How I enter the void
okok so i know in my pinned post i used to have “don’t ask me about the void i don’t use the void for manifesting” but now that i’ve actually entered it my life was changed. like literally, i redid my whole life.
i was honestly a negative nancy about the void because i had a bad self concept when i first tried entering it but now that those are gone here’s how i do it 😋
i firstly wait until i’m pretty tired but not too much so i don’t fall asleep
so this is definitely optional, i’ve entered the void without it but i usually do it if i’m in a bad headspace beforehand.
i use this meditation and i usually never finish it because i enter the void as it’s playing, it seriously works so well
(i also affirm that i am the void and i am pure consciousness throughout the whole meditation)
but if i don’t enter the void during the meditation, i lay down on my stomach so i’m seeing nothing but pitch black and saying void affirmations. i make sure my eyes are looking down but they’re still closed, idk why but that helps with dissociation
i also make sure i’m in control of my breathing
and then usually i’ll feel cold then i feel like i’m floating and everything disappears.
and once i realize i’m in the void i affirm my desires and leave
and that’s it!
(i’ve already manifested my dream life when i went to the void for the first time, so it’s not much)

this method is slightly more "scientific" and it can help the more logical people to shift/get into the void state/manifest/experience the impossible. whatever information i provide in this method is proved by the CIA. i'll link the documents from the CIA too.
𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
this method involves turning off the left side of your brain. the left side of your brain is more logical and can't take information or anything you tell yourself without analyzing it. which is why some people believe that shifting and manifesting isn't possible. your right side of the brain is responsible for creativity and imagination. people who use the right side of their brain more tend to believe in the impossible more. this can also be a reason why you're "not able to manifest" or have a hard time manifesting/shifting.
i've realized that a lot of people struggle to manifest simply because they are more in tune to the left side of their brain. this has nothing to do with beliefs, so don't worry. we use both halves of our brain equally and they both function. sometimes people are either more creative and imaginative and some are more logical and analytical. 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍 𝐎𝐅𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐅𝐓 𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍
please follow these steps thoroughly!
in order to turn off the left side of your brain, you must convince your body and mind that your body is asleep. the process of turning of the left side of your brain is extremely simple.
here is what you need to do : step one | make yourself comfortable and relaxed. i would recommended doing this before bed or just when you are tired. find a comfortable position and stay in that position without moving. it takes at least 15-20 minutes for the left side of your brain to turn off step two | do something to keep the right side of your brain awake. you can listen to music/subliminals, count, or think random thoughts but not really acknowledge them at the same time if that makes sense. try to keep the right side of your brain busy until the left side of your brain turns off. the left side of your brain gets bored easily so just continue engaging in not so exciting or interesting conversations or mental tasks (like counting) tip : if you have trouble staying awake, eat and apple before hand step three | after about 15-20 minutes you will start to feel like you're floating, but if you don't just keep doing what you're doing. you may feel a different symptom, but you will know once the left side of your brain is asleep. you may feel itchy or even tingly sensations. even if you don't feel any symptoms or you have different symptoms, just trust the process step four | once you turned off the left side of your brain, you can manifest, reality shift, get into the void, lucid dream, astral project, etc.

please just persist smh. just do the method without trying to over consume information. i keep saying the same things over and over again and i keep getting flooded with asks about how to do something when i've already yk explained how to. i have posts on my masterlist that can help you. please try to read through them and understand. please stop over consuming information and constantly listening to everyone else. do what is right for you and stop being so impatient. things are working in your favor. i promise.

I have seen alot of posts about this in this week so thought of giving it a try. Not gonna lie it worked pretty fast. I was getting some periods cramps and then was like let me test this. I did exactly as they did in that video and I was affirming "I dont feel any cramps". And it worked so damn fast.

My opinion:
I think everyone should try this for sure! This is pretty easy and only takes about 5 mins to do. This can help in manifesting as it reprogram your subconscious instantly. In the end just do what you feel comfortable doing after all manifestation is all about having fun <3
easiest way to enter the void
so if you wanna get into the void without doing extra stuff like yoga nidra or methods…this is for u
i know in my last void post i said a lot of extra stuff but i’ve only did what i said in that post like twice. the other three times i just did three simple steps and boom! i was in the void. and i didn’t even manifest to get into the void every try!
step one: lay or sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes
step two: say any void affirmations and breathe. once you feel like you’re floating that’s a sign your entering it! continue saying affirmations and after a few minutes you’ll be in!
step three: affirm for what you want then leave 😉
my experience with psych k
hi, i wanted to share my experience with psych k bc i personally belive it's helped a lot :)
so a few days ago i decided to try out psych k I watched the videos @chaisshitposts recommended and so i basically sat down on the edge of my bed, crossed one ankle over the other, and crossed the opposite hand with my other hand (it's hard to explain but you can see in the video) and then i set a timer for 3min and 30 seconds. I then put my tongue to the top of my mouth and breathed in and as i breathed out i whispered my affirmation. after the 3 mins were up i switched positions and did the same. I did 4 sets, the first 2 saying "i am the void" and the other 2 saying "i always enter the void state easily" after this i went to sleep and the next day i woke up i felt just completely relaxed and felt no resistance when thinking about the void. i really do recommend watching this vid

bc it explains everything and also when you do this you need to make sure you are really letting all your resistance and doubts out. just let everything go and let your thoughts be. (as the vid says)
anyway i think this has been really helpful overall and i recommend it! when i used to think about the void i had lots of doubts and resistance come to mind and it always stressed me out, and I'd try to push it away but it never helped and it all came to mind, espec when i was trying to do methods, and now that's all gone! i haven't attempted any methods after that but today i will and im pretty certain ill get in. 💗

i’m gonna share what worked for me and will explain how to use these resources to help the people who can’t focus at all or are having a hard time with their void journey.
1. yoga nidra
what helped me the most in my first time, was a yoga nidra meditation. the intention of yoga nidra is helping your body to relax fully which helps a lot when you wanna enter the void. it’s best if you choose a yoga nidra guided meditation, the only thing you will have to do after the video finishes is affirm for the void and you will fall right there.
this is the meditation i use, it will help u at least in 90% of your process which is the relaxation point.
2. psych-k challenge
this method can be useful for entering and for manifesting in general, it’s one of the easiest challenges out there and it has been uploaded and explained here in tumblr.

4. I AM
if you think your subconscious is reprogrammed enough, you can skip all these ways and jump to the traditional way of doing the challenge.
we already know how this works, lay down in a comfortable position. you can either count to 100 and backwards, do a breathing technique or anything that may help you with relaxation. once you’re relaxed enough, you’re gonna affirm things such as: “i am”, “i am pure consciousness” “i am the void” over and over. after some minutes in, you will feel floaty or your surroundings will start fading until you feel in extreme silence and quietness, that’s when you enter the void.
i hope this helps you all. again, these are the methods/ways that helped me enter at least 2 or 3 times in my whole journey.

What is a 4dbarbie remix post? I compiled information from various 4dbarbie's posts and answered asks, organised and pieced them together in a way that makes sense for me to help me learn and understand her teachings better and also how to apply the knowledge practically.

Meditate for 5 to 10 minutes prior. Just clear your mind completely and if you get any thoughts (which I’m sure you will and that’s okay) just acknowledge them for a second and then put them aside, then go back into clearing your mind by focusing on your heartbeat. If you can’t focus on your heartbeat, focus on your breathing and just clear your mind. After the 10 minutes, so after you’ve done the meditation, just lay back and relax all your muscles, and just focus really intently on the emotion of love and imagine your heart center, you can use the word chakras if you feel comfortable with it. If not, just imagine the center of your body expanding outwards and imagine this energy is just bursting forward into the universe.
And imagine it’s such an immense feeling that you can’t move. Just pinned to the bed and you can’t move, this energy is emanating out of your heart and the same time as doing that, hold the emotions associated with what you want to experience. So you could say your desired reality, and just hold it there. Don’t move don’t do anything, just hold that energy there. And that’s all you need to do, just hold that loving energy and your emotions in your heart chakra or center. Focus on your desired reality, (and again, this is after you’ve meditated, so after 5-10 minutes of meditation) hold the energy there and then just release it to the universe.
That literally is enough to massively, and I mean MASSIVELY increase the chances of you shifting when you go to sleep tonight or whenever you try this. It will also increase the chances of you manifesting whatever you focused on, so you can use this for anything, it doesn’t have to be for shifting. You can use this for anything you want to experience, anything you want to feel or materialize or…you get it. You can do this in the physical reality, or in a lucid dream and when you get ready for shifting, and then you just go about your daily routine and…see what happens.
* ˚ ✰ — WHAT IS THE VOID STATE?
The void state is the state of pure consciousness. It is commonly referred to as the 'I AM' state in Neville Goddard’s work. "I am state" is a state in which you are a formless being. Time stops, and there's nothing but blackness around you. When you're in the void state, you're in a state of pure consciousness. You aren't in your body anymore. You're shapeless. Also, it's not scary at all. Instead it's very peaceful.
* ˚ ✰ — HOW TO ENTER THE VOID STATE?
Your faith is your fortune chapter 3: To accomplish this seemingly impossible feat, you take your attention away from your problem and place it upon just being. You say silently but feelingly, “I AM”. Do not condition this awareness but continue declaring quietly, “I AM – I AM”. Simply feel that you are faceless and formless and continue doing so until you feel yourself floating. This wonderful experience of rising and floating is the signal that you are absent from the body or problem and are now present with the lord; in this expanded state you are not conscious of anything but I AM — I AM; you are only conscious of being.
STEP TO STEP :-
1. Find a comfortable position.
2. Relax by taking deep breaths. You can also do any breathing techniques you like.
3. Take you attention away from the 3D and just focus on affirming “I AM” or “I AM PURE CONSCIOUSNESS” or “I AM IN THE VOID STATE.”
4. Persist till you experience floating feeling and the 3D fades away.
1. ' THE LULLABY METHOD '
Firstly, get into a drowsy, sleepy state. Not too awake, but not too sleepy. Like, when you can open your eyes but you don't want to. Then, affirm for your desires until you completely fall asleep, with your desires being the only thing on your mind.
2. ' SLEEP PARALYSIS '
Sleep paralysis is a quick and easy way to enter the void state. Sleep paralysis means when you cannot move your body AT ALL.
Don't worry, sleep paralysis is not scary at all. You won't see anything scary, untill you start thinking about something scary. Also, it's just hallucinations, nothing can you harm you. Always, remember you are in FULL control. You chose to give yourself sleep paralysis, and you can also come out of it if you want to! To get out of the sleep paralysis, simply wiggle your toes.
• Get into a comfortable position, and wait for your body to fall asleep, while keeping your mind awake. Do this by staying completely still and thinking of random things or counting numbers or daydreaming to keep your mind awake. Eventually, you will convince your body it is asleep.
• You can listen to a guided meditation to induce sleep paralysis.
• You can listen to a subliminal.
• Affirm "i have sleep paralysis" in a drowsy state, and you'll wake up with it (basically, the lullaby method)
• Simply set the intention that you'll get sleep paralysis.
3. ' COMMANDING YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS TO WAKE UP IN THE VOID STATE ’
You can command your subconscious to get in the void by simply stating “subconscious get me in the void quickly and easily” in a drowsy state. For this method to successfully work, stop knowledging the 3D. Stay committed to your subconscious, it only does what you say.
4. ' LUCID DREAMING '
Lucid dreaming is when a person becomes aware they're dreaming while dreaming. You can easily lucid dream by setting an intention. Set an intention and say to yourself that "tonight I will lucid dream". You can say it once or chant it like a mantra till you fall asleep.
Then when you realise you're dreaming, you can either create a portal with the intention of entering the void or ask someone to take you to the void.
5. ' YOGA NIDRA '
"Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep. It is a state of conscious Deep Sleep. In Meditation, you remain in the Waking state of consciousness, and gently focus the mind, while allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on. However, in Yoga Nidra, you leave the Waking state, go past the Dreaming state, and go to Deep Sleep, yet remain awake."
You can use a Guided Meditation that I linked here. After using the video, Start focusing on your Affirmations. You can say "I am void", "I am" , "I am in the void", and try to ignore all the symptoms and persist through them. Then within minutes you will be in the void state.
YOU'LL KNOW YOU'RE IN THE VOID WHEN:
• You are not in your room anymore
• It's pitch black
• You get your desires the second you exit the void.
• The outer world no longer exists. You can’t hear, see, touch, feel, taste anything.
• LACK OF PERSISTENCE : Just because you failed to enter the void state twice or thrice, doesn't automatically declares that void isn't real or that you can't do it. That's silly asf. It's like you're sabotaging your dream life yourself. Also, stop counting how many times you've failed and from how many months you've been trying. Don’t measure your experience with time. You control everything so even the time you take to enter the void is based on your assumptions.
• ASSUMPTIONS : Stop thinking that void is this magical place which will grant your wishes. You're assuming it to be something out of you, when it's WITHIN YOU. Also, entering void is not hard at all. Why would it be hard to reach something which is within you? It will be hard, if you think so. Just start creating assumptions in your favour. Start thinking like you would if you were a master at void. It's just LOA 101. Use it in your favour!!
• OVERCOMPLICATE : I've seen everyone overcomplicate the void state. The void state is simple and easy. All you need to do is relax & affirm. You don’t need any subliminals, meditation or special hypnosis to get you there. The void isn’t an external state. It’s internal. It’s within you. The methods or techniques don’t get you into the void, you do!! You shouldn't be looking for new methods all the time, instead start working on your self concept. It will change everything, i promise you that.

❥ About this post :
Hey angels, so today's post is about " how to turn off your left brain to enter the void state instantly" , when I say instantly I mean it. So, most of you know that the left brain is basically the conscious mind. When we turn our left brain off completely our subconscious is fully emerged ready to accept any suggestions we offer it. I realised that many of us struggle with limiting beliefs and doubts when entering the void or doing a method. Well, in this post you will learn how to make these limiting beliefs disappear Instantly and this is also a scientific method for your logical brain. Also, by turning of your left brain you will naturally go into a deep meditative state bypassing all the necessary work you need to do to reach deep consciousness. Ready to enter the void state ??
Firstly, let me say that this method is extremely easy and don't overcomplicate it. This is also very helpful, if you are trying to shift or manifest something instantly. When the left brain is turned off expect Manifestations in seconds...
(Optional) Setting an intention : before doing this method , you can set an intention like " I intend to enter the void state and be successful in it" or whatever you want, you may say this out loud or in your head. Now, i know some of us just go with the flow and there's nothing wrong with that. But before, have you ever considered making an intention beforehand that you are gonna enter the void state. Intention governs our brain into focusing on a specific task and make sure, we get it done.
Get into a comfortable position. You can either sleep on your back or lay on your side, anything works tbh. And there's no specific position that you need too lay in. Choose whatever makes you comfortable, love.
Keep your right brain awake! Guys, this is so easy istg. You can keep your right brain awake by :
- Listening to your fave song ( just like the zone out method by ghostfest), now tell me what's your fave song? Just pop into YouTube, play your fave song for about 15 minutes on loop. Don't blast it, play it like at a medium volume.
OR
- MAJOR TIP, you can imagine your desired scenario. If you're a daydreamer like me and can't stay still then doing this will most definitely help you. All you need do to is imagine something, ik some of us can't sleep without our romantic scenarios, so you can do that. Whatever you want to imagine , GO AHEAD!!
Stay still! Don't worry, you don't have to stay still for hours, but only for 15 minutes. By staying still, you are convincing your brain that you are sleeping. You only need 15 minutes :-). And when you're staying still, begin moving your eyes fairly rapidly in all directions - imagine you’re looking at the night sky and you’re trying to look at every star. If your eyes start to feel tired or hurt, slow down a little. You can do this with your eyes open or closed - up to you! You’re doing this to trick your body into thinking you’re in REM sleep. This also helps keep your mind awake. You can do this about 15 times.
In about 15 minutes, you will start feeling like you are floating. But, about 15-20 minutes you will start to feel like you're floating. Also, you may feel like your body is numb, twitching, etc. Now, don't get excited or move! It's just your body telling you that your left brain is completely shut off and your subconscious is awake.
Start affirming and you'll literally tap into the void state instantly. You can affirm " I'm in the void right now"and your subconscious will make that immediately to happen because our conscious mind is completely turned off and won't interfere with our Affirmations. And once you're in the void state, you can say your desired Affirmation ♡. Once exiting the void state, you will have what you affirmed for instantly.
What's the best time to do this method?
- Before bed and right after you wake up.
Is this method Guaranteed?
- Yesss!! It's really popular in the shifting community and helped a lot of people to shift and manifest their desires.
What happens if we move and does it ruin the process?
Honestly, nothing will happen. Start again and don't put pressure on yourself. It's only for 15 minutes. Remember, we do move in the night, but after that we tend to become still again. So, if you moved, don't panic because you can start again.
Does it really take 15 minutes for left brain to be shut off ?
Scientifically, yess.
Is moving the eyes necessary?
I'd say yess, if you want bypass going into Rem sleep and stuff. It's all about convincing your brain and this is perfect.
Can we listen to any music?
Yess!! Whatever song you like <33
Will we enter the void right after our left brain is asleep?
You will enter instantly because your conscious mind is asleep and your subconscious is super suggestible.
1. Set an intention that you will get into the void state ( optional).
2. Get into a comfortable position. Whatever position that makes you comfortable.
3. Keep your right brain awake! You can listen to your fave sings, or imagine any desired scenarios. You can do anything that relaxes you.
4. Stay still for about 15 - 20 minutes. When you staying still move your eyes either closed or open around in circles. By doing this, it will convince your brain that your in REM sleep. You can do this 10-15 times.
5. It takes 15 minutes for your body to be convinced that you're sleeping. You'll start feeling symptoms like floating, tingling, etc.
6. Start affirming for the void state and you'll get there almost instantly because your subconscious is full awake. Start affirming for your Manifestations.

Day one: make a list of beliefs and non beliefs
These lists of beliefs and non beliefs can be anything, from personal beliefs to religious beliefs to universal facts.
An example of a list of beliefs: the sky is blue, grass is green, I am a master shifter, my hair is black, my eyes are blue, I am a master manifester, the sun is hot, we live on earth, I have mastered the void state, water is wet, my favourite subject is maths
An example of a list of non beliefs: my hair isn’t blonde, my eyes aren’t green, I never have fear of shifting, we don’t live on Venus, grass isn’t purple, I never fail to manifest anything, the earth isn’t flat, my hair isn’t straight, it never takes more than 1 minute for me to tap into the void, the sky isn’t white, the sun isn’t cold
Read over the lists as many times as you want and manifest that they are true.
Day two: do a bunch of things that will get you in the mood
It’s like a birthday party. With each day passing, the day of the birthday party comes closer and closer. You do all the things you usually do every day as you anticipate the birthday party nearing. Like, you brush your teeth and think about what outfit you’ll wear. You have lunch and think about what gift you’ll give. You do your homework and wonder about who else will come.
Be grateful while thinking about your journey. You’re so glad you found out about LOA. You’re so happy that you will finally shift to your dream reality soon. You’re so excited to tap into the void and get all your desires.
Throughout this day, repeat to yourself that you can and will do it. You can manifest easily. You can shift. You can tap into the void.
In short, just hype yourself up and feel grateful and excited for whatever you want to do.
Day three: confirm your belief and make sure no one can gaslight you into believing otherwise
Watch and read reliable sources of people who have shifted, manifested or tapped into the void and feed your beliefs.
It’s like you watching get ready with mes before going to the birthday party to kind of get the feel of what’s coming for you.
So day one, you’ve established your beliefs. Day two, you’ve felt how happy and grateful you are. Day three, you’ve felt how happy and grateful other people are.
Day four: this is the day you achieve what you want to
Today is the birthday party! You can’t show up late, you can’t go a week later or a day later. You have to go today.
Relate everything to manifesting/shifting/the void. You’re drinking a glass of water, it’s bringing you closer to your desire. You’re watching a show, it’s bringing you closer to your desire. You’re going on a walk, it’s bringing you closer to your desire.
You’re getting ready and excited and hyped for the birthday party. Go edit your Pinterest boards, go read your scripts, go look at edits of your DR.
The time has finally come for you go to the party. Have fun!

So here I will be explaining the most common topics and how to actually manifest your dream life.
𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐬
𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 — beliefs that you have, which have little or no physical evidence to back them up.
𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧 — the spiritual you that is the source of your consciousness.
𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧 — the person you are externally in the 3D (physical) world.
𝟑𝐃 — the physical outer reality. It is only a reflection of your internal reality.
𝟒𝐃 — your internal reality, known as your consciousness, or your imagination.
𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 (”𝐒𝐏”) — the specific person who you are trying to manifest some sort of relationship with. It can be platonic or romantic, but it most often refers to a desire for a romantic relationship.
𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 (𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬) — It’s a state of mind. It’s a state that you assume by being (or feeling as though you are) the person who has what you already desire.
𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭— the beliefs, or conception, you have about yourself and your abilities.
𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 — revision is just manifestation but for the past. You revise—or fix to your liking—a memory in order to manifest that outcome to have occurred instead.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 — the state of the wish fulfilled is the state of mind you would assume if you already had what you desire. You are in the wish fulfilled because you no longer are in a state of desire or lack, and therefore you no longer worry, doubt, or desire.
𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 / 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐧 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 — to persist is to not give up. It is a reminder to remain faithful to your manifestation, even if it seems as if something has gone wrong, the opposite has manifested, someone else got what you wanted, or it’s taking “a long time” to manifest. To persist, you remain faithful, keep believing, return to the state of the wish fulfilled, and don’t give up until you get exactly what you wanted.
𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐮𝐭 (“𝐄𝐈𝐘𝐏𝐎”) — It is the idea that everyone around you will always reflect your internal beliefs (and your self-concept) back towards you. If you believe you are talented and successful, people will reflect that to you through their words and actions. The same will happen if you had negative beliefs about yourself. This is why it’s so important to work on your self-concept.
𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 (”𝐃𝐁”) — the body you are trying to manifest (when you are manifesting personal physical changes).
𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞 (”𝐃𝐅”) — the face you are trying to manifest (when you are manifesting personal physical changes). Can often be based on someone else, such as a celebrity or influencer.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?
First, I want to talk about what exactly manifestation is. A lot of people who first get into manifestation believe that it’s some sort of magic or outward thing that requires you to take x amount of steps to be worthy of something external from you to make this happen. This isn’t true. Manifestation is your natural ability to shift your consciousness to the reality that matches your assumptions and state. Shifting is easy and natural. You shift every time you make a decision, no matter how small. You do not notice your shifts because they are so minimal that the realities you shift to are nearly identical to the previous one, except for the small detail you changed. You are the source of your manifestations, not anything external. Your inner man (the spiritual you that is the root of your consciousness) is the source of your manifestation abilities. Every single person has the ability to manifest, and no one is better at manifesting than anyone else. Some people just know how to manifest and use it to their advantage. I’m here to teach you how.
Manifestation is most often referred to in relation to getting things, such as getting rich, getting your dream home, getting healthy, getting that dream job, or even getting the person you love to love you back. However, at its core, manifestation is about being the person who has everything you want. It’s about fulfilling all your desires internally and allowing that to be the source from which you see the world around you. If you want to manifest love, your goal is to become the person who is loved. You do this internally. You never need to take any action. You don’t have to say affirmations, write scripts, do spells, or even go out and take any kind of action toward your goals. All that is necessary is for you to go inward and allow your inner man to be fulfilled with everything you desire.
𝐇𝐨𝐰-𝐓𝐨
Now, I’m sure a lot of you are expecting a very detailed step-by-step guide to manifest. However, as I’m sure a lot of you know (if you are already familiar with the law of assumption), manifestation is a very personal journey and everyone has their own beliefs and preferred methods to manifest their desires. The most important aspect of manifestation, which should be the basis from which everyone builds upon their own personal journey and methods is belief.
The only thing you need to do in order to manifest anything is to believe. You need to believe that what you desire is yours and that it’s possible for you to obtain or achieve it. Once you believe, then you are able to get into the state of the wish fulfilled, in which you feel as though your manifestation is already yours. The point is not to feel delusional or to trick yourself, but to use your imagination to experience your manifestation internally. Fulfilling your desire internally is the cause that allows your desire to be made manifest in the physical external reality.
To truly feel fulfilled, you will not be worried about how it will come, or how you will deal with it when it is yours. I know it’s hard not to think about it or ruminate on it, but by focusing on the what-ifs you are contradicting the state of it already being done. If it was already yours, you wouldn’t be wondering what if, because you would already be experiencing it. You would already know what would happen because you’ve already experienced it. Relax into the wish fulfilled and keep the faith that everything will happen in the best way possible for you. If you feel this way even for a moment and then distract yourself from the topic, then you will have made a significant difference in your state and manifested wonderful things.
𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟑𝐃 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞.
So, you were able to achieve your desired state, but now you’ve returned your attention to the physical world and found countless contradictions to your manifestation. This is a common issue when you first start to consciously be aware of the states you occupy. It’s not only about reaching the state but also about persisting in the desired state against all odds.
I have gotten so many questions where people mention reaching their desired state, but then something undesirable happens in their 3D and everything begins to go wrong. This is because they allowed the 3D undesirable circumstance to determine their state. They allowed the negative feelings around the circumstance to decide the state they occupied and it persisted throughout the day, which is the reason why more and more negative things continued to show up in their 3D. This is normal. Every single person allows the 3D to influence their state because the 3D seems more real than the 4D. However, consciousness is the only reality, the 4D shapes the 3D, so in reality, imagination is more real than the 3D. You are simply only ever reacting to a reflection. The most important thing to do in this kind of situation is to return to the state of the wish fulfilled. Deny anything you see in the 3D that does not completely align with your desired state. By denying it and focusing only on your wish fulfilled, you will be able to persist in your desired state and avoid the cycle of the 3D controlling your state.
I hope you realize by now that the reason your undesirable circumstances persist is that you allow your 3D to continually determine your state. It’s a constant cycle of allowing what you see to be the ultimate truth, rather than allowing your imagination to take the reigns and bring about desired change in your life. This is why it’s so important to be aware of your state and focus on not letting the 3D world determine your state. You should only ever allow imagination and the 4D to affect your state. If you find yourself slipping, return to the desired state and then persist. Deny the undesirable and persist in the desirable.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
As long as you keep persisting, you are going to succeed. It doesn’t matter how long it takes, as long as you continue to persist, it will come. In my opinion, I’d rather get it later than never. Think about that. You have to be able to stare someone in the face calling you crazy and know internally that they are wrong. You need to be the master of your reality. As long as you believe in your desires, then everything will fall into place. No one else can tell you anything about your own reality. It’s your choice to believe what others say about you. And remember, if you change your conception of self, others will always reflect that back to you.
𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲
The law of assumption is a very personal journey. A lot of the time it’s about trial and error. I want you to know that there is no failure in manifestation. There are only learning opportunities. You never miss a chance to manifest something. You can always revise and you can always return to a manifestation. When you realize that your internal reality and your imagination are the sources of everything you experience in your physical reality, things seem less dire. You will realize that you have all the time in the world, and also all the power over your life and your earthly experience.
𝐅𝐀𝐐
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭?
Anything you desire can be manifested, even things that seem impossible can be manifested. In fact, everything you desire should be fulfilled within imagination at the point of desire, so that you can break out of the endless cycle of desire with no satisfaction. The rule of thumb is: if you can imagine it, it can be made manifest in the physical world.
𝐃𝐨 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞?
If you already had your desire, would you constantly be in a state of desire or lack? No, you would be enjoying already having your manifestation. You wouldn’t be worried about anything because it’s already yours. However, it’s normal and natural to feel this way. We are not asking you to never feel desire, that’s never the point. The point is to always make it a habit to fulfill your desires as they come up. As long as you keep returning to the state of already having your desire, then you’re doing well. Don’t get worried or stressed over not being in the state 24/7. It’s not important. We are not perfect beings and our minds wander and we lose track sometimes. What’s important is that we keep going back to the wish fulfilled and persisting.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐭?
Doubt is normal. Everyone has to deal with doubts, especially when first starting out on their manifestation journeys. Just remember that it's always okay to have doubts. Everyone doubts at some point. I focus on building belief and finding constructive ways to deal with my doubt when I encounter this roadblock. This could be saying an affirmation, such as "it's already mine, so I don't need to doubt" or "I experienced it, therefore it's already mine." You could also distract yourself from the topic and return to it when you feel better or use emotional regulation techniques to relax your mind and return to the state of the wish fulfilled (such as any form of meditation). Doubting is a part of being human!
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐈 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐥?
You need to give yourself space and time. Manifestation should never be stressful, it should be freeing. If you feel as though it’s taking too much of a toll on your life, you should take a break and return to the topic once you feel better. When you return, I strongly encourage you to figure out exactly why you spiraled. Was it difficult for you to believe? Were you focused too much on 3D manifestation? Were you placing too much weight on your physical circumstances? It’s important to do this so you know what it is you need to do differently this time around.
𝐃𝐨 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭?
No! It’s entirely a misconception that you must always be happy to manifest. Being in the state of the wish fulfilled is achieving the feeling of being the person that has what you desire. That doesn’t mean you need to feel an emotion. Think about how it feels that you have your phone, the shirt on your back, or the pencil in your backpack. You just know it’s yours. That’s not an emotion, right? It’s a feeling. So, you can be sad, angry, depressed, anxious, etc. and still be in the wish fulfilled.
𝐃𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭?
No, intrusive thoughts never manifest. Think about this, assumptions are things you believe. There is an intention behind your beliefs, but intrusive thoughts are not based on your true beliefs, intentions, or desires. They’re just thoughts. Your thoughts are not what manifests, contrary to popular belief. Your state creates your thoughts which is why people consider their thoughts to be the source of their success, but it’s not. So don’t worry about your intrusive thoughts manifesting, because they won’t.
𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞.
Most people have this obstacle to overcome. It seems so simple to manifest a few dollars, a free coffee, or even a new phone. But when it comes to manifesting things like romantic partners (especially a celebrity SP), wealth, fame, physical changes, or even moving out of difficult circumstances, it seems impossible. Not to mention the fact that your successes seem so small in comparison to your deeper desires. What you should do in this case is work on your self-concept along with your beliefs about manifestation in general. Basically, remove your desires from the pedestal. When we say to remove your desires from the pedestal, we mean to stop giving them so much weight. Stop making your desires so difficult for you to achieve. Stop thinking of your SP as difficult to get. Stop thinking of money as anything other than a number on a website, or paper. Focus on de-mystifying your desires, so you can make them smaller than you. Remember that you are god and god can have anything. You are god living a human experience. Your purpose is to create a life that is fulfilling to you. Your desires are your roadmap for what you must create with your infinite imagination. Make yourself bigger than your desires, so that you always feel good enough for them, no matter how “big” they are. That is the way to circumvent this issue.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐦 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?
When stuck in the victim mentality or insecurity loop, it really makes you realize how important working on your self-concept and self-love is. Build up the belief that you are the god of your reality. Since that is true, no one is above you, and nothing is too good for you. You are the only one that can manifest in your reality. Nothing can happen in your reality without you allowing it to happen. Your beliefs about yourself and your reality are what determine your reality and your experience. Nothing anyone else can tell you will have any weight unless you allow them to. You are good enough to be a millionaire, you are good enough to be a K-pop idol, you are good enough to date your celebrity crush, and you are good enough to be a famous actress or singer. You are good enough. Because you are the only power in your reality. You make the decisions.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧?
First, your thoughts don’t manifest. People often like to say that your thoughts determine your experience, but that’s not technically the truth. Your state and your assumptions determine your physical world. Plus, it’s the state that you most often dwell in that is the most influential on your physical experience. Wouldn’t you rather not be afraid of your thoughts? Wouldn’t you rather not be constantly worried that a distressing, negative, or intrusive thought will manifest? Well, you’re in luck because those small fleeting thoughts are not the source, it’s the state that is behind those thoughts.
Then, methods don’t matter. You are the only source and reason for your manifestations, it doesn’t matter what method you use, or if you even use a method at all. Your state, your assumptions, your consciousness, and your infinite imagination are the true sources of your manifestations. Also, so many people think that using states is a method. It’s not. Maybe they believe this because consciously changing your state requires a certain amount of self-awareness and effort, but it’s not a method. You are constant in a state. You cannot be devoid of a state unless you are dead.
You can “just believe.” Let me explain. I’ve seen so many people overcomplicate the law to the point that I am not even sure some people truly understand the law enough to be teaching it to beginners. Why are we focusing so much on methods that take hours out of our days? Why are we focused on methods at all? Everyone forgets that the only thing you need to manifest anything is the belief that it’s yours. Nothing else is necessary, because once you believe that it’s yours, you are in the state of the wish fulfilled. Simply persist in that belief, no matter what you see in the 3D, and you will receive it. So many people complain that they can’t “just believe” that their desires are theirs. Well, how are you perfectly able to “just believe” in negative outcomes, but never in the positive ones? There is little evidence for the truth of your negative assumptions, and the same for the positive ones, so why not choose to believe in something that will benefit you instead?
And finally, you are the only person that can give yourself the life of your dreams. You are the master of your thoughts, your assumptions, and your imagination. We can give you all the information in the world on how to manifest your dreams, but if you do not apply them, then nothing will ever happen. Stop putting it off for later, stop procrastinating, and stop standing in your own way. If you let go and allow yourself to believe (assume and persist), then you will change your life to an unimaginable degree and you’ll wonder why you ever waited so long to make this happen.
𝐌𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐭. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐦 𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠?
I have mentioned this before, but these are the most common shortfalls I have observed throughout my many years of manifesting.
Lack of conviction—I actually had a dream about this issue a while ago and it really opened my eyes to the importance of conviction when it comes to manifesting. First, the definition of conviction is a firmly held belief or opinion. I found that when I am manifesting, and I’m less decisive or clear about a desire I want to manifest, then it either will only partially manifest, or it won’t manifest at all. In my dream, I recognized that I kept changing my mind, doubting, and not firmly choosing this desire to manifest, so I only got a half-manifestation. I can't remember the dream that clearly now because it’s been a long time, but I remember waking up knowing deeply that if I had true conviction for my desire, it would have manifested clearly. The next night, I had another dream where I had a real conviction for my desire and it came in its full capacity, showing me that I only needed conviction in order to manifest the “big” desires that had been stumping me for a long time.
Lack of a clear decision—This goes along with the previous explanation, but when I lack a clear decision for what I want, I often find that the manifestation is shaky and it’s harder for me to retain conviction for a desire I’m not entirely sure about.
Avoidance (constantly saying "I'll do it later")—This is now referred to as deferred occupancy, but constantly procrastinating and leaving applying or occupying the state of the wish fulfilled for later will always keep your desires from you. Neville Goddard has said, “nearness implies separation.” If you are not occupying your desired state now, you are constantly separated from your manifestations.
Doing a method "to make something happen," rather than entering the state of already having it—Once again, this applies to the “nearness implies separation” quote. If you are doing something so that something will happen in the future, then you are once again separated from your desires. Your only goal is to make your desires real in the here and now. Not in the future, not later, now.
Lack of faith that anything is possible with the law of assumption—Some people have limiting beliefs that only certain things are possible to manifest, and others aren’t. Such as thinking that you can manifest a romantic relationship with someone you know, but draw the line at manifesting a romantic relationship with a celebrity. It’s all possible. Nothing is harder to manifest that anything. It’s all the same. Change these beliefs so that you can create a life with all your desires, not just your “realistic” ones.
Neglecting imagination (no mental diet/not working on self-concept)—While self-concept is not necessary to manifest anything, it’s definitely a huge help. It’s so important to be aware of your self-concept and I would always recommend working on it because it makes manifesting so much easier. You will believe in yourself and your abilities much more, it will be easier to persist, and you will never ever limit yourself.
Not letting go of the idea that I need to work or struggle in order to get what I want—Finally, some people really love to cling to the belief that you have to take some sort of action in order to manifest their desires. This is not true. You never have to do anything other than believe that your desire is yours. Everything else will fall into place for you. So, stop creating more limitations and obstacles by believing that you have to take action in order to manifest what you want. Just assume the state of your wish fulfilled and persist.

let's start with the actual topic. to explain what the void is we have to know what exactly we are at first. so, what are we, what are you? you are an awareness. that means you are a tiny swabble-bubble thingy that experience the multiverse. right now you are on the physical plane so you see, hear, feel, smell, and taste. you can do a lot more things but the only important one is that you exist. you have no original appearance or identity (that's another topic) at this moment you are just you. you experience the 3d as y/n y/l/n. there are a few more things of course like your subcons and all that but it is not important for us now.
what is it?
we know that we are an awareness currently on the physical plane. we don't have an original identity we belong to as much as a reality. so what happens if we leave the 3d? is that even possible? yes, yes it is. that is the void state. the void means that you leave the physical plane. that is all. it is nothing special or unusual. the void state is the state of awareness. you, the tiny swabble-bubble thingy, exist there in your purest, most natural form. you could say the void is your home. when you aren't in a reality, you are in the void state. it's where you always return to and there is nothing more natural for you. you are just power, happiness, and peace there. nothing from the 3d can effect you anymore, your mind get's a whole reset. what does that mean? you have to know that you, the awareness, are not meant to doubt, have limited beliefs, worries, fears, trauma. it isn't natural or normal for you. you have them here on the 3d because they are physical circumstances. once you leave the physical plane, it of course means that they don't exist anymore. you enter it and BOOM they get completely erased. you won't even understand how you could believe such stuff after that. as you can see, the void is the state where you exist in your most "original" form, even if you don't have any identity or something like that.
what is it not
this is gonna be a long, long list. i'll actually make bullet points with everything i've ever heard here so you don't have to ask in the comments "someone said it is xy, is that true?". you can be very very sure that everything here in this list got 100% nothing at all to do with the void state. in the end i'll talk about the most drastic thing's but i also explained a lot already in my post about misconceptions.

- any other physical state at all⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀ as you can see, you guys came up with a lot of things! you may already understood, the void means leaving the physical plane, so its being a physical state is absolutely impossible. you do not notice it on the 3d. at all. it is just not possible. many, many ask me "why didn't i shift from the void" but tell me a few sentence later "and i only felt my body a little bit" and i sit there like "okay, i'll start from the very beginning".
so please guys, in the void you leave the physical plane. you have no body. you can't feel anything physical at all. when you "felt your body only a little bit" you weren't even near the void. once you entered it, the physical plane doesn't exist for you anymore. with these very important information we can just ignore 10 things from the list now because we know that they aren't true at all. last but not least "it is the god state". but what is the god state? there are two main definitions here 1. just another term for the void so it's totally okay to say it, but what many here mean is 2. the "god state" mindset. that's a bit tricky, the second meaning is just a mindset. it represents your natural state of mind where you are limitless and powerful. you have it immediately in the void BUT if you have it here on the 3d you are not automatically in the void. you are still on the physical plane. tiny but important difference.
why the void state
you may already thought "damn, that sounds cool" but do you know how cool it actually is? besides that you finally align with your natural state of mind, that the void is pure happiness, peace, and joy, that you can chill there as much as you want, you can also do everything you want!! whatever it is, there are no limits. so here a few things you may don't know you can do:
- change the past
- skip time
- change your whole appearance to your liking
- shift everywhere
- manifest to wake up every night in the void
- manifest the future
- erase things (f.e. racism etc)
- manifest to always shift instantly
- change everything about your life
- manifest to lucid dream every night⠀
as you can see, a lot more than many people think of. and the coolest?? it is instantly, in the very moment you want it, 100% reality. in the void the 3d/4d time gap can not exist because you are ABOVE the 3d. in the void you and your subcons work completely together that means that you literally give the commands. what do you have to do for it? want it. you don't even need affirmations or anything. you just want it and it is reality, no other possible outcome. in the void you can not fail, never and with nothing. if you ever thought you were in the void but "didn't shift" this is your clear sign that you were definitely not in the void. you are pure power there, it is impossible for you to fail at anything.
a question many, many have! what do you see in the void? actually you see nothing. you have nothing to see, you have no eyes. that's something most people are afraid of, deep, endless black and nothingness. but that's not the whole answer. you can customize your void! you have something called a "mental image". it is a picture you have in your mind and that is what you see. you can change it to your liking, very common here are galaxies. you could compare it to very, very vivid visualization but you don't have to focus on it and it's completely natural. you see whatever you want to see in the void. if you don't want black nothingness, you won't have it. very simple. so please don't be scared!
there are a lot of ways to enter the void! you can basically leave the 3d through everything you want but of course a few things are easier for the mainstream than others. just try what you like and don't think you have to enter it immediately. i always compare it to speaking a language after a long ass break. it's weird and maybe seems hard, but every day you get more confident and notice how easy it is. that's the exact same with the void. everything is progress because every single thing is one step closer to being comfortable.
a term you guys hear extremely often from me. i came up with it because this was also a misinformation. but wait, what is it?? the so called "before state." it describes the time where you, the awareness, get ready to leave the physical plane. it always happens and especially beginner can feel A LOT there. it is the state where you feel like spinning, floating, falling all at once with tingles, dizziness, and confrusion. some time ago people said that this is the void. it is not. that's, as you already know by now, something that happens before you enter the void. many feel it, some do not and that is completely okay. for most people that actually feel it this intense it get's less and less every time they try. like you get more and more used to the idea of the void state, you know? you mostly witness it when you try to enter it awake or through a physical state. if you think you can not stand it, that's okay, you got enough other ways!

-before doing anything, ask yourself what you wanna do there? do you wanna chill a bit, manifest something, shift? with the intention or affirmations? if you can answer that you're good to go
-maybe put your phone away really quick to just calm down a bit so you're not full of energy while trying. you could draw something instead?
-lay down in a position where you know that it won't distract you. nothing that hurts or is uncomfortable
-now it helps many (especially when it's your fist attemps) to have a vague "plan". do you wanna visualize? affirm? counting?
-if you wanna relax more you can take a few breaths at the beginning
-after that try to just don't care about your body. don't care about your breath (and DON'T focus on it!!), you can count or start visualizing/affirming till you reach a deep deep relaxed state
-now you'll probably start feeling A LOT. physically and mentally (i don't talk about the itchy-pain feeling, that's just you body). your body will feel like floating, spinning and falling at the same time, you'll be dizzy and "confused". that's okay and totally normal. just stand it, do not fight it*
-if you have trouble affirming while that happen just think about it, it doesn't have to be very specific
-after that you'll feel nothing, absolutely nothing
-then you'll leave the physical plane, you'll just know it because you feel inner peace and happiness and calm
*this is the before state and will most probably get less intense every time you try sleep
you can also enter it with a sleep method! a thing not many people know but that's why we are here, right? just go to bed, now you can do several things
- listen to subliminals
- affirm
- visualize
- have mental conversations about the void
- just set your intention
you can do all, you can do none, just one, whatever you want. it is like the intention for shifting just with the difference that you wanna leavsle the 3d and not change your physical environment. it is the method many people use when they have problems with the before state, don't wanna lay still or have no time for it. you can do it anytime, everywhere. if you focus right now on lucid dreaming? awesome, you can still intend. in fact, the intention is exactly equally progress as when you try it awake. so it's definitely not just a "lazy version"!

as said, you can leave the physical plane through everything but here are some of your favorites:
- lucid dreaming
you can do it already or practice it right now? awesome! maybe try to enter the void state throught it. once the dream is lucid start to say affirmations, visualize or intend. or whatever you feel called to do
- physical states
you can reach sats easily? the theta state? you meditate or are able to disconnect from your body?use it for the void state if you want. if you can enter one of these and it helps you to disconnect from the physical world, that is really great. do whatever you want to do or ate able to. the same recommended as always, visualization, affirmations, no matter what you like the most
- " is this even real?"
you know the moment when life feels kinda unreal?when you look at the physical world and genuinely question how this can be reality? these are great moments to affirm you are in the void! if it feels unreal, who could proof that you aren't in the void?
- subliminals
got no time or just don't wanna try? there are many good subliminals out there to enter the void state. personally i recommend solars one. just listening to subliminals can also bring you in the void. they send clear commands of what you want to your subconscious mind and it will just say "oh, wanna leave? okay got you sweetie!"

I. 🌷♡ Why people "fail" at entering the void state ♡🔮:
First of all, it is impossible to fail at the void state. If you didn't get into the void state it just means that you are choosing to be in the state of someone who hasn't entered the void, and you have the choice to change that.
The reason why people are "unable" enter the void state is because that is the state that they are in, they are in the state of always “failing” at the void. That’s their state, therefore that is what they’re going to see. Another thing that people do is that instead of taking the time to change their inner-self, they keep giving into the 3D and trying to change it.
Change comes from within. Imagination/consciousness/the 4D is what creates your reality. The 3D reflects the 4D. When you're looking at yourself in the mirror, you cannot change your reflection by changing the mirror, you have to change yourself. The same goes for the 3D and the 4D. You need to change yourself, you need to change the state you dwell in. Your state is your reality, and your dominant state is what reflects into the 3D.
Every time you accept that you yet again, “failed at the void state,” and that the void is a “hard thing to achieve,” you are just inducing the fact that you haven't gotten into the void yet and you are struggling with it.
We know that our 4D = our real reality. So all you have to do is decide that in your 4D you have entered the void state a million times and that you have already manifested everything you want and bam, you’re a master at the void state and you have all your desires.
Once this becomes your dwelled state, it’s done. You’re a master at the void state.
II. 🌷♡ Entering the state of being a master at the void ♡🔮:
In order to shift into the state of being a master at the void state, all it takes is making the final decision that you already are someone who always gets into the void state instantly whenever you want.
You make that decision by affirming, visualizing, or simply just knowing that you are a master at the void state. After you do those things, you can move on with your day knowing that creation is finished, it is done, there's nothing else you need to do.
The term “creation is finished” in this situation implies that the moment you affirm, visualize, or simply just know that you are the master of the void state, there’s literally nothing else you need to do and you have officially shifted to the state of being a master of the void state.
Congratulations! Now you are officially a master at the void state, and all you have to do is continue to persist in that fact.
III. 🌷♡ Maintaining/persisting in the state ♡🔮:
Maintaining this state may be a little bit tricky at first, but once you continue to persist in it, it'll become easier and it will begin to feel more natural.
It’s all about how frequently you go back to the state. In order to go back to this state as frequently as you can, it all boils down to your persistence.
So for example: if you like to affirm, keep affirming that whenever you can that you are a master of the void state, if you like to visualize: keep visualizing yourself tapping into the void state instantly, if you just like to know: feel the content and satisfaction that it is done, you are the master at the void state right now! In your 4D, you should be living as someone who always enters the void state effortlessly whenever they want and has all of their desires. Any time you catch yourself falling out of the state of the wish-fulfilled, just simply remind yourself that it is done, and you are a master at the void state. Here are a few affirmations you can use that can help shift yourself into the state:
"It is done."
"I have everything I want."
"No matter what, I am a master at the void state."
"Getting into the void state is literally so easy for me."
"I love how getting into the void state is literally just a part of my daily routine."
Reminder: You are NOT doing these things to get what you want, you are doing it to remind yourself that you ALREADY HAVE what you want! You already are a person who is a master at the void state, so you’re just reminding yourself that that is the truth. You are not trying to achieve anything, you are recognizing the fact that you already have achieved what you want, as you are embodying the person who already is a master at the void state and has all of their desires!

how to enter the theta state ♡

How to enter Theta (General Outline):
Relax your muscles
Clear your mind by using breath awareness
Use a trance induction technique.
Optional: Use binaural beats/ Hemi-Sync
Deep Relaxation:
Every method I've seen skips this step. Deep physical relaxation will help enter the theta state and disassociate from your body. On a more esoteric level, it also increases holistic energy flow to the secondary and primary energy systems, making all your major chakras more active.
Get in a comfortable position.
Focus on each muscle in your body from your feet to your head. Focus your awareness on it. Every time you breathe in, feel it soften. Mentally say soften to it.
Know that every time you do this, you relax further and further.
Optional Variation: Tense each muscle before you relax it, this helps target your awareness in that muscle.
Make sure you get the facial muscles since they are like a master switch for relaxation.
Breath Awareness:
You need to control your monkey mind or Ego to maintain control in an altered state of consciousness. This is also important for life and spirituality. The easiest way to do this is to let the monkey mind feel important by making it watch your breath. Whenever your mind wanders, acknowledge your thought and let it go. Don't get upset at yourself or else this will create a negative feedback loop. Meditation can be hard, but so is anything worth succeeding at right?(not when you're in your DR though just script that you know it already).
Breathing Patterns:
If you can manage a specific breathing pattern this would be awesome. I generally aim for 4 seconds in, 7 hold, and 8 out. This pattern is like a natural tranquilizer. I do the retention/hold after my exhale because I find it more comfortable. The only way you will realistically be able to exhale for 8 seconds is by contracting your glottis to let out really small amount of air. When you do this you should sound a bit like Darth Vader. I usually use just this breathing pattern to enter trance.
If you can't do this, that's totally fine, just do whatever is natural and comfortable.
Breathe deeply and slowly. Let your diaphragm rise and fall.
Count down from 50 to 0. After each breath cycle say the number in your mind.
Focus on your breathing and gently return your mind to this whenever you get distracted.
Induction Techniques:
This is the last piece of entering trance. The reason people say "falling" asleep is because of the falling sensation created by a lapse in consciousness. We aim to recreate that falling sensation using induction techniques. If you've already entered the Theta state and felt the symptoms described earlier then you can skip this and start your shifting method.
Note: Don't count up when using induction techniques because there's no defined ending for the count and your mind will try to continue.
The Elevator:
Breathe gently and deeply.
Imagine you are in an elevator. The elevator is open and surrounded by hard granite walls.
Count down from a certain number. I usually do 7, but that's because trance is really easy for me. I would suggest starting with something under 30.
Breath once per count. On the out breath, feel the elevator go down a floor. You must feel this sensation of going down as best as you can in a relaxed way. If it helps, repeat that you are going deeper with every repetition.
Repeat this until you reach the end of your countdown.
There are a lot of different trance techniques just like this one. You can also imagine you are going down a staircase, climbing down a rope, or anything else that simulates the feeling of downward motion. Every time you go into this state it gets easier. Now when I want to get into theta I just breath and recall the feeling of it and that usually does the trick.
A Weird Eye Trick That Helps You Enter Theta:
This is a super useful mudra(body position) that helps you enter altered states. Also, you might see some weird stuff when doing this since this is like your body's natural scrying mirror. This is also the position that your eyes naturally take when you sleep so it's a great way to trick your body into going into an altered state. Finally, if you experience any vibrations at any time while shifting, you should use this trick and it will most likely intensify them.
Look up at the area in the middle of your forehead. Roll your eyes up and try to look at it. Don't strain to much or the tension will undo your relaxation.
Hold this position whenever you feel like it. This can be a trance induction technique just by itself
this is kitty. kitty is a curious cat wandering through the world of law of assumption. kitty has been doing her reaserch, and she found an interesting concept: the void
the void is a state of mind in which one is in complete comfort, alone with their subconscious, and there’s no “resistance” between them and their desire. kitty got curious, and wanted to test the void out. she decided to manifest some pretty white flowers!
kitty laid down on a soft blanket, got comfortable, stretched and closed her eyes. then, she started to control her breathing. she breathed slowly, she inhaled, held her breath, and exhaled, slowly, to relax her body and her mind. she could feel her heart slowing down as well.
she was totally relaxed, and was focusing on the darkness behind her eyelids until she felt herself floating, as if she were in space. at this point, kitty affirmed: “i am in the void”, and there she was! so, she affirmed for her white flowers, and then, opened her eyes.
needless to say, guess what she had just beside her when she opened her eyes! she went right there to smell the flowers, and went on about her day, happy and content.

" First a bit of context. I'm one of those guys who absolutely cannot fall asleep unless I'm actually tired. I can stay in bed for hours and never fall asleep. So maybe this method is going to work better for people like me. "
" Basically, you need to follow a typical sleep paralysis inducing method. You lay on your back, stay completely immobile until your body falls asleep, but keeping your mind awake. If you're like me, this method just won't work. I can lay still for more than an hour but nothing will happen. I'll just start to get more and more physically uncomfortable until I just quit the practice. And this is exactly what happened yesterday. I layed still for about 50 minutes until I was too unconfortable, so I decided I was going to quit. I also needed to go to the bathroom. "

So I went back to bed, but this time, I decided to find a comfortable position that I could fall asleep, which in my case is on my side. And that's when the interesting stuff started to happen. " Then I just remained pleasantly on my side, with the body relaxed. I started to naturally get on a more expanded mental awareness state, like when you're in deep meditation. At one point, I got a slight roll over signal (that annoying feeling of having to move in bed). But it was surprisingly weak, so I could perfectly ignore it and remain still. In this state of physical relaxation and mental awareness, I started to focus on that hum you hear when it's completely silent. Actually, this felt like a completely different hum from the usual one, but I'm not getting into detail because it's just too personal and abstract to explain. So I continued listening to this hum, until suddenly, about 25 minutes into the practice, it began. The Sleep paralysis kicked in, and it felt like a tremor in the whole body. The best part is that I was completely aware of the process. Finally, I managed to let my body fall asleep while my mind remained completely awake. I finally induced a Sleep paralysis. It took me around 1 hour 30 minutes of practice in total. "
" TL,DR: Lay on your back for about 45-60 minutes while remaining completely still. You're probably going to feel progressively more uncomfortable. When you feel like you absolutely need to move to release the tension, get out of bed and walk for about 30 seconds. Maybe you need to go to the bathroom like me. It is important that you move as slowly as possible, as you don't want to lose the relaxation state. Then you go back to bed, do a big, pleasant stretching to release all that tension from being still (this step is important), and you find a comfortable position in which you could fall asleep. I suggest laying on your side, with your legs slightly bent. Then you focus on the humming sound of your ear, while remaining completely still. You keep focused on the hum until Boom, suddenly the sleep paralysis process will begin right out of nowhere."
I think everyone wanting to wake up in the void state should do the “FILD” method. It’s the most easiest and simplest method just put on a void sub and when you wake up again naturally, fall back asleep and do the FILD method and watch how you end up straight into the void! I just woke up in the void state last night and now I’m living my dream life 🥹🩷 I had a LONG list of desires on my void list that I wrote in my notes app and when I woke up I was speechless, I just stared around for a good 5 minutes 😭

A lucid dream is a dream where a person become aware that they are dreaming while being in a dream like state. Pinching your nose trying to breathe :
Close your nostrils with your fingers and try to breathe through with your nose. In a lucid dream, you will be able to breathe with nostrils closed.
Counting fingers :
Look at you fingers, once aware in a dream. If you finger's appears to have a different number then you are lucid dreaming.
Text reading :
Look at a piece of text and then look away. In a dream , the text will become changeable and unreadable most likely.
✩ Mnemonic induction of Lucid dreams ( MILD ) - before falling asleep, repeat a phrase or affirmation to yourself, like " tonight I will lucid dream " and then visualise yourself entering a lucid dream while affirming.
✩ Reality testing in dreams - during dreaming periods , where you become aware that you are dreaming perform a reality check to check whether you are dreaming or not. Most used are attempting to pass through objects or trying to breath while holding your nose .
✧ Finger induced lucid dream ( FILD ) technique to lucid dream ( credits to Gorgeouslypink because she introduced it first) :
The finger induced Lucid dream technique is a variation of the wake induced Lucid dream ( WILD ) technique that involves using finger movements to induce a lucid dream.
Set an alarm to wake you up in REM sleep which 4 - 6 Hours after you sleep. This time is the best because of the increased rem sleep, which is the period most dream starts to occur.
When you wake up , go to bed immediately. Keep your entire body relaxed and then start gently tapping or pressing your fingers against each other as if you was playing the piano. The movements need to be subtle gentle. Fingers are recommended are the index and middle finger.
After performing the finger movements, you will start to feel a shift in your awareness. This where you will slip into a lucid dream. Pay attention to your surroundings around you and sensation's you feel that indicates that you may have entered a lucid dream.
Once aware that you are in a lucid dream take a moment to stabilize by engaging in all your senses. Do a reality to see if you are in a lucid dream.

The Setup:
1. Go to sleep. Its that simple.. No hypnosis or visualization required.
2. To perform this technique, you have to be extremely close to falling asleep. The best time is either in the middle of the night, or in the morning. However, using this technique in the morning can often cause shorter LDs.
3. If you want to try FILD during the night, you have to find some way to wake up. There are various methods.. Find one that works for you.
4. Once you wake up, the first thing that should be on your mind is the FILD technique. Immediately relax, and try to go back to sleep how you normally would. The goal here is to get to the point just before you fall back to sleep. Once you've reached this point, begin the FILD technique. If you fall back to sleep, dont worry... you can try again when you wake up.
The Technique:
1. Imagine for a second that you are playing a piano using your index and middle finger with one hand. Your fingers are side by side on two keys. Now, press your right finger down, leaving your left finger up. Next, press your left finger down, and lift your right finger back up. Repeat this up and down motion.
2. So you have the motion down? Try this: Imagine you are playing the piano again (using the same motion), but this time, press the keys so lightly that they don't go down. Give it a try on your computer keyboard - you should basically feel your muscles contract, but your fingers should hardly move.
3. You are almost there. All you have to do is use this finger movement when you wake up. Once you reach step 4 on the setup process, start moving your fingers. Focus on the movement. By directing your focus, you will fall asleep within seconds. Do not count your finger movements or talk to yourself in your head. Also, do not try to make yourself go to sleep.. that will only wake you up.
4. Once about 10 to 20 seconds have passed, take your other hand, and perform a nose RC. Simply pinch your nose and try to breath in. If you can, you are dreaming.
5. If you find that the RC doesn't work, don't worry.. you can try again. Just go to sleep normally, and try again when you wake up.
✧ Wake back to bed ( WBTB ) technique :
Set an alarm for a few hours before you normally get up because you'll most probably be in Rem sleep. When the alarm goes off stay awake for a short period of time, it can be anywhere too 10- 30 minutes and you can do anything during this time period. Then go back to bed with the intention of lucid dreaming. Focus on your intention to lucid dream and becoming aware within a Dream.
✧ SSILD (Senses Initiated Lucid dreaming)
The ssild method is a extremely effective dreaming technique that focuses on your senses ( sight , sounds , and touch) to induce a lucid dream.
Go to bed and set you alarm to wake you up in REM sleep which 90 minutes - 6 hours ahead. When you wake up, remain still , this will help facilitate the body to rest as if it's going back to sleep. Begin by closing your eyes, and start focusing on the darkness behind your eyes. Try to observe the imagery behind your eyes, don't strain , but gently observe. Afterwards shift your attention , focusing on what you can hear for 30 seconds - 60 seconds and pay attention to any sensory movements around you. Finally shift your attention to the feeling of touch, try to feel what's on your body like the weight of your blankets for about 20 - 40 seconds. Perform this in 2-4 cycles. Once you have done this, relax and do a reality check or go back to bed , you'll end up with a lucid dream.
✩ Visualization :
Once you realise you are in a Lucid dream, start to visualise the portal you want to create. Start to imagine/see it's appearance and where it will lead you. Try see it forming where you are in front of you and you can use it to enter the void state, by saying this portal will take me instantly to the void state.
✩ Intention setting to make a portal in a lucid dream :
Set a intention in your mind by repeating to your subconscious that you will wake up in a lucid dream and find a portal that will lead to your desired place. Repeat an statement like , " Tonight I will wake up in a lucid dream and find a portal to enter ( insert desired place)".
✩ Dream control technique :
Once you aware that you are dreaming, you can a dream control technique to make a portal. When you become aware in a dream try summoning a guide or dream character to create your portal.

What are dream characters?
Dream characters are the individuals that you encounter once you are dreaming. Dream characters can take on any form of being including people, animals and fictional characters.
How to interact with dream characters to help you enter the void :
Summoning - once you become aware that you are dreaming, you can instantly summon a dream character by expecting and intending for them to appear. You can imagine what character you want to meet and then you can summon them to appear in front of you.
Portals and doorways - you can use doorways or portals to take you straight to your dream character. You can visualize a portal leading to where your dream character resides. You can imagine saying " this portal will take me to my dream character".
How to use dream characters to enter the void state :
Once meeting a dream character start to engage in a conversation with them. Ask them to take you straight to the void state. It's simple like that and they will take you Instantly to the void state.

Lucid dreaming is one of the most extravagant things I’ve ever come across. It gave me the opportunity to look forward to every night of sleep.
Here’s the trick: set an alarm before you’re 3rd or 4th REM cycle: This usually around 3:30 and 5:30 AM if you fall asleep between 11-12.
Set a quiet alarm that is calm enough to barely wake you up so you’ll still be tired. Once you wake up and turn the alarm off, try to remain conscious but move your body as little as you can. This will trick your body to go back in to sleep mode. Eventually you’ll be like “hey wait a second, this is a dream” and that’s when it’s time to fly, drive a race car, smooch a model....whatever you want!
However I find myself to be limited by whatever “situation” I end up in. I usually can’t control where my dreams “location” or “setting” is but I am always in control on my body and I can fly, do the Kamehameha, or have super strength.

So i've been Lucid dreaming all my life and a friend asked me how i did it. At first it was just me realizing i was dreaming, but then i started using the WILD technique when i found out what lucid dreaming was (i used to think it was normal and just something that happened to everyone in their dreams). I started using my own methods to reach sleep paralysis faster. This method takes about 6-7 minutes. You start off at night before you go to sleep, you have to be at least a bit drowsy. You lay down with your body facing straight and try to have everything symmetrical (left leg in the exact opposite spot as your right ect.) and your palms are facing down. This might be uncomfortable at first, but that's a good thing. So in this method you focus on each limb one by one, causing them to fall asleep. I always start off with my left leg. You can just focus on it (eyes closed obviously) and you'll get the urge to move, DONT MOVE. Do this for 60 seconds, do your right leg, then left arm, right arm, then Depending on how alseep your body is you go to your head. You'll eventually get the feeling that you're just floating and you might feel like you're rotating then you can do your exit technique. The one i use is i just picture myself in a dream or picture my self at school and just go from there. Goodluck! Post your results! This has a good 1st try success rate!

" I just wanted to share a lucid dream technique that was given to me in a dream around 10 years ago. I cannot explain but this technique works everytime I do it.
You can do it just before sleep or after sleeping 4-6 hours. You will probably have way more success doing it after 4-6h. Or in a day before a nap.
**TECHNIQUE:** Just do a square breathing technique. But you have to visualize the lines forming in your mind. For example you choose 4 seconds for every line. You inhale and at the same time you see a formation of a line (you can count but with time you will just do it without counting), then you hold for 4 seconds, then you exhale and see a formation of another line, again you continue with another line until it forms a square. Repeat again and again. You will fall asleep very quikly with this technique. So there is a line formation for every inhale and exhale but there is a pause when you hold. PS: the duration of the line and the hold need to be the same duration.
Once you have LDs please seek the understanding of the nature of reality and try to understand how you form events. Having fun is great but in dreams you can grow in an inimaginable way. Once you understand how you mind forms in your dreams you will understand how you form events in this life. <3
EDIT: I forgot to mention how you become aware in a dream with this technique. So basically this makes your dreams very very weird and vivid! It makes it so weird that you just know "aha this is a dream". **(I guess it just enhances the awareness in a concentrated way**) But I suggest you practice reality checks, it is always useful. Often, when you fail with this technique is when you was too lazy to question the dream. But even when you fail you have crazy vivid dreams. "

I start counting,from 1 to whatever and every 5 numbers i become self-aware of the fact that i am counting , this lasts for 5 seconds at max,a quick random mindfulness and than i start counting again and repeat.You will eventually fall asleep and become lucid or you will become aware when you enter the dream, either directly(without losing awareness once ) or indirectly(losing awareness and regaining it again).
For me it takes counting up to 300.The point here is to let go of your consciousness so you may fall asleep and regain it again every 5(,10,20 you set the rule)numbers.It is easier than you think.If you tell yourself that you will become self-aware every 5 numbers than you will become aware.Its the ability of the brain to remember to do something once the condition is met.You can practice it in a form of meditation and see it for yourself that you will become aware once 5 numbers have passed.
What is important is increasing your consciousness every 5 numbers.I for example stare at the black space with my eyes closed , you may try mindfulness or other practices.
I have very low focus and a very overactive mind so i cant stay conscious all the time so letting consciousness go and reagining it is what did the trick for me.
Tip 1 : Now as someone else mentioned ,you should adjust the number as you see fit.If you go for 5 numbers you will have a lot more awareness but you might find it hard to fall asleep.If you go for 50 numbers you will likely lose awareness but it will help you fall asleep xD.So find the perfect balance.
ORRR since you are more likely to fall asleep in the bigger numbers you can do something like this :
From 0 to 200 regain your awareness every 50 numbers,from 200-400 every 20 numbers,from 400-500 every 10 or 5 numbers.
Tip 2: How to increase awareness : As i said you could become mindful/aware of your sorroundings/noise/breath/thought even.You need enough awareness to realise what is going on at the moment,are you counting?thinking? Etc
Tip 3 : When you count try to do it in a relaxed /gentle way because it will help you relax and fall asleep.So a number can take about 1-2 sec.Or Imagine an angelic voice counting for you :).Also count in your own language,its much easier for the brain that way.
Tip 4 : Well by counting you also reduce thoughts since a number is a thought in some way and personaly i cant have 2 thoughts at the same time.
Tip 5 : if you cant fall asleep
If you have been counting for about 30 minutes without moving a muscle and cant sleep,than i suggest you begin and visualise the dream world,imagine a scenario or recall your last dream and engage your senses one by one.Just do your best as gently as u can.Its very likely that you will not fall asleep until your brain has a dream ready.

1. Make yourself a routine (which is what I'm doing for you right now but anyways). Listen to subliminals or listen to brown, white noise or litteralyyy any music (yes, you can also listen to your favourite song which calms you down). Just anything to calm you down, to relax you, to put you in a good mood.
2. Start AFFIRMING and do not let negative thoughts take over. (Once you start affirming, leave the old story behind because GURRLLL THAT'S NOT YOU ANYMORE!! ALWAYS PERSIST IN THE NEW STORY) You can either do a challenge (like 10k or 20k affirmations) or just affirm robotically for 10 minutes every hour. Saturate your subconscious mind with good and positive affirmations.
3. You can also do the self hypnosis thingy by konniesreality (it's optional)
4. Also, do any meditation or Yoga Nidra at anytime of the day you feel comfortable (It would be better if you do it right before entering void). In my opinion, yoga nidra feels much better (ALSO, DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN ENTER VOID WITH YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION? HEHE) It will clear your mind in minutes. It also relaxes your body. But everyone has different choices, so do whatever feels good for you because that's the major point.
5. At night, set the fucking intention and just go for it.( You can do any method which seems suitable for you) YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE!! TRY TO PUT SOME EFFORTS ONCE IN YOUR LIFE GOD'S SAKE. IT CAN IMPROVE YOUR LIFE OVERALL SO MUCH.
I'm rooting for you baby, I know you can do it. You just need a little hard push and that's what I'm here to do. So listen to your desires and most importantly, listen to yourself. You can do this!!

" Before I enter the void state, I typically take my nightly meds and take a nice bath (or shower). I don’t do anything fancy during my bath, I just listen to music and get cleaned up, then I dry off and get into bed. I really just take some me time, I’ll watch some tv, maybe read something or play some video games, maybe script for fun, and get myself to a point where I’m slightly sleepy. Actually since last year I was on it, they’ve improved so much but older posts can have some minor things that are just not true/limiting.
