Imagine walking down the street or down a hallway and having your thighs breeze past each other without touching. It will be flirtatious, and in the spring all the wind and flowers will just float right through the gap in your thighs. The way you walk will be graceful. Like a delicate angel, a perfect nymph that glides instead of stomps.
Imagine in summer when the aqua waves lap around your waist and nearly knock you over. Your flat waist will be perfect for holding when your friends or family toss you easily into the air and then into the cool water. Youāll wear a bikini proudly, any bikini you want. Youāll feel more comfortable tanning like a goddess when your stomach doesnāt roll around without you doing anything.
Imagine when as Autumn sets in and you think of your crush wrapped in a blanket with you, watching a scary movie together. His hand reaches around you and he can actually touch your other shoulder. He wonāt be disgusted with the flab hanging off your limbs like dead weight. And if youāre skinny enough, he may even kiss you.
Imagine being perfect even in winter. While everyone else looks like walking marshmallows in their coats and scarves youāll still be as small and delicate as the snow falling onto your hair. You will be able to leave little to no footprint in the snow, and they will all see you as a light little bird gliding across the blizzard.
Being skinny isnāt just for pictures. Itās for living without chains that hold you back by the skin, preventing you from having joy in your life. It doesnāt matter when season it is, there is always something that will be better if you are skinny. So donāt give up. And lose that weight.

⢠Please donāt let your eating disorder ruin your relationships. If your friend doesnāt support you starving yourself or binging and purging, it doesnāt mean theyāre a bad friend. It means they care about you and donāt want you harming yourself.
⢠Itās okay to treat yourself once in a while. Having a candy bar isnāt a binge. Be sure to have your favorite food at least twice a month (in moderation), I promise it wonāt harm you or ruin your progress.
⢠Donāt beat yourself up if you gained a little weight. Itās perfectly normal. Do some yoga, drink some water, and start over tomorrow.
⢠Donāt expect everyone to understand.
⢠Holidays are an exception. Please eat with your family on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, etc. At least eat on your birthday.
⢠It is a disorder. Please donāt convince yourself that this is a lifestyle that we have chosen. This is terrible for our health and I feel like we all know this deep down inside. Would you want your best friend doing this? Exactly.
⢠Lastly, please donāt go too far. Donāt fast for over 3 days. Donāt set your calorie limit below 200 calories. Please donāt put your life at risk because you want to be thin.

<p>this is my favorite drink for breakfast and if you make enough, it can keep you full for hours!! basically you just play around with the ratios until youāve got the amount you want!</p>
<p>for one 8oz. drink, you need:<br /> ⢠1 green tea bag (0 cal)<br /> ⢠8 oz. (1 cup) cold water (0 cal)<br /> ⢠½ tsp lemon juice (0 cal)<br /> ⢠½ tsp 0 cal sweetener (0 cal)</p>
<p>steep the green tea in the cold water for at least 3 minutes, add the lemon juice and stir, then add the sweetener. increase the ratios to make more if you want! (in the picture i have 32~ oz and it kept me full for like five hours)

Hi guys! This is a recipe Iāve created for morning oats, feedback is welcome if youād like me to share more recipes like this!
Ingredients: - 1/3 cup of rolled oats - 2/3 cup warm water - 1 tsp cinnamon - ½ tsp golden syrup (using zero cal sweetener will save 10 calories) - 1 tbsp of sultanas
Method: - Place oats and water into a small saucepan and turn the heat to medium - Cover with lid and wait 3-5 minutes, when oats cover the back of a spoon, theyāre done - Turn off heat and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes before adding the sultanas, golden syrup and cinnamon
Total Calories: 157 - Oats: 135 - Sultanas: 6 - Golden Syrup: 10 - Cinnamon: 6
