Detox Waters

If you, like me, get kind of sick of water here are some recipes I’m trying out. Let me know your favorites. Drink water kids and stay safe.Ā 

Watermelon and Strawberry Mint Detox Water Ingredients:Ā 

4 cups watermelon in /2 inch cubes, lightly mashedĀ 

½ pint strawberries, sliced in half 

6 sprigs mint (lightly crushed)Ā 

Ā Blueberry and Orange Detox Water Ingredients:Ā 

2 Mandarin Oranges, cut into wedgesĀ 

Handful of blueberriesĀ 

Ā Slim Down Detox Water Ingredients:Ā 

 ½ gallon purified water 

 ½ lemon, sliced 

 ½ lime, sliced 

 ½ grapefruit, sliced 

Ā 1 cup cucumber, slicedĀ 

Apple Cinnamon Detox Water Ingredients:Ā 

1 Apple thinly sliced, cut away the seeds.Ā 

1 Cinnamon Stick. I don’t recommend using powdered cinnamon, it clogs the water.Ā 

Metabolism Boosting Mango Ginger Water Ingredients:Ā 

1 inch Ginger Root, peeled and slicedĀ 

1 cup Frozen Mango- fresh is fine tooĀ 

Raspberry Orange Detox Water Ingredients:Ā 

1 thinly sliced orangeĀ 

1 pint raspberries (lightly crushed)Ā 

Ā Classic Cucumber Water Ingredients:Ā 

1 medium cucumber, cleaned, peeled (or unpeeled depending on your preference) and cut into ½ inch slices. 

Ā Lemon Berry Detox Water IngredientsĀ 

½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen 

½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen 

1 lemon, slicedĀ 

Ā Strawberry, Mint, and Lemon Detox Drink Ingredients:Ā 

1 lemon, thinly slicedĀ 

15 strawberries quarteredĀ 

5 mint leavesĀ 

Skinny Detox Water Ingredients:Ā 

1 lemonĀ 

1 limeĀ 

1 grapefruitĀ 

1 medium cucumberĀ 

1 sprig fresh mintĀ 

Apple Cider Vinegar Detox SodaĀ Ingredients:Ā 

6 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegarĀ 

64Ā ounces sparkling mineral water (2 quarts)

Juice of 2Ā lemonsĀ 

Stevia to tasteĀ 

Lemon Lime Detox Water Ingredients:Ā 

1 lemonĀ 

3 limesĀ 

Tropical Pineapple and Orange Infused Water Ingredients:Ā 

1 orange, thinly slicedĀ 

½ cup pineapple, thinly sliced 

Detox Lime Cucumber Mint Water Ingredients:Ā 

1 lime, thinly slicedĀ 

5 inch cucumber, sliced into ringsĀ 

5 mint leavesĀ 

Ā Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink Ingredients:Ā 

2 tbsp apple cider vinegarĀ 

1Ā limeĀ 

1 lemonĀ 

5-6 mint leavesĀ 

Citrus Cucumber Detox Water Ingredients:Ā 

2 large oranges, slicedĀ 

1 lemon, slicedĀ 

½ large cucumber, sliced 

1 handful of fresh mintĀ 

Cooling Peach Mint Water Ingredients:Ā 

1 long sprig of Mint

10 frozen Peach Slices

Ā Lemon Ginger Detox Drink Ingredients:Ā 

Juice of 2 lemonsĀ 

2Ā inch knob of ginger rootĀ 

Pineapple Cucumber Water Ingredients:Ā 

1 cup fresh mint leavesĀ 

1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly slicedĀ 

Ā Detox Green Tea Ingredients: (Makes 1 serving)Ā 

1 green tea bagĀ 

1 slice lemon *Ā 

1 tsp honey or steviaĀ 

2 strawberries, slicedĀ 

2 slices cucumber

🌸Hola I can see my collarbone peeking through (a lil bit) šŸ‘I can kneel down now?? Without it being painful?? I never knew this was a problem before?? 🌈my legs are actually kinda toned under all the fat who knew? 🌸the tendons in my hands are more visible šŸ‘I don’t have to buy extra large clothes anymore 🌈my skin is clearer 🌸I have a jawline? Questions I will NOT answer

I have been receiving more and more questions lately, and I guess you may )or may not) have noticed that I am not answering all of them. The reason for that is simple, I do not promote any eating disorders. Just because I run this blog does NOT mean that I encourage or glorify an eating disorder. I have been suffering from an eating disorder for years now and the only way to express myself to feel somewhat better is to create my little space here and reblog/post things that I like, that motivate me or that make me feel somehow better. So, I have been getting questions like: - I am x years old and I weigh x lbs/kgs. How do I lose weight? - How do I starve myself? - How did you lose so much weight? - How can I trick my parents?Ā  - How can I restrict better?Ā  - I weigh x lbs/kgs and I am x inches/cms tall, how much should I weigh? And anything similar to that. I DO NOT want to be responsible for someones struggles and problems. If you want tips, sure, I will give you some, but DO NOT expect me to give you extreme ones (e.g. you should fast for x hours). If you want unhealthy diet plans and fasting tips, then google.Ā 

Otherwise, I am always available for you and I am more than just happy to be able to talk to you guys and help you put as much as I can. ♄

My go-to workout, especially after binging. I can do this in my room without anyone noticing even when my whole family is in the house.

Doing this twice daily will burn about 3.5 lbs a week, and it only takes around 15 minutes.
