august starting tomorrow, a new month. school is out the corner, autumn is coming faster than you think. sweater weather, coffee and orange season. everything is soft in fall, you’ll be too.

Some of the things i have noticed
- Hair doesn’t get greasy anymore, it just doesn’t
- There is less to wash, exfoliate, self tan, etc. (Honestly really notice this one in the shower, i used to have 20+ lbs more in my legs)
- Moving with more ease
- Food is cheap. Hello water over cocktails and an apple over spaghetti bolognese
- Generally feeling smaller is a bit euphoric especially wrapped in blankets or trying on old clothes
- Skin clears up because theres less oil production
- Barely sweating (even while exercising or on a hot day)
- Sunglasses/glasses are more flattering against a more angular face
and when i reach my goal weights, i just feel fucking invincible.

these are the rules i’ll be following throughout the month of august to get my body and mind in really good shape before school starts!
1. wake up at 9am latest everyday.
2. mini-workout before shower.
3. 500 MAX daily calorie limit
4. NO JUNK. NO CARBS. only fruit, veggies & lean meats
5. drink 2-3L of water everyday
6. study study study!! at least 3 hours everyday
7. watch educational videos & podcasts everyday
8. eat only between 12pm and 7pm.
9. try to fast at least one day a week
10. face masks 3 times a week
11. grow nails & hair out
12. at least one cup of green tea per day
13. always take vitamins
14. mini-workout before bed
15. bedtime 11pm latest

✨We all know that eating at a fast food restaurant with an ed can be a nightmare so I’ve compiled some tips and lower calorie options to help you guys. keep in mind I live in Australia so I found all the info for US restaurants online✨
Get your food in a take-away bag, and don’t take it all out of the bag. if you lay your meal out it might draw attention to the fact that you’re not eating as much as your friends or family. If you just reach into the bag, the people your with will see your bag of food and you eating and will not suspect anything.
Opt for 0 cal drinks. Most cups in fast food restaurants aren’t see-through so no-one will be able to tell the difference between a coke and a coke zero or a water and a sprite. they’ll just see you drinking a soft drink and ‘someone with an eating disorder wouldn’t drink a soft drink’
google the menu and calories before you leave. This way you will be able to plan better and not accidentally go over your calorie limit
Plan around it. If you know that you’re going to a fast food restaurant save up your calories and get a burger. If people see you eat a burger they won’t suspect anything, after all, ‘an anorexic girl wouldn’t eat a burger’
Ask for your burger without cheese. A piece of cheese from most fast food restaurants is around 60cal and getting rid of it lowers the calories a bit. And it’s so easy to make excuses about it too, ‘the cheese here tastes weird, it makes me feel sick ect.
When choosing meat go with chicken, that will bring down the calories in whatever your getting
Get an ice-cream. If you don’t want anyone to suspect anything get an ice-cream cone. most soft serve cones are about 200 cal (less than a burger or nuggets) and no one will suspect anything because ‘someone with an anorexia wouldn’t eat ice-cream’

I don’t mean to be rude, but I’m so fucking sick of skinny or thin girls telling me my weight doesn’t affect how people see me. My family and my friends all tell me I look fine and that my weight and size doesn’t matter. Well, it fucking matters.
They’ve never had a guy block them because he found out they were fat.
They’ve never had the struggle of not being able to buy a shirt that they love because it isn’t in their size.
They’ve never had the problem of putting a ring on that they got as a present and it doesn’t fit.
They’ve never had people ask them if they ever stop eating.
They’ve never had people tell them to lose weight because ‘they’ll look better.’
They’ve never had someone laugh in their face and tell them their crush would never like them because they’re fat.
I’m just so fucking sick of my thin and skinny friends telling me I look fine. No, I don’t look fine. If I looked fine, I would’ve been happy. I’ll be fine once I’m smaller than all of you.
