i’m gonna share what worked for me and will explain how to use these resources to help the people who can’t focus at all or are having a hard time with their void journey.

1. yoga nidra

what helped me the most in my first time, was a yoga nidra meditation. the intention of yoga nidra is helping your body to relax fully which helps a lot when you wanna enter the void. it’s best if you choose a yoga nidra guided meditation, the only thing you will have to do after the video finishes is affirm for the void and you will fall right there.

this is the meditation i use, it will help u at least in 90% of your process which is the relaxation point.

2. psych-k challenge

this method can be useful for entering and for manifesting in general, it’s one of the easiest challenges out there and it has been uploaded and explained here in tumblr.

3. zoning out method

there is another mega easy way to help you, read this post

4. I AM

if you think your subconscious is reprogrammed enough, you can skip all these ways and jump to the traditional way of doing the challenge.

we already know how this works, lay down in a comfortable position. you can either count to 100 and backwards, do a breathing technique or anything that may help you with relaxation. once you’re relaxed enough, you’re gonna affirm things such as: “i am”, “i am pure consciousness” “i am the void” over and over. after some minutes in, you will feel floaty or your surroundings will start fading until you feel in extreme silence and quietness, that’s when you enter the void.

i hope this helps you all. again, these are the methods/ways that helped me enter at least 2 or 3 times in my whole journey.

When you believe something, you completely accept for that certain thing to be true. You are satisfied in accepting that something is true to you. Your underlying belief system is the underlying structure for shaping your behavior and perception.

The only reason that you have a "victimized" or confident perception of yourself is because on a deeper, hidden level you believe these things to be true for yourself.

▪︎ Your subconscious beliefs were shaped and formed in your early childhood which influences your perception.

When you are a child, your mind is incredibly susceptible to soaking up any information to be accepted as true because an established set of beliefs has not been formed as of yet during this time.

Your mind was able to easily absorb information and limiting beliefs that were handed down to you as a child from your family, school, and society for you to accept as true. 

As you're growing up, you develop a firm set of beliefs that you have accepted as true from your parents and society, which are accepted in your subconscious mind.

You were conditioned to accept certain beliefs as true and ultimately brainwashed by society all these years since childhood for you to believe yourself to be a "victim" to the "harsh facts of reality."

This is the deeper reason behind why so many of you doubting yourselves and your own ability to manifest your desires.

It is simply because society and the media did not condition you to be empowered as powerful creators of your own reality. You were falsely conditioned and brainwashed to see yourselves as helpless "victims" without any sense of control over your own life experiences.

Society and the mainstream media trained us all to be "victims" and let me tell you, the false teachings in society were pretty damn convincing in their performance. They certainly had me fooled, and I give them a standing ovation for the all the lies and the deception.

Society took you for a mindless fool who would accept their false "truths" as facts. Those deeper beliefs you developed in your childhood have influenced and impacted you throughout your entire life. Your original belief system ended up influencing your behavior, the way you think, and your perception.

Aside from societal brainwash, you may have been raised by your parents to be humble and think of others before yourself, so the result of that today would be that you may struggle with having confidence in yourself.

You may have been taught by your family to believe that money is "hard to get by" or "you need to work hard" in order to be successful. That influenced your perception towards money as a result, and now you may be convinced that you need to work hard in order to make money or become successful.

If you grew up believing yourself to be a "failure" or "not good enough" in your own eyes then today's result would be that you suffer from incredibly low-self esteem, feel a lack of motivation to pursue after your goals, and you would struggle with having any confidence in your own capabilities. You subconsciously believe yourself to be a "failure" or " not good enough" and all those beliefs have no choice but to reflect upon your conscious mind.

If you grew up hating yourself then today's result would be that you may suffer from self-hatred, you lack self-love, and you may experience depression as a result.

If you experienced having trouble with friendships or losing many friends in your childhood then today's result would be that you may struggle with trust issues, fears of abandonment, and issues with wanting to socialize with others. Those kind of issues would deeply affect your friendships and your romantic relationships these days.

If you seriously struggle to believe in yourself, or have confidence in your own power as a manifestor, it is all coming from your established subconscious belief system. You must subconsciously hold a certain belief in order for it to influence your perception.

Your conscious mind reflects the deep, hidden beliefs you hold within your subconscious mind. In order to for you consciously believe something as true, you need to have the same belief in your subconscious otherwise your conscious mind will not be able to believe it. Your subconscious beliefs determine your mindset which influences and shapes your perception.

It all stems from your subconscious beliefs which ultimately influence your perception of yourself and your own experiences. This is what you must truly understand if you want to change yourself and your mindset for the better.

Those beliefs were deeply formed from your childhood and your belief system became established as true in your subconscious mind, which has affected you throughout your whole entire life. Every time your beliefs were "mirrored" back to you in your "external reality" as a result, those beliefs were further reinforced as true in your subconscious mind which strengthened your belief in those beliefs on both a conscious and subconscious level.

Your own personal subconscious beliefs are the entire foundation for your perception.

Your conscious mind has no other choice but to reflect your subconscious beliefs. You subconsciously believe all your beliefs about yourself to be true.

"When should I expect my results?"

▪︎ Everybody is different, and their subconscious mind will respond to subliminals differently. You can begin to see results instantly. It could take a few weeks, or it can even take a few months. Everyone is on a different journey and hold different types of negative beliefs in their subconscious. The most important thing is to continue to listen to your subliminal, no matter what. Have patience and keep listening. Your patience will definitely be rewarded.

"When should I expect full results?"

▪︎ For a full and permanent change in your mindset, listen to your subliminal consistently for 3-6 months. The longer you listen, the better and more awesome the effect of your results. 3 months is the recommended minimum, but if you have been heavily struggling with the same negative beliefs and trash mindset for most of your life, then I would highly recommend going all out with your subliminal and hitting the 6 month mark for maximum change.

"What if I want to listen to my subliminal for longer than 6 months?"

▪︎ That's incredibly awesome, and your results will be greatly enhanced as a cherry on top. The longer you listen, the deeper the new beliefs will be ingrained in your subconscious. The results you experience around the 7-8 or 8-12 month mark will be drastically improved and much *greater* than the original results that manifested around the 3 month mark. You would notice a much more incredible difference in comparison. After you reach 6 months, the rest is all about your personal preference and what you want to do. "What if I'm already satisfied with my results? Can I stop listening?"

"How often should I listen to my subliminal every day?"

▪︎ The minimum: at least twice a day. I personally believe that the more you listen to it, the better. I like to have my subliminal playing on loop throughout the day while I enjoy watching my movies, shows, or reading some books. The important thing is to just keep yourself busy, don't focus on the "time" for the results, and live your life in the meantime. Your results will come, and your dedication will pay off.

"Can I have affirmations for another topic in my subliminal?"

▪︎ Yes, you can. In fact, adding affirmations for self-love, self-esteem, and happiness would be amazingly beneficial for you. Especially for those who are suffering from depression and want to cure those issues from within.

"What if I have been listening for X amount of time, and I want to update or add more to my affirmations?"

▪︎ Do not do this to yourself. Do *not ever* update your affirmations, add any more affirmations, or make any single type of change to your set of affirmations once you have completed creating your own subliminals. Once you have finished writing your original set of mindset affirmations, that's it. You must completely stick with them. I will say it again, you must remain *consistent.* at all times. Consistency greatly pays off in the end.

"Can I just assume that I have my full results in a week?"

▪︎ I will seriously never understand people with this type of thinking.. *deep sighs*

My answer for this absolutely ridiculous attempt to find a loophole for "faster" results is this: how in the hell do you expect to manifest this new assumption for yourself when you are listening to your mindset subliminal in the first place because you are *struggling* to manifest for yourself?

You're not seeing the greater picture here. What's not clicking for you?

Conscious manifestation is all about your mindset and right now, the current state of your mindset is deep down in the trash. Actually commit yourself to changing your mindset for good and stop trying to do the cheap version of this system.

Seriously, stop trying to "cheat the system" and commit yourself to this. Dedicate yourself to this process for the sake of changing your life or you will continue to remain in the endless vicious cycle of "struggling" to manifest your desires. Don't you want to break the cycle once and for all?

My birthday is just in 4-5 days and I have been trying to enter the void but I can't 😭😭dudeee helppp I can't live like this, I mean like I did everything a+p , sats, lubally methods like every single thing u could imagine but.... I really wanna enter before my birthday 😭😭aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I am trying from months 🥺🤧

When you feel physically and mentally relaxed. Start to imagine yourself floating into abyss of blackness that's a safe place for you. Where there is no longer a 3D, where you aren't yourself or your body. There's no past , but only the present. By doing this ,You are distancing yourself from the current circumstances.

Declare words quietly " I am" or " I am void " until you feel yourself floating that's when your consciousness is expanded to higher form of mind and you are reaching the " I am state ". Continue to declare these words until you reach the void state . Do not pay attention to the symptoms therefore being just indicators that you are entering.

If you're trying to tap in the void this is for you:

Stop trying to make yourself believe that you're going to tap or wake up in it and start affirming that you do. Robotically affirming really does wonders for me 'cause the point of it is just telling myself that i already have it and that's it. I'm not trying to change my mind or convince me of nothing.

Also, the only thing you should be "focusing" on is being consistent and persisting on what you're telling yourself! I'm so fucking tired of some bloggers telling people to "focus on the 4D or whatever" NO! Nobody is in the LOA community to live in imagination, let's be fucking honest... So my "tip" is:

If you're not complaining abt not having it, telling yourself the opposite of what you want and u're being consistent and persisting on the new story consider it fucking done. That's the only "knowing" you need to be in, the "knowing" that if ur consistent IT WILL MANIFEST DO NOT MATTER WHAT.

Do not stop until it manifest. Be fucking consistent for once in ur life for god fucking sake. Stop being so fucking afraid of affirming for what you fucking want. AFFIRMING FROM LACK ISN'T A FUCKING THING.

Just pick one to two affirmations and STICK WITH IT. You don't have to count them to 10K or anything, just tell it to yourself.

Sammy's 10 minutes method is very good if y'all wanna try it out; Just robotically say your affirmation in ur head or loud (it really doesn't matter) for 10 minutes (duh lol) but you can't start complaining abt not having it as soon as the timer goes off, just stick to the new story. (oh, i do it 3x per day)

HOW TO ENTER THE VOID STATE WITHOUT VOID CONCEPT!!! (Guaranteed)

(Warning!!!Long post ahead)

I know some people will heavily disagree with me about this. But I really believe there is a way to enter the void without having to have a good void concept.

All you need is to believe in the void state. That’s it.

The technique:

- Get into a comfortable position, one that you preferably won’t move around TOO much in.

- Clear your mind with a meditation or something. Maybe by breathing etc, whatever works for you. I really recommend DMT waves to calm your mind. Know that it is important to feel calm physically and mentally. Although it is not completely necessary if you are experienced.

- Once you feel relaxed and have a clear mind, start to affirm your affs for the void state. E.g. “I am pure consciousness” “I am void” “I am in the void state” (You don’t need to affirm, just do anything that distracts you from the 3D, like focusing on your breath, or focusing on the darkness behind your eyes. Anything is alright as long as it doesn’t lead to you falling asleep or paying attention to the 3D).

- Acknowledge that you do not need to completely block out the 3D. What i mean by “block out” is that you may still be able to hear and feel the 3D. Just don’t focus your attention onto it. Your attention should be on your affirmations or whatever else you chose to focus on (doesn’t have to be affirmations). Also if you get an itch, ignore it, but if it’s too unbearable and it’s completely ruining your focus, there’s no harm in scratching it. You may ask “but why can i scratch it? I have to stay still or i won’t enter the void.” The thing is, this technique does not require you to turn off your left brain as you will normally start to feel symptoms within 2-5 minutes within doing so, and it takes 15-20 minutes to turn off your left brain. Of course you can turn off your left brain by relaxing whilst staying still for 15-20 minutes if that is what you resonate with better. Know that scratching an itch, or shuffling around does not stop you from entering the void. It does not “ruin your progress” either. That is impossible. The void is within you, you cannot run from yourself. YOU ARE THE VOID!

- Know that you do not have to feel symptoms like floating. This is a big misconception. Ofcourse symptoms are very common, but not everyone experiences them. People feel like they can’t enter the void because the symptoms aren’t there to “tell them” that they are “doing it right”. As long as you are not focused on the 3D, you ARE doing it right. Stop stressing. You are supposed to feel relaxed. Stressing is the opposite of relaxation.

- This process will probably take you around 5 minutes. Ofcourse it depends on you as a person. Like how long it takes you to clear your mind. Or how long it takes you to feel comfortable. This should not take more than 1-10 minutes. Most likely will take 2-5 minutes. But don’t worry if it takes longer than that. Erase the stress and anxiety from your mind because you know for a fact that you are going to enter the void. I promise that this cannot fail you. It is literally impossible. It is not based on assumption. It doesn’t matter whether you believe it’s difficult to enter the void state. Just know that you are going to enter the void very quickly because there is no other outcome after doing this. There is no “failure”.

- You will most likely start to feel floating symptoms etc. Spinning, falling (If you are someone who doesn’t usually feel symptoms, that is fine).

- THIS IS A VERY CRUCIAL PART!!! Do not focus on your symptoms. Of course you can feel them, but do not pay attention to them. Do not focus on them. There you go. You are in the void.

See how easy it is. Try it for yourself and watch how failure doesn’t exist. I don’t care what your void concept is like. I don’t care whether you think you can’t do it. You have no choice when doing this method. This has been used for years and years. It is literally just detachment from the 3D. It is not difficult.

BIG MISTAKES PEOPLE MAKE:

Some people make some really silly mistakes and then complain about “not being able to enter the void.”

MISTAKE NUMBER 1:

- Anticipating entering the void. Your goal should be to relax. Of course to eventually enter the void, but if you are anticipating by thinking “When am i going to enter the void?!” “When am i going to start feeling symptoms?” then you are just going to stress yourself out. Do not do this! When you are clearing your mind, set the intention of entering the void and just relax and know that you are going to enter.

MISTAKE NUMBER 2:

- Thinking that movement is not allowed. You ARE allowed to move around and adjust your position. It doesn’t “slow you down” or “ruin your progress”. It doesn’t stop you from entering. So stop stressing. Moving around only matters when you are turning your left brain off, but this method does not require that. I’ve moved around plenty of times and i’ve seen many success stories of people who have moved around whilst literally having a terrible void concept on top of that.

MISTAKE NUMBER 3:

- When people start to feel the symptoms, they drift their attention to the 3D and how their physical body feels. DO NOT DO THIS!! Just keep focusing on what you were focusing on before, then you will enter the void in a few seconds. Literally. I always used to do this and just yesterday i stopped letting the symptoms get the best of me and get distracted by them, i kept persisting in my affirmations whilst affirming to enter the void and i felt myself entering but since i didn’t want to enter (because i am a dumbass), i woke myself up. But it’s TOO easy. Okay. Ignoring symptoms are ridiculously easy.

WHAT TO DO IF I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO IGNORE SYMPTOMS?

There are many ways you can ignore symptoms:

For mild focus (when you don’t feel symptoms yet):

- Focus on breathing and breathing only.

- Focus on affirming and affirming only.

- Focus on the darkness behind eyes only

For when you start to feel symptoms but they aren’t that intense:

- Focus on breathing and affirming only.

- Focus on breathing and darkness only.

- Focus on affirming and darkness only.

For when symptoms start to get really intense and you can feel yourself entering the void:

- Focus on all three simultaneously.

If you still find it easy to focus on ONE thing when things get intense (which they might not) then that’s fine. You don’t have to focus on more than one thing. That’s just a solution for people who can’t. Also i just have examples of what to focus on. Ofc you can focus on random thoughts or anything detached from the 3D. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

My Take On Manifesting + How To Use It To Wake Up In The Voidੈ✩‧₊˚

The Law of Assumption (LOA) in a nutshell is the concept that whatever you assume to be true is the truth. The most common and popular summary is: an assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact.

You've probably heard this a million times before, but I really want to explain this the way I interpret the law and I want to present it to you the way I wish it was presented to me.

The entire law operates on the principle that your 3d reflects your 4d. These terms are interchangeable with concious/subconcious, inner man/outer man, etc but basically that is the main principle that you should understand and accept: Your 3d reflects your 4d.

Now, here's where I deviate a bit into my personal opinions. If you know that your 3d reflects your 4d and you see something unfavorable happening in your 3d, why would you force yourself to pretend it doesn't exist? Deal with it in the 3d but KNOW that you can change things. Go and fufill what you want in your 4d.

Imagination Creates Reality.

You've probably heard this said a million times by LOA girls but it is such an important concept to understand.

Something that completely annoyed me back when I was trying to get into the void and had no grasp on LOA was people who would say that your imagination is your "true" reality or that you need to fufill yourself so much in your imagination to the point that you don't even care about it anymore in your reality. I do understand what they were trying to get at, but for me, I was just like if I want to manifest going to a concert, I don't want to just imagine it to the point where I'm fufilled, I want to actually watch it?

Let me explain my perspective now. Your imagination is not your reality. You can close your eyes right now and imagine yourself dating Harry Styles but once you open your eyes again, you're not going to be dating him. Imagining something doesn't make it magically appear in your reality, or else daydreamers would be living insane lives.

However, imagination CREATES your reality. To really understand this, we have to backtrack. Let's revisit LOA in a nutshell: An assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact.

I think most people understand the idea but acctually applying it is where everything comes crashing down. For me, there were so many times when I was super motivated, I listened to subliminals, I affirmed to myself, I was really assuming whatever I was trying to manifest. But then it didn't manifest and I was left disappointed.

I think this is a pretty common occurrence in the community and I know I've gotten hundreds of asks with people in this exact position. This ask that I answered covers this more in depth but I want to introduce a topic that isn't being pushed as much as it should: NATURALNESS.

So basically, this is what I think the law should be represented as: An assumption, though false, if persisted in within your imagination until it feels natural, will harden into fact.

There are many ways that you attain this naturalness. Most people use imagination, just imaging themselves with their desire, really connecting to the feeling of having their desire so that it feels natural to them. This is when your desire turns into an assumption.

There are many methods within this; visualizing being the most popular one. Just visualizing normally or SATS allows people to experience their desire in imagination, making it more natural to them. Some people can't really visualize so they rely on scripting, pinterest boards, etc. The options are endless but the end goal is the same: making your desire feel natural so that it manifests into your reality.

Some people say you have to keep repeating your method for something to feel natural to you but I disagree. Just going to imagination once, truly feeling it and knowing its yours and knowing the law and that your manifestation has no choice but to appear is all you need to make something feel natural to you. I think the main reason that it takes some people repetitions is because they don't have a strong faith in the law backing them up so it doesn't feel natural to them but if you know the law is backing you up, your desire will natural to you instantly.

Now, if you noticed, I said most people use imagination. What about other people? Well, once you've experienced a few manifestations and really strengthened your belief in the law and acknowledged your power as the creator of your reality, you don't really need to imagine. You just know your desire will come. It's natural for you to manifest anything you want so anything you want will manifest. This kind of goes into what I was saying in the previous paragraph about knowing the law is backing you up. This is why states was and is so popular, it's knowing the law is backing you up and just occupying the state of whatever you desire and knowing it has no choice but to manifest. I love this post by @lotusmi explaining it and I highly recommend reading it.

Now, how to use all this to enter the void. There are 4 things you need to understand, embody, and assume.

1. You are limitless: Literally. You can manifest anything and everything. Seriously.

2. The void is real: One of the main things I've tried to do on my blog is getting everyone to a point where you might not fully believe in the void until you acctually use it yourself but you should know its real. In my Doubts post, I linked so much material across different platforms and groups of people and all of them are talking about the void. Recently, in my challenges, I introduced a book where the author talks about the void and how that's where your reality is created from. I even had a follower recently make a post about how they found their Reiki book talking about the void and how it creates your reality. There's endless examples and at one point, you have to sit down and wonder how all these different platforms and groups of people are all talking about the void if it's just a lie. It can't be a lie if so many people have come to the same conclusion.

3. You are going to wake up in the void state tonight: You understand manifestation now right? All you have to do is know you are going to wake up in the void, make it natural to you and that's it. I promise when you realize that the word operates on your beliefs and that your imagination is honestly what matters because your reality is just a platform for your imagination to project onto (your imagination creates your reality), your manifestations are going to be so quick.

4. Naturalness is all you need: All you're doing when you're manifesting anything, in this case; the void is making it natural to you. Once you do, it has no choice but to manifest in your reality. This really ties into the third point, but I want you to understand this because once you realize the third and fourth point, the law will be so easy to you. If you haven't entered the void yet, the only problem is that it was not natural to you. As a void blogger, I know this is a case because I've gotten so many asks about this and everytime I can tell that they struggle with seeing themselves actually enter the void. It's unnatural to them. But recognizing that naturalness is the problem is also the solution. Just make it natural to you. Know that you are going to wake up in the void tonight and really rest easy in this. You know you are limitless, you can manifest anything, waking up in the void is a peace of cake.

So here's what you're going to:

Starting this moment, know you are going to wake up in the void tonight. Just know it. Now, go straight to your imagination and do whatever method will help your desire natural to you. Know that your reality is just a projection of your imagination and that you are the creator of your reality. Deal with your 3d but know that your 4d is what triumphs.

If you don't wake up in the void, don't spiral. Your desire just doesn't feel natural yet, that's all. Just focus on making your desire natural to you. That is literally all you have to do and you know you're going to enter. 1. first, get into a drowsy, sleepy state. not too awake, not too sleepy. like, when you can open your eyes but you don't want to. (if you fall asleep way too quickly, start affirming early. it's better to be safe than sorry).

2. then, affirm for your desires when you are drifting asleep until you fall asleep.

for example, let's say i was affirming for my desired face. i would KNOW i would get my desired face when i woke up. and in a sleepy, drowsy state, i'd affirm:

"i have my desired face"

"i look exactly how i want to"

"i have head turning beauty"

"i woke up with my desired face"

"i am extremely beautiful"

or if i was manifesting a large sum of money, i'd affirm:

"money comes to me quickly and easily"

"i always have more than enough money"

"i am rich"

"i have multiple streams of income"

"i am a money magnet"

if i was shifting to my dr i'd affirm something like:

"i will wake up in my dr"

"i am in my dr"

"i shifted"

"i woke up in my dr"

"shifting is so easy for me"

the I AM state

the "I AM state" or also sometimes called "the void state" is a state in pure consciousness, where you are a formless, shapeless being. it is pitch black with pure nothingness. in this "void", you will feel a floating feeling, so don't be alarmed about that.

people enter this state because when you manifest in this state, you manifest INSTANTLY. you can shift in this state, or get whatever you desire also.this state is extremely easy to get into. it's a bit similar to the lullaby method.

in this state, you will manifest every single one of your desires extremely easily, because you are no longer immersed in sensory/outside world. no intrusive thoughts, no doubts, nothing. your consciousness is a purely "clean slate" and "empty".

this may seem like a lot, but it's REALLY easy to get into. i got in the void state on my FIRST TRY. if i can do it, you can do it. give it a try tonight and tell me how it goes!

how to do it

------------------------------

1. first, get into a comfortable position. you can move around for a bit until you find a position that is comfortable. then, stay still.

2. after that, breathe in and out for a while, focus on you breathing. then, begin to affim "I AM" "i am nothing" "i am faceless and formless" "i am in the void state" etc.

KEEP DOING THIS. you're going to get start getting a floaty feeling. if you get this feeling, you are doing it right. keep doing this, and make sure you're affirming from a peaceful place, and you are fully relaxed.

you may get tempted to move, itch, etc. this is just your body checking to see if you're awake or not. IGNORE IT. this is also a sign you're doing it right.

3. great! you're now in the void state. now, you can affirm/visualise or just decide what you want to happen. after that, you will manifest what you want EXTREMELY quickly, almost instantly!

you can shift realities, travel back in time or manifest something. good luck and try this tonight! you can do this at night or in the middle of the day. good luck!

Today I will tell you one method that helped me get strong relaxation from the first time. I came up with this method initially for myself personally and did not think that I would tell it to anyone. But maybe it will be useful to someone.

Initially, I used this method in my routine for entering the void. Because I've learned that it's helpful to say affirmations when you're asleep. Then an idea came to my mind. I decided that at first I would sleep for 2 hours, and after that I would set an alarm for every hour. So that I can wake up and say affirmations again until I fall asleep.😴 For example, if I go to bed at 1 o'clock in the morning, then I sleep peacefully until 3 o'clock in the morning. After that, I set an alarm for every hour (4,5,6), until I finally have to get up and start my day. I had no plans to get some kind of relaxation, I just wanted to repeat affirmations when I wake up on an alarm clock. I remember trying this method for the first time. It worked when the alarm rang a second time. I turned it off, but it was such a strange feeling. To be honest, I don't even know how to explain it. I felt a very strong relaxation and I knew that if I surrendered to this feeling, I would fall somewhere (perhaps into sleep paralysis). And I was afraid of this, so I constantly jerked my body so as not to fall asleep, because I was afraid to surrender to this feeling. And no matter how I changed my position, this feeling continued because of which I could not sleep normally (but I really wanted to sleep, but I could not do it because I was afraid). I was afraid because I thought that I would fall into sleep paralysis, and at that moment I was not ready for this. Now I regret a little that I missed the opportunity at that time, as it is difficult for me to achieve relaxation.

So this method worked for me on the first try, I didn't try it again, but I think it's worth repeating. I am sorry that I cannot explain in detail the feeling that I experienced (it's really hard😭). In any case, you can try adding this to your routine if you like.
