reasons to be skinny

- people saying “how did you lose so much weight?” -your mum never calling you fat again -knowing that if the people who made fun of you could see you now they’d be stunned -the people who thought you were ugly now want to date you (but you know you’re too good for them, so they stand no chance) -being able to go into any shop and not worry they don’t have your size; even if they don’t go as small as you are, you can still find something cute and baggy instead -wearing tight clothes that don’t show rolls of fat -being able to hold yourself with confidence -throwing out ugly old clothes and buying cuter, smaller ones -going somewhere new and knowing that no one around you knew you when you were fat -not being scared to step on the scale -telling people your weight with pride in stead of fear -being proud of yourself

- black coffee - cigarettes (preferably Djarum Cherry - fights my sweets craving AND takes hunger away) - 3L of water (or more) - coke zero - multivitamin (I use Centrum Women - it’s pretty complete) *set an alarm and do 20 sit-ups and 40 mountain climbs every half hour* I’m aiming for 36 hours (currently at my 15th hour). First 7 days rules

1. Wake up no later than 9. 2. Workout every morning for 15-20 minutes then get ready for the day 3. Don’t eat before 12pm and don’t eat after 9pm 4. Do night routine every night 5. Go to bed by 12am the latest 6. Drink 8 glasses of water a day (2 in the morning, 2 at noon, 2 in the evening, 2 before bed) 7. Follow meal plan 8. Read for a half hour each day 9. Take vitamins every morning

Quickest way to lose a few kg?? I wanna lose 5kg in a few days

You can’t or else we’d all be skinny in days 😭😭If you starve you’ll gain it all back. Try eating less and drinking more water. Skip on the animal products, they’re high in fat. Generally if you eat 1200-1500 everyday you’ll lose 1-3lbs per week tho. Stay safe. Don’t starve
