Some things to think about whenever you next feel like giving up or binging
Stay safe ♡
y’all this video is GOLD
Hey everyone, I'm thinking of making a weightloss/ana discord. If anyone's interested let me know by reblogging this.
Also follow me smh
So I’m starting this tomorrow and ill keep you guys updated I have some pals doing it with me to keep me accountable! Progress will be under #hmloseastone on my page!!
Stay safe I love you!!
I can feel myself getting stronger. Most of these exercises are so easy to do now. I'm so excited to see how the end of the 30 days looks!
Have you started any challenges? How are you doing with them? It's okay if you've missed. Just jump in where you left off or start over!
Today has been weird. I've done alright with eating. Eh.... just kind of in the slumps about my appearance. But when am I not.
waking up to stars on the ceiling and bruises on pale skin and battered feet on & off the scale and almonds in ziploc baggies and bite marks on fingers and hair down the drain and measuring crunches by the spots left on the spine and enough water to drown organs and eating an apple with a knife and fork and battered feet on & off the scale and desperate hands clutching ribs and standing up & the world goes dark and carrying an emergency rice cake in your purse for weak spells and enough green tea to drown organs and how many calories are in toothpaste and whatever nail polish color covers yellow and battered feet on & off the scale and is today the day my heart gives out and how many calories do you burn when you sneeze and pillows squeezed between thighs and waking up in a new body everyday and fingers clasped around wrists and notebooks filled with numbers and purple crescents below the eyes and accidentally knocking your elbow on your hip bone and being afraid of your own reflection and i’m not hungry or i already ate or i’ll eat later or i don’t feel well and oxygen that tastes like splenda and battered feet on & off the scale
now i don't know if this will work as i haven't ever tried it before (duh) but this is a reallyyyyy high restriction diet that i am hoping will get me to 110lbs (50kg) by christmas. it's a mix of some random diet plans i found and the theory that the abc diet is based on: 'alternating caloric intake'. weigh ins will be based on when i have psych appointments, and if im not getting the results i want i will lower calories for some days :) this will be the hardest thing i have ever done, but i HAVE to do it, i can't give up !!

They both take at least 4 days till you can see results but stick to them and you can lose and tone so much.
Love you 💞
After going on a trek with a mate of mine this weekend and having to forcibly eat, my purging habits came back pretty bad. I hate binging and purging, so I decided to make a list of a bunch of things you can do to avoid a binge! I made this not only for myself, but for every one of you that may be struggling with a binging problem too.

i never regret the meals i didn’t eat, only the ones i did.
My mother is a pilates teacher and I’ve always watched her as she worked with love and passion, however I’ve never understood how truly amazing pilates is. I’ve been doing on my own pilates workouts for a year by now and with my mom’s teachings I’ve seen major changes in my physique that not even thousands of cardio workouts could achieve. Also I have to give props to whoever invented pilates because you can stay in your home, without sweating too much and wearing comfortable clothes and at the same time getting effective results. So I chose to share some of those videos with all of you and I’m going to update everytime I find some new that I enjoy and think are suitable for everyone.

Be aware! some common mistakes people do and that I’ve done for a long time:
don’t hold your breath, breathing is your friend: exhale during the hardest part of the exercise and inhale during the resting part
DO NOT ARCH YOUR BACK! THIS IS SO IMPORTANT. If your lower back is hurting you’re not working your abs at all but you’re just hurting yourself. Don’t push your body where you aren’t comfortable, there are always modifications you can do.
always keep the core strong when you’re in plank positions, otherwise you’ll be working your wrists instead of your abs.
when you’re doing squats be careful to your knees, they have to be in line with your toes: you want to work your booty and quads, not hurt your poor knees.
open your shoulders, stay tall like you have a glass of water on your head and open your chest because your back needs lots of love and care since we always neglect it: posture is so important!
don’t think working out as pain in the ass: it helps your body, it’s a moment of healing after all those hours spent at school or at work, it’s a moment of recovery and serenity that you owe to yourself.
Some of this is so accurate for me!☹️
It takes 3 months to make a drastic change to your appearance. By September you can be at your goal weight. By October you can dress in that Halloween costume you were waiting to wear until you lost the weight. By November you can wear big sweaters and cute socks and look ADORABLE. By December you can actually enjoy the holidays and not be concerned about that extra fat you used to carry around. By January, you can cross out “lose weight” from your New Year’s resolution because you were disciplined enough to get to your goal weight a long time ago. Just imagine where you could be if you just stick to your plans for the next 3 months.
Hi! Again with my updates, I complited my workout before the time was up! I also stuck to my calorie limit and I will maybe lose a pound so maybe I will be 45,9 kg! (I’m tooo lazy for math rn so look it up if you’re from US of UK or idk) And with my diet maybe just maybe I will be 45 kg or even 44 kg! (wich is my UGW) My legs are still sooo fat! I would’ve shown you a picture of them but I don’t have a phone .-. Also with new diet for a week I down graded my workout to 30 min or 45 min, because I have school and I can’t be so exausted I can’t stand on my own, wich happens after my workout. . .I will try to do it for an hour but no promises. . .OH! And for peeps who are curious what I do for my workout here it is, maybe it’s not so weird and exausting at first, but it helps. . .
Of course remember to stay safe xoxo! 🖤🖤🖤
Sorry just so I don’t lose it
I’m starting this and going to try my hardest to continue this for the next 10 weeks. I’m starting today (August 19, 2019) and will do this workout everyday after school. I will eat only dinner (and maybe a small lowkey snack if I feel faint). I will check in every Monday and update you on my consistency, weight, mesurements (when I get a measuring ribbon) and anything else that Id like to. Stay safe, love you :)
