these are the rules iโll be following throughout the month of august to get my body and mind in really good shape before school starts!
1. wake up at 9am latest everyday.
2. mini-workout before shower.
3. 500 MAX daily calorie limit
4. NO JUNK. NO CARBS. only fruit, veggies & lean meats
5. drink 2-3L of water everyday
6. study study study!! at least 3 hours everyday
7. watch educational videos & podcasts everyday
8. eat only between 12pm and 7pm.
9. try to fast at least one day a week
10. face masks 3 times a week
11. grow nails & hair out
12. at least one cup of green tea per day
13. always take vitamins
14. mini-workout before bed
15. bedtime 11pm latest

My go-to workout, especially after binging. I can do this in my room without anyone noticing even when my whole family is in the house.
Doing this twice daily will burn about 3.5 lbs a week, and it only takes around 15 minutes.

Youโll feel more comfortable tanning like a goddess when your stomach doesnโt roll around without you doing anything.
Imagine when as Autumn sets in and you think of your crush wrapped in a blanket with you, watching a scary movie together. His hand reaches around you and he can actually touch your other shoulder. He wonโt be disgusted with the flab hanging off your limbs like dead weight. And if youโre skinny enough, he may even kiss you.
Imagine being perfect even in winter. While everyone else looks like walking marshmallows in their coats and scarves youโll still be as small and delicate as the snow falling onto your hair. You will be able to leave little to no footprint in the snow, and they will all see you as a light little bird gliding across the blizzard.
Being skinny isnโt just for pictures. Itโs for living without chains that hold you back by the skin, preventing you from having joy in your life. It doesnโt matter when season it is, there is always something that will be better if you are skinny. So donโt give up. And lose that weight.

today i was told i was taking to much food. it felt like a stab in my stomach because i was taking a piece of watermelon. did the person that said that mean i didnโt need to eat anymore food than she thinks i do? probably, i just want to be skinny. :(
