• Please don’t let your eating disorder ruin your relationships. If your friend doesn’t support you starving yourself or binging and purging, it doesn’t mean they’re a bad friend. It means they care about you and don’t want you harming yourself.
• It’s okay to treat yourself once in a while. Having a candy bar isn’t a binge. Be sure to have your favorite food at least twice a month (in moderation), I promise it won’t harm you or ruin your progress.
• Don’t beat yourself up if you gained a little weight. It’s perfectly normal. Do some yoga, drink some water, and start over tomorrow.
• Don’t expect everyone to understand.
• Holidays are an exception. Please eat with your family on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, etc. At least eat on your birthday.
• It is a disorder. Please don’t convince yourself that this is a lifestyle that we have chosen. This is terrible for our health and I feel like we all know this deep down inside. Would you want your best friend doing this? Exactly.
• Lastly, please don’t go too far. Don’t fast for over 3 days. Don’t set your calorie limit below 200 calories. Please don’t put your life at risk because you want to be thin.

1. You hear it everywhere but increase water intake (4 to 5 lit a day)Â
careful don’t eat a bunch of stuff and then expect the water to clean it off, it does not work that way.
2. Hot water with lemonÂ
can be taken before/with/after meals but in an empty stomach works best
3. Green tea its savior, not with sugar or honey
4. Avoid: junk food, flours, rice, salt, lactose and sweets. Fact: the less you eat candy the less you crave them.
5. Reduce your portions, if you can get a dessert plate, those are smaller and are usually of the correct measure.Â
Careful: don’t fill the plate till it touches the ceiling.
6. Stop drinking anything that is not water or green tea.
7. With a watch or with your cellphone timer control the time of you meals Snacks: 30 min
Meals: 45 to 60 min Drinks: at least 15 min if they are not water Between bites drop you utensil, wipe your face with a napkin, engage in conversation with your family/friends.
8. Three hours must pass between your last meal and you bed time.
9. Don’t reward yourself with food, your not a pet.
10. This is kinda sick but eat in front of a mirror naked.
11. Feeling a binge? Brush your teeth, look at thinspo, get out of the house.
12. Instead of saying NO to foods, think that you don’t care and you don’t want the food. Do something that makes you stop thinking about food.

Put down the soda and pick up a glass of water. Put down the bag of chips and put on some running shoes. Put down the burger and see how many sit ups you can do in one minute. Put down the candy bar and see how many push ups you can do before it burns. Put down the cookie and see how many squats it takes for your whole body to sweat.
Put away the butter. You’re literally putting fat on top of the fat already in what you’re gonna eat. Don’t lick that spoon, that’s like 15 extra calories. Don’t eat the crumbs. There’s a trash for a reason. Don’t buy the large. You don’t need it. It’s not just one bite. You know that.
Have an apple. They’re delicious. Cook up an egg white omelette for breakfast. Almond milk is actually kind of tasty. Measure everything. Eat slower. Drink lots of water. Swap your fork for chopsticks. Cover half your food with so much salt it’s nasty to eat. Every bite is 2 squats. Every binge is a 30 minute jog. Become a vegetarian. Snack on fruits. Melons are delicious. Berry ice smoothies instead of ice cream please. Wear out those shoes. Show people you really do work hard. Experiment. Drink tea. Spin in circles.

Listen to your favourite tunes getting ready. Treat yourself to a mani pedi Ever heard of henna? It’s beautiful. Read a book. Wing that eyeliner like you could fly away one day. Make that highlighter glow. Or, just rock your beautiful naked face. Dance around your house in an old shirt. Buy yourself some cute underwear.
You read all day to cut your carbs and to avoid fatty foods and keep as low cal as possible. You read all day ways to burn off the little you ate too after leaving your mouth watering and your cravings unsatisfied. It’s hard. So don’t forget to treat yourself once in a while. You’re strong. You deserve it.

You can’t or else we’d all be skinny in days ðŸ˜ðŸ˜If you starve you’ll gain it all back. Try eating less and drinking more water. Skip on the animal products, they’re high in fat. Generally if you eat 1200-1500 everyday you’ll lose 1-3lbs per week tho. Stay safe. Don’t starve

I don’t mean to be rude, but I’m so fucking sick of skinny or thin girls telling me my weight doesn’t affect how people see me. My family and my friends all tell me I look fine and that my weight and size doesn’t matter. Well, it fucking matters.
