🍯 to look good in any clothes

🥀 to rock any hairstyle/cut

🍯 to take a bath without hating my body

🥀 to take cute selfies from any angle

🍯 to be the one who sits on other people’s laps

🥀 for people to make nice skinny jokes instead of cruel fat ones

🍯 to be easily picked up by people

🥀 to be able to say my weight out loud without fear

🍯 to look cute and quirky when eating a treat instead of sad

🥀 for people to be jealous and ask how i did it

🍯 for all the proud comments and stares

🥀 to undress easily in changing rooms/sleepovers etc

🍯 to look good in cute underwear and lingerie

🥀 to rock any kind of clothing style and not try as hard to be fashionable

🍯 to feel more confident at the gym

🥀 not to feel as guilty if i treat myself sometimes

🍯 to show off my collarbone and jawline in pictures

I’ve read about adding lemon and other fruits to water for a detox and

YOU GUYS. OH. MY. GOD.

Not only does it detox your body but seriously just adding a cap full of lemon juice to 32oz of water works wonders for cravings. The acidity stimulates your taste buds and makes you less hungry, all while drinking water and staying hydrated with what is probably only a fraction of a calorie.

My favorite combo so far is lemon and peppermint. Like I said the lemon gives you the taste, but in addition peppermint is known to suppress appetite.

my fasting survival kit

- black coffee - cigarettes (preferably Djarum Cherry - fights my sweets craving AND takes hunger away) - 3L of water (or more) - coke zero - multivitamin (I use Centrum Women - it’s pretty complete) *set an alarm and do 20 sit-ups and 40 mountain climbs every half hour* I’m aiming for 36 hours (currently at my 15th hour). Message me if you’re also fasting so we can share tips!
