading a book that directs you to turn the key on, start the motor, shift into drive and step on the gas, do I know how to drive a car? No, not until I experience it can I drive a car. It's the same thing on the path; we must experience everything. We must, of course, adopt the attitude that what the Great Ones say is so, that they have experienced it. However, you must check it out and prove it for yourself. And the basic Truth is that there’s only one Reality; there's only one absolute Truth, and that is that this whole world or universe is nothing but God, but better than that, is nothing but my very own Self. God could be far away; He could be miles and miles away in cosmic space, but my very own Self is right here, is something I know about, is something I can perceive, it is my very own Self! So, using Self as God is far more practical than putting Him out there, putting Him apart from us. But each one must start from the bottom and prove this whole thing for himself. As the proofs come, the more they come the more we accept until we experience the whole thing. - Lester Levenson, Session 11: Meditation with Quest - Keys to Ultimate Freedom
"And the basic Truth is that there’s only one Reality; there's only one absolute Truth" I literally didn't even read this excerpt before sharing it (searched the book for the keyword 'proof' because I was looking for another excerpt) but came to the conclusion after practicing and experiencing it for myself. And that is what you must do if you want the truth too. Experience and then decide for yourself.
This perceived and experienced knowledge is the only knowledge that does us any good. We can read everything on the subject, but it doesn’t help. Our life doesn’t change much, and it doesn’t because we don’t integrate the knowledge into our beingness through realization. Realized knowledge is nonintellectual, although the means we use are intellectual. We use our mind, we direct our mind toward the answer, but you will discover that the answer does not come from the mind. It comes from a place just behind the mind. It comes from the realm of knowingness, the realm of omniscience. By quieting the mind through stilling our thoughts, each and every one of us has access to this realm of knowingness. Then and there you realize, you make real. You know and you know that you know. - Lester Levenson, Session 6: Realization - Keys to Ultimate Freedom
If you want to understand more about the process of realizing Self, I recommend reading my 4dbarbie remix post. If you have already read it, reread it, maybe even read some of the referenced posts/asks and see if you get any new understanding. Or better yet, just sit in silence and stillness, quiet the mind and focus on 'I Am'.
I must emphasise that in non-duality, letting go of the ego is the basic foundation of practice as it is very much a journey of self-transformation (this is just another concept to help the ego understand, but you are always and have always been Self, you just do not see it as you are currently identified as the ego).
If you (the ego) are not willing to do that, then come back when you are ready. It is not up to anyone to convince you to adopt this practice and way of life.
4dkelly notes: This could be a good introductory pointer for those new to non-dualism. Probably my last remix for a while because they always start off as a fun or great idea that ends up taking way too much time and mental energy lol. Also I know it says 4dbarbie remix and it's because I extracted all the text from her posts but almost half of this adaptation post is made with direct or adapted excerpts from the book I Am That by Nisargadatta Maharaj as she often incorporated his words into her posts so it might be more accurate to call it a 4dbarbie and I Am That remix. I've marked extracts that are from the book with an asterisk (*). My highlight colour key: key concepts are in pink, action points in purple, really important points in red, my notes (which are minimal) in blue
There is nothing that exists. Only you do. 1 The only thing you know for sure is: 'here and now, I am'. Remove the 'here and now', the 'I am' remains, indisputable. The world exists in memory, memory comes into consciousness; consciousness exists in awareness and awareness is the reflection of the light on the waters of existence. 2*
The person is a very small thing. Actually it is a composite, it cannot be said to exist by itself. Unperceived, it is just not there. It is but the shadow of the mind, the sum total of memories. Pure being is reflected in the mirror of the mind, as knowing. What is known takes the shape of a person, based on memory and habit. It is but a shadow, or a projection of the knower onto the screen of the mind. 3*
You (Self) are projecting this very moment live. Nothing is happening to you, I mean literally. Nothing is out there. 4 Everything you see and experience is only a mental condition, a dream-like state, easy to dispel by questioning its reality. It's you imagining it as real and fighting it with all your might that keeps it alive. In this dream, you imagine yourself to be a process, to have a past and future, to have history. In fact, we have no history, we are not a process, we do not develop, nor decay. 5*
When you sleep at night, you think the world you're dreaming of is real. You wake up in the morning and you go on living in a different world, which you also think is real. But while you were in the first dream you had no memory of this world, did you? You come into the waking state and forget all about that dream (because you dismiss it as unreal & imagined so you have no reason to care once the experience is over). You're present in a second dream, and you deal with this one because now that's "what is real". But there is no difference between sleeping and waking, awareness is the background of both. You just think the waking state more real because you've dreamt it over and over and reinforced your belief. They're equally imaginary. 6
Each and every moment is projected on your consciousness but in reality, there is no link or cause between them. Memory gives the illusion of continuity and repetitiveness creates the idea of causality (e.g. I have blue eyes because I take after my mom). When things repeatedly happen together, we tend to see a causal link between them. It creates a mental habit, but a habit is not a necessity.* Drop it. You, now, even if recreated completely from memory and appearing the same, are still doing the creating/projecting live. It is all memory carried over into the now. You never move, your mind does. You don't arrive anywhere, you've always been there. You don't become, you already are. 1
Memory seems to being things to the present out of the past, but all that happens does happen in the present only. It is only in the now that phenomena manifest themselves. Thus, time and causality do not apply in reality. You are prior to the world, body and mind. You are the sphere in which they appear and disappear. You are the source of them all, the universal power by which the world with its bewildering diversity becomes manifest. 7*
You recreate the world every day from memory. There is no yesterday but your memory of it. There is no tomorrow but your thought of it. You are moving from now into now, and nothing has reality but in your mind. In deep sleep you are no one, no thing, you are not aware of being anything. You are just aware of being. There is no world, no one, not even 'yourself'. 8 In the absence of the mind, even the sense 'I am' dissolves. There is no 'I am' without the mind. All experience subsides with the mind. Without the mind, there can be no experiencer nor experience. 8*
Consciousness creates the mind which projects the world, built of memory and imagination.* You create a world, then you create an ego in it that is desiring some thing - look at it, you are doing that now. Stop the urge to create and recreate worlds of desires. 1 You don't have to live by memory. You can see the world as it is, a momentary appearance in consciousness. 7*
See all as a dream and stay out of it. While it lasts, the dream has temporary being. It is your own desire to hold on to it that creates the problem. Let go. Stop imagining that the dream is yours. 5*
Realize your true being, all else will follow and take care of itself. You will no longer feel the need to manifest or get things, because you see you are the one imagining the things. You already are, and if you want to observe yourself as 'something', you can. After you rid yourself of your belief that you are the ego, you no longer feel compelled in any direction whatsoever. You do not feel like you need to be the body you imagine you were born with (because you were never it in the first place), or watch Sandra's from afar. You’re free to do or not to do whatever you want; you are dreaming, and you know you are dreaming, there is nothing to fear or fight, because all is yours. The thing to do is to establish that permanently, for all time. Then you can play any part you so desire, and be totally unaffected by it. 3
Free from memory and expectation, you are fresh, innocent and wholehearted. Needing nothing, you are unafraid. Whom to be afraid of? There is no separation, we are not separate selves. There is only one Self, your Self. 1*
Become aware that the waking state is just a dream and life will forever be a breeze. 6 When the world is real, it is heavy. When the Self is real, the world is light. 3#

REMINDER FOR ME :))
to tap into the void you just need to relax have faith and set the intention that's it, have faith that you surely will tap to the void you don't need to listen to any audio or do scripting or even affirming, no lullaby or sleep paralysis method, staying still or anything if you don't want to do than don't do what you are comfortable doing just cause smth worked for other doesn't mean it have to unless you assume it
just relax, have faith and set intention that's what you need to tap into the void
remember void is just a deep meditative state and you have ability to tap into it just like how you sleep or breath lol so dw about it too much ok
!!
people are saying we need repetition to rewrite our brains and sometimes I think it’s true because of our years of programming from society. what’s your take on this? do you think we need to affirm on repeat, how do we enter the states for someone that thinks like this?
that doesn’t make sense to me. you don’t need to do anything but change your state. when you think in terms of “i need to affirm day in and day out to get rid of these beliefs” that is a state in itself. you are identifying as someone who still has those beliefs. today, tomorrow, the day after that as you affirm and affirm those beliefs “away”, it comes from the state of being “i still have these beliefs.” so they don’t actually go away. when you can decide that they’re gone now. instead of identifying as someone who needs to get rid of them, identify as someone who already has those desires, never having to worry about your old beliefs because that’s not you anymore. they don’t matter because you already have what you want. make sense?
can you stop intellectualising everytime something 'bad' happens?
When unpleasant things happen in life, in an effort to understand it and find peace, we (our egos) often either try to find reason and understand why something happened/is so or immediately jump to conclusions and label it, often linking it to our identity like "oh it's because I am _____" or "it's because I did/thought/felt _____ which caused this, I shouldn't have done that!" or "This always happens to me ugh!!!" yet I find this habit ends up causing more harm than good and it is this self-identification that then ends up causing further spiralling and a pattern of similar events later in the future. - 4dkellysworld
maybe, it's all just happening. all you can do is deal with the problem or move on. you can leave things as they are and move on
thinking thoughts about the problem is not helping you, is it? so what do you have to lose if you stop thinking about it?
Fear is your roadblock. You're afraid that if you drop the body — you'll stop existing. You're afraid that if you drop your problem — the problem won't get fixed and you'll regret not having tried to control the situation. When you finally surrender to the realisation that things only exist as long as you are conscious of them, the idea of problems will become alien to you. - realisophie
please watch this. you are all making yourself insane and spiraling because you make everything about yourself.
ego is a bunch of memories held together by attachment. ego is a thought.
so you are relating everything to a memory. you are having thoughts, and are identifying as the mind, so you get swept along with them. and sometimes you think you're feelings are at fault too!
why? this is torture. please stop
if you're confused on where to start, then start by detaching from the past and future. stop relating every mishap or great day to some thing that you did 2 weeks ago. there's only now.
No need to identify with what happened yesterday or may happen tomorrow. Stand upright simply as you are today. -Nisargadatta Maharaj
just try and see what would happen if you stopped taking on the burden of the WORLD.
just stop taking it all on. aren't you tired. so please rest. be silent.
"how am i supposed to do all of egos activities??"
no one said to stop physically doing anything. it's a mental detachment that we're talking about.
do what you need to do. stay in the present moment. take things one step at a time.
it is hard detaching. but you won't get anywhere if you do not have basic mindfulness to see what you are doing to yourself right now
People try so hard to get rid of their negative behaviors and thoughts, and it doesn't work, or it only works for a short time. I didn't let go of my negative thoughts; I questioned them, and then they let go of me, and so did my addictions and depression. - Byron Katie
“but then how do i experience things physically” you absolutely can btw. you just see a separation between whatever you physically see and whatever is in your imagination despite the fact that they both share the same awareness and awareness knows no prejudice. its not telling you that your physical world is any more real, you as the observer who is observing these forms of consciousness is telling yourself that. remove the separation and experience whatever the hell you want!

creation is finished. your desires are yours RIGHT NOW. no one’s taking them away from you.
time does NOT exist. it is a man-made concept, it’s not based. you are always living in the NOW, what happened in the “past” and what is going to happen in the “future” doesn’t matter.
you’re doing everything correctly. no ‘if, but, how’ allowed to question. you are on the right track. keep it going.
once you assumed your desires as facts, you created your new reality and started living in it that very moment.
your mind could NEVER betray you. allow yourself to feel your emotions and live them out. rant about whatever it is that’s concerning you. as long as you BELIEVE in yourself, you have your desires locked in.
the 3d is NOT the enemy. it’s a mirror. and it always reflects imagination (=what you have faith in). it can’t fool you or disobey to you.
you choose for yourself. and you chose to live the life that you always deserved to live. if you have it in imagination, it’s a fact.
if you’re struggling in the 3d right now, just know that you are not alone. and you are heard and loved. if you’re reading this, i just want to let you know that you’re an amazing human being and that you are strong. i love you ♡
