Unexpected Gifts makes my heart so happy đ you're amazing!
Awe! Thank you so much!â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸
Thank you so much!! Hereâs Part 2Â
Summary: You just want to be Buckyâs friend though you may have a small crush. If you could just be friends that would be enough
Warnings: NoneâŚâŚ.idk.
Pairing: Bucky Barnes x Reader
A/N: this idea came from my asks and it originally was supposed to be fun and fluffy and then i started writing and it turned into an angst party. The link for the dress wouldnât work so i put a picture of it in the story.Â
Your relationship with Sargent Barnes is anything but friendly, which is why he is Sargent Barnes, only his friends can call him Bucky. You have tried everything you know to just be a friend to him, even though you may have slight crush on the metal armed man.
You didnât want your friendship to be forced, so you just started by smiling and saying good morning. He never returns the smile or good morning. You try several more things, but nothing seems to work.
Your next attempt is making him cookies that Steve told you were his favorite, and that they used to get them from a bakery back in the 40s. Steve tells you the name of the bakery, and it just so happens to be the bakery your grandmother worked at when she was young.
You bake a dozen cookies and arrange them on a plate. You walk down the hall to Sgt. Barnes room, knowing he is inside, since he just finished his workout for the day.Â

{Part 1}Â {Part 2}
A/N: I told myself I was going to update once a week, but Iâve already written through part 6. So, I was getting impatient with myself. Iâm not sure how many parts this will have but it has 6 complete parts so far.Â
âWhat?â You looked at your mom in utter shock. Your mother dropped a bomb on you, well at least thatâs what it felt like.
âI know, itâs a shock, and with your career you donât need a baby.â Your mom said. You looked down at your niece as she cooed in your arms. She didnât deserve any of what was happening.Â
âNo, I-â You stopped. âI will take her. I know you and dad are capable, but I think it would be better for everyone if I took her.âÂ
âHoney, are you sure? Your career is taking off and you have such odd hours.â Your mother was just wanting to make sure you knew you had options.
âIâm sure.â You said. âIf thatâs what she wanted then thatâs what I will do.â You kissed your niece on her chubby cheeks and she giggled.
Your mom nodded. âAlright hun.â She squeezed your hand again.
You ate breakfast, and felt like your haze was getting thicker. Most of the day was spent sitting around and talking. Your parents went and made arrangements for your sisterâs funeral.
You texted Chris throughout the day, but you never told him about your niece. As the day progressed, you needed to tell someone. Finally, you messaged Chris and asked if you could call him. He, of course, said yes.
You tapped the phone icon under his name and it began ringing. You were sitting on the back patio as Olivia napped in her swing.
âHey Y/N! How are you doing?â He asked.
âUmm, well I was doing better until my mom informed me of something.â You told Chris.
âWhat was the news? Iâm guessing it was something big.â Chris asked, genuinely wanting to know what was bothering you.
âMy sister has appointed me to become the legal guardian of my niece. She never told me she was doing that.â You admitted to Chris. âSheâs two months old.âÂ
âOh.â Chris was unsure of what to say.Â
âI know I just unloaded that on you, but I needed to tell someone. And you were the only person who knows whatâs going on.â You sighed.
âWell, umm-â Chris stuttered. You could tell Chris was struggling. âIâll help you figure things out.âÂ
âChris, you donât have to do that. I also wouldnât even know where to start.â You told him.
âY/N, you are going to need help. Let me help you.â Chris said.
You sighed. âAlright, alright. I will accept your help.â
âGood because you were going to get it any way.âÂ
Your niece began to cry. You stuck the phone between your shoulder and your ear and went to pick her up. âShh, itâs ok, itâs ok. Aunt Sissy is here.â You sat down in your chair.Â
âAunt Sissy?â Chris questioned. You forgot he could hear you.
âYes, when my sister and I were little kids she couldnât say my name, so she called me sissy. So, we figured why not be Aunt sissy.â You explained to him.Â
âI like it.â He said. âIâm just plain ole Uncle Chris.â He laughed.Â
âThereâs nothing wrong with that.â You told him.
You and Chris talked for a few more minutes then you ended the call. Your parents came home after a while. You and your niece were both asleep on the couch.Â
The next few days were a blur. You attended the funeral of your sister and finalized documents to become the legal guardian of your niece.
It had been a week. You knew you had to get back to L.A. and back to work. It was Friday morning and you were able to book a flight back to L.A. for the next morning, but this time you had to mark that you were flying with a baby. You were slightly dreading the flight home. Five hours on a plane with a two month old, that was definitely uncharted waters for you.Â
That night, you packed your suitcase and Oliviaâs things. You told your parents to keep everything your sister had bought at there house. You would just have to buy new things after you were back in L.A.Â
That night, you couldnât sleep. Your mind just wouldnât shut down. Every scenario, good and bad, were going through your head. You checked the clock and it was almost 3 a.m. You groaned and just stared at the ceiling. You werenât sure when, but eventually you fell asleep.Â
7 a.m. rolled around much quicker than you wanted it too. You groaned as you turned your alarm off. You got up, got dressed, and finished off both yours and your nieces packing.
You woke Olivia up, fed her, and got her dressed for the flight. Your nerves were still on end wondering how the flight was going to go. Your dad helped bring your things to the car as you loaded everything.
âAre you going to be ok?â Your dad asked.
âI think I will be fine.â You told him. âI have a friend who is already offering to help me.â
He nodded as he closed the back of the car. You both walked inside to get Olivia.
Your parents drove you to the airport. They kissed Olivia goodbye then you.
âCall us, no matter what time, if you need anything.â Your mom said. You nodded and hugged her. You were grateful that your sister had purchased one of the infant carriers that you wear, so your hands were free. It was an odd feeling, walking around with a baby. People looked at you when normally no one would look your way.
You got your boarding pass and headed to your gate. After grabbing a coffee and a muffin, you sat down at your gate. You audibly sighed when you sat down. You looked down at Olivia, she was fast asleep. You ate your muffin and drank your coffee before your boarded your flight.
While you were waiting at the gate, your phone rang. You looked down and it was Chris. You slide over on the screen to answer and put the phone to your ear.
âHello?â You asnwered.
âGood morning Y/N! What are you up too?â Chris asked.
âIâm at the airport waiting on my flight.â You said. âChris isnât it like 6 a.m. in L.A.?â You questioned.
He glanced at his alarm clock. âOh yeah, it is. I just woke up and I thought since we didnât talk much yesterday, Iâd give you a call.â
You smiled. âWhy are you up at 6 on a Saturday? Iâd be sleeping until noon.â You laughed softly.
âI donât even know why myself.â He laughed. âI went to bed pretty early last night, so maybe thatâs why.â
âWell, I was the opposite. I didnât go to sleep until 3 then I woke up at 7 and was at the airport by 9.â
âWow! You made it to the airport in an that amount of time with a baby? Thatâs impressive.â Chris commended you.
âYeah, I guess I did. It wasnât that bad. I got up, got dressed, dressed Olivia and my dad drove us to the airport. Itâs a 45 minute drive from my parents house to the airport.â You told Chris.
âHow is Olivia doing?â He asked. You smiled to yourself. Most people probably wouldnât ask.
âSheâs doing well, I think. I can ask, but I donât know if I would get a response.â You laughed softly as did Chris. âIâm worried about the time change though. For an adult, you just take a nap and all will be fine. I donât know how it affects a baby.â You admitted to Chris.
Over the week, you realized you felt something towards him. You didnât want to admit to yourself what that was, but you would admit it was something.
âI donât really know.â He said with a sigh.
âChris, Iâm worried. I donât know anything about babies. I know they are cute and you have to change their diapers, but thatâs it!â You said to him.
âWell, my sisters have a few kids and I know a little bit about babies. I will be glad to help you out.â Chris assured you.
âThank you.â You smiled. Your conversation continued for another twenty minutes. You talked about work and how you were doing.
Your flight was being announced so you had to say goodbye. âIâll be back in L.A. around lunch.â You told Chris before ending the call.
You grabbed your backpack and stood. It was different now that you had Olivia with you. People were more careful around you, they seemed to take notice of your prescense.
Your parents paid for your flight home and they booked using Delta so your seat was classified as Comfort plus. You had a bit more room than a normal seat, which was nice considering you were traveling with a baby. You got comfortable and removed the carrier, it was kind of a relief.
The flight attendants were super helpful and even offered you some tips after you admitted you had never flown with a baby. Right as the flight began to take off, Olivia began crying.
You started panicking. You knew it was probably the pressure in her ears from the takeoff because you felt it in your own ears. You reached into the diaper bag and grabbed a bottle.
You clicked the button on the bottle to drop the powder into the water. You shook the bottle then held it for Olivia. She immediately calmed down and started eating. You sighed in relief. After her bottle, you burped her and she fell asleep almost instantly.
The rest of the flight was calm. You changed her diaper, fed her again, and she slept. Finally, you landed in L.A.
You made your way into the airport to grab your luggage and Oliviaâs car seat. Once you had everything, you made it to your car. You loaded Oliviaâs car seat then her, then your luggage.
You finally got into your car and took a deep breath. âWe made it Livie.â You grabbed your phone and texted Chris that you had landed and were headed home.
Thirty minutes later, you were pulling into your apartment. You somehow manage to get everything into your apartment in one trip. You took Olivia out of her car seat and she stretched and yawn. âGirly, you must like to sleep.â You laughed as you laid her down the couch cushion beside you.
You checked your phone and saw a message from Chris.
Chris- âGood. If you donât mind, I wanted to stop by later. Only if itâs ok with you.â
You- âOf course! I would really like that.â
Olivia started cooing and gurgling. âWhat are you saying Livie? Are you excited to meet Chris?â You laughed. She continued to gurgle.
Chris- âIâll be there in about an hour.â
You- âAlrighty! See you soon!â
As you were waiting on Chris, you started smelling something, and you knew exactly where it was coming from. You look over at Olivia. She had this grin on her face looking back at you.
âYou are something else.â You laughed and went to grab the diaper bag. You laid the changing mat down on the floor then Olivia. You unbuttoned the onesie and started holding your breath. There was a knock at the door right as you undid the diaper.
You knew it had to be Chris. âCome in!â You called out. The door opened and Chris smiled at you.
âAm I interrupting something?â He laughed.
You shook your head and laughed. âNo, youâre not interrupting.â You finished changing Oliviaâs diaper without any sort of disaster. So, you patted yourself on the back for that.
You picked her up off the floor and disposed of the diaper. You went back to the living room where Chris was standing.
âChris, Iâd like you to meet Olivia.â You said smiling as you held her. âI call her Livie.â Chris smile down at her.
âMay I?â He reached for her.
âOf course!â You gently passed her to Chris.
âHello Olivia!â He cooed at the baby as she giggled.
You smiled at him and sat down. As you watched him hold Olivia, your buried feelings started to surface. You looked at his arms and how much smaller Olivia seemed in them.
She gurgled and cooed as she looked Chris. âShe must like you.â You teased him.
âYou think?â He raised his eyebrow and smiled at you. âSheâs beautiful like her aunt.â
You blushed. âI bet her mom was beautiful too.â Chris said sitting down on the couch.
âShe was.â
He looked at you then down at Olivia who was yawning. âI think someone is sleepy.â He chuckled.
âI bet.â After you said that, you began thinking you didnât have anything you needed for Olivia. No crib, no changing table, no diapers, no nothing. Chris noticed your expression changed in a matter seconds.
âWhatâs wrong?â He asked.
âI donât have anything she needs, Chris. I have a car seat and a diaper bag.â You said putting your face in your hands.
âWell then letâs go. Letâs get Olivia everything she needs.â Chris smiled at you.
âWhat? Now?â You looked up at him.
âYeah. We can go to Target, Walmart. I donât know, we will find somewhere.â
You sighed and nodded. âOk.â
Olivia was asleep in Chrisâs arms. You walked over and grabbed the car seat. You sat it on the coffee table in front of Chris. He gently placed Olivia into the car seat and strapped her in.
You smiled watching him do it. He was gentle with her. The way he smiled at Olivia as he buckled her in made your heart melt.
âAlright, lets go.â He said as he stood up. âYou can just get a few of the essential things. A crib, diapers, wipes, formula, bottles.â He listed them off.
You nodded. You went to grab the handle of the car seat but Chris stopped you. âLet me.â He said.
He grabbed the handle and carried the car seat to your car. He locked the car seat into place then shut the door quietly. You were sitting in the driverâs seat waiting. He leaned down.
âI know youâre tired, so Iâll be driving.â You gave him a soft smile and willingly went around to the passenger side.
Over the next couple of hours, you, Chris and Olivia shopped for the essentials. You decided on a simple, white crib, nothing extravagant at the moment. You picked up several sets of pink sheets for the crib.
As you shopped, people were giving you odd looks. Who wouldnât? Two people with a baby shopping for baby things now, thatâs technically backwards. But, you paid no mind to the people in the stores.
The shopping ended and you three headed back to your apartment. Itâs was around five in the afternoon when you got all the boxes and bags inside.
While shopping, you saw a swing and you knew how much Olivia loved her swing at your parents. You told your self you wouldnât get it right now, but you looked down at Olivia and caved. That was the first thing put together.
Everything was inside the apartment. Chris was setting down the last bag as you held Olivia on the couch.
âChris, I canât thank you enough.â You smiled at him as he walked over and sat beside you. âI donât know how Iâm going to repay you for everything youâve done for me and now Olivia.â
âY/N, you donât have to repay me.â He said looking down at you. âEverything Iâve done, I did because I wanted to.â
A tear slid down your cheek. âNo, no, no! Donât cry.â He said wiping the tear. âIâm sorry. I didnât mean to make you cry.â
âI know you didnât. I donât even know why Iâm crying.â You said with a small laugh. âYou have been so nice to me through out all of this, Iâm also sleep deprived and still pretty emotional.â
Chris smiled at you. Before either of you could say anything, Olivia started to cry. You looked down at her and tried to figure out what she wanted. You checked her diaper and it was clean.
âWant me to make a bottle?â Chris asked standing up to reach for the diaper bag.
You nodded as you held Oliviaâs pacifier in her mouth. She continued to cry. Chris mixed the bottle and warmed it.
âHere you go pretty girl!â He said replacing the pacifier with the bottle. She started sucking down the bottle. You laughed softly at how quickly she was eating.
As she ate, Chris sat down beside you. Your mind couldnât help but wonder to the future. What if this was your future? You, Chris and a another baby. Maybe you did want something with Chris, but just not right at the moment. You need some time to adjust with Olivia. And if you were reading Chris right, he would wait until you were ready.
You glanced over at him. He was looking down at Olivia in your arms. She was almost done with the bottle. Her eyes were wide open and she was looking back at Chris.
âOh yeah, I think she really likes you.â You laughed. âShe canât take her eyes off you. I donât blame her though.â You smiled at him.
Chris blushed. âYou donât?â He raised his eyebrow.
âNot one bit.â You smiled.
Chris chuckled unsure of what to say. You quickly realized how forward you were.
âIâm sorry, that was very out of line.â You apologized.
âNo, donât apologize. Itâs totally ok.â He said. âHow I about I start putting together that crib?â Chris smiled. You nodded as your cheeks burned with embarrassment. Chris stood up and went to work.
Olivia finished her bottle, and your burped her. You heard her burp then felt something warm running down your shoulder. âOh Livie! Why?â You groaned.
Chris turned his head and saw the problem. He walked over and took Olivia. He couldnât help but laugh, just a little. âOlivia, why would you do that?â He wiped her face.
âIâm going to change shirts.â You turned and went to your room to find a clean shirt. When you returned, you found Chris with Olivia pressed to his chest as he swayed. You smiled watching the scene.
âYou know Olivia, I really like your aunt. Sheâs so kind and loving and caring, but you already know that. And sheâs absolutely beautiful.â Chris spoke to your niece.
Your cheeks flushed red as you listened to him go on. You cleared your throat and he quickly turned towards you.
âHow much did you hear?âÂ

Oh this is better than I could have ever imagined!đđđđ
So I was thinking, how would Dad!Bucky react to his kid favorite avenger being Sam/falcon?
AHAHA IâM CHOKING-đ
so charlotteâs order of first words is âmamaâ then âsamâ then âdadaâ
bucky is absolutely ready to murder sam and sam just finds the whole situation hilarious
âbuck, hun, youâve got to calm down.â â(y/n) i swear to god weâre all going to wake up one morning and sam will be missing and iâll say i have no clue why.â
sam rubs it in his face all the time, especially during dinner whenever everyone is together
tony told sam to cut it out because bucky kept on breaking silverware in anger
sam: âchar whoâs your favorite?â char: â*sweet little grin* samâ
when charlotte is around 1 whenever everyone gets home from missions sheâs running up to sam and letting him pick her up
buckyâs tried multiple times to yank off his metal arm to hit sam with it over and over again
âno baby dada is your favorite, remember?â âSAM!â
has bucky been bothered by it on a deeper level? yes. will he tell anyone? no
bucky has just kinda given up on trying to bond with his daughter and he feels like heâs a horrible father and will never be liked, so when sam starts asking to watch her/take her to his room bucky just sadly agrees to it
weeks later when a few members of the team are hanging out and charlotteâs playing with toys sam goes âcharlotte. whoâs your favorite avenger?â
charlotte stands up and waddles over to jump onto bucky and she yells âDADDY!â
buckyâs mouth is just wide with shock but kinda curls up into a smile
you look over at sam who discreetly winks at you
I love this!!!â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸ your writing is amazing!

Prompt:
77. âWhy are you being weird?â
Whoever came up with all those âpregnancy is beautifulâ quotes can kiss your ass. Your first pregnancy was by no means beautiful. You didnât have morning sickness, you had all-day sickness. Every morning you were vomiting. Every afternoon you were vomiting. Every night you were vomiting. As the pregnancy progressed you realized certain smells made you sick â your boyfriendâs cologne, your shampoo, certain foods, the smell of your own vomit; it was endless. You couldnât catch a break. Water made you throw up, food made you throw up, driving made you throw up â Sebastian, your boyfriend, had to take you to the hospital because you were so dehydrated, and he was scared.
Your hormones were just as bad as your stomach and nose. Your emotions were amplified; little things became big, and big things became gigantic. It felt like you cried at almost everything, and no matter what you did, you couldnât control your temper. After the birth of your son, you thanked Sebastian for his endless amounts of patience and dedication. You felt guilty for putting him through so much.
Now youâre pregnant with your second child, and while itâs nothing like your first pregnancy (thank God), youâre starting to notice new things, things you never experienced before. At six and a half months, youâre noticing this baby is far more active than your son was before his birth. This baby likes to move, and it moves so much itâs almost painful. Your son would give the occasional kick, but thatâs it. He wouldnât move around too much, and you were grateful for that. This baby loves to move and shift and kick just about everything. Youâre constantly using the bathroom cause your bladderâs being used as a soccer ball. Your ribs are always hurting because theyâre being used and bruised by your unborn childâs feet.
Another thing you noticed was the cravings. Your last pregnancy, everything made you sick. Now youâre craving everything, including the weirdest combinations. And tonight happened to be the night your cravings compelled you to throw something together. You spent at least fifteen minutes in the kitchen before Sebastian, half-asleep, came shuffling into the kitchen in an attempt to find you.
âPrinĹŁesÄ, what are you doing up this late?â he mumbles, rubbing his eyes exhaustedly.
âI was hungry,â you answer, your words muffled by the food. âGo back to bed Sebby, Iâll be up soon.â
He shakes his head, walking over to you before the concoction you call food catches his eye. His brows furrows and his jaw slacks a little. âWhat is that?â he asks.
A blush creeps across your face. âIâve cream, bits of beef jerky, and hot sauce.â The response is mumbled and you look down in embarrassment. You didnât have to see Sebastianâs face to see it twist in disgust.
âYou hate hot sauce,â he says.
âBut I was craving it.â
âWith ice cream and beef jerky bits?â
You nod, still feeling embarrassed. You were feeling the floodgates opening, and the tears were starting to fill your eyes. âWhy are you being weird?â you press. âI canât help that Iâm craving this. I know itâs disgusting but I canât help myself.â
You jumped when you saw Sebastianâs hands grab yours, squeezing them gently. He was kneeling in front of you, and he gave you the smallest smile when you looked at him. âIâm sorry,â he says. âI didnât mean to upset you. Itâs just late and I want you to get some rest.â One hand moves up to cup your cheek, his thumb gently wiping away a few tears that fell.
âI will,â you respond.
Sebastian nods. âIâll stay here with you until you finish,â he states. âOnce youâre done, Iâll wash the dishes and you head on to bed, okay? How does that sound?â
You nod, giving him a shy smile. âThank you,â you say.
I watched Gifted then I had this dream. I started writing it, and it became way longer than I expected. Itâs going to have to become a multi-part fic and this will be the first ever one for me. So, if yâall would be interested, drop some title ideas in the comments.
Here is the summary/snippet of it.

A/N: I havenât written for WWE in a long time, so here you go. I havenât read through, because thatâs just how I am as a person, but I still hope that itâs ok.
âDaddy, tell me about how you met mom?â Our little girl asked Finn, batting her eyelashes at him and I know that he could never resist her charms and I donât blame him one bit. I said âlittle girlâ but sheâs already 7 and feisty, not to mention cocky. All the good things if you want to be tough in this world.

I donât know who the hell this anon is but they need to quit! Like are you fucking serious? You can post whatever you want if you donât like then go on somewhere.
i was tryin to be nice to u but u decided to be a child about it and now just spam not only me but every other follower u have with pics of some wannabe that will never be honestly i feel sorry for u that ur "fave" is a nothin but a f*ck boy and ill bet money hes not even in wwe a year from now. so enjoy ur little boi. imma hit that unfollow button and go enjoy a real man like finn or seth or roman. u no guys that can actually wrestle and get a contract.
There is so much happening here I donât even know where to begin. Letâs start with the spam. Yes, I just posted 465356 posts of Tyler. Iâm not sorry about it because itâs my blog and heâs my fave. Isnât that kind of the point of Tumblr? To have blogs where you talk about your faves and share pics, etc. And as I said before if you donât like what I post just click the unfollow button!
Also what exactly makes him a âf*ck boyâ? The gym selfies he posts? Where he is proud of himself for all the work heâs put in. If you look at him a year and a half ago when he won the UK Tournament and look at him now itâs a night and day difference. Heâs put in a lot of work to get the body he has and to become the wrestler he is and he has every right to post about it and be proud of himself.
Also, he must be pretty okay at the wrestling thing for William Regal and Triple H to pick him to be the FIRST UNITED KINGDOM CHAMPION AT 19. Heâs 21 and look at what heâs accomplished. The only direction from here is up and I think heâs only going to get bigger and better from here out. Also you must have missed his match with Pete Dunne. You know the one that won MATCH OF THE YEAR last year. Newsflash he can wrestle.
Honestly, I could go on but anything I say to you is going to go in one ear and out the other so Iâm going to stop here. But let me give you a little piece of advice. I love Tyler. Iâm going to post him on my blog. And you damn sure better bet that if you come onto my blog and come at me trying to attack Tyler Iâm going to square up.
