Poor Eric is getting left in the ashes (lol), I HAVE to request something for him now! Umm... Could I please ask for hc's where Eric realizes that he's fallen out of love with Rachel and in love with the reader? Like, he got really close to the reader in the one year that they were separated and now that he's reunited with Rachel he realizes that the spark between them isn't there anymore? I hope that all makes sense!! Thank you!

◇ When you finished your shift, you headed down to the lobby and was surprised to see Eric there.

◇ And when he goes to Iraq, it hurts to be away from her for a while, but he promised her that he would be back soon.

◇ When he saw Rachel again, that's when he realized that the spark he had with Rachel was gone, and that he loved you.

◇ And that made finding out about Rachel and Nick being together not hurt that much at all.

◇ He was happy that they were happy together, and they were happy that Eric moved on and was with someone he cared about as well.

◇ They even asked to meet Y/N after they were done in Iraq, which Eric was completely fine with Y/N meeting them.
