I have been having a lot of huge success and with getting closer with the void and I wanna give something to yall that I found, listen to the Interstellar soundtrack while attempting the void state. It feels like your drifting off into space while listening to it, and you feel like your spinning into a galaxy it's literally so relaxing, i imagined my self drifting off into the void and affirmed and I have literally never been closer in my life!!! I will be ๐Ÿ’ฏ entering by the end of the week or month at most. Also I wanted to say thank you your blog gave me some insane realizations and I finally feel like the void is EASY BC IT IS ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Its so ethereal and sounds what I think space sounds like, I've never felt more relaxed listening to something thats not a subliminal or meditation. Also if ur a nerd pls pls watch this movie!! omg i'm such a genius, so if you don't want to keep robotic affirming, or you forget to do it or whatever, do this: attach a meaning to the word "fein" yes, that song and you keep repeating it. the word is short and easy to remember and y'know the song is catchy so you'll find yourself repeating it with ease and also nobody even knows what fein means, so just attach a meaning to it and you'll unconsciously keep repeating it ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Persisting โ‰  to get something in the 3D, thinking of persisting as a way to get something in the 3D

Persisting= continuing being that person that has what you want in imagination

Persisting is NOT persisting to get a plus. If you feel like you're forcing something, you're being someone who's trying, or youโ€™re not doing what you want. Where's that coming from? Fear.

Persisting is basically continually being that person who has that thing in imagination. Read carefully please, IN imagination, no matter what the 3D shows you.

better when I give an example:

Let's say Anna wants to be rich.

Okay, so she decided that she's rich in the 4D she imagined (experienced), and as she was imagining, she felt freedom and at ease.

(Stop worrying about whether you're feeling something thatโ€™s coming from fear. The way to stop feeling fear is by doing what you want in your imagination; no one is there to judge.)

At this moment, she's in a state of being rich, and it's done, so she's just enjoying the experience of being rich. As soon as she opens her eyes and sees that the 3D hasn't changed, she feels sad. But then she remembers that 4D (imagination is the true reality, imagination is self).

So she returns to the state of being rich. She persists in who sheโ€™s being in her imagination, not in 3D, not to get anything in 3D.

We usually take what the 3D reality shows us as cold, hard facts and what happens before our eyes, we tend to accept as the truth. But Iโ€™m here to tell you that imagination creates your reality. What you have accepted as a fact tends to project itself as the truth in your reality. What you believe to be true forms 100% of your 3D world and not the other way around. Everything comes from within you. If you want to change your outer world, first you need to change you inner world. How can you do that? Start by treating the 4D as your true reality. Whatever you create in your imagination, whatever you desire to have, decide that itโ€™s done and claim your desire. Treat that as an indisputable fact.ย 

Want to become the President? Done. What sort of thoughts would you have if you were the President? How would you feel?ย 

This is not being fake. You are not deluding yourself. Remember, CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE ONLY REALITY. The world you see before you is ONLY a projection of your beliefs and assumptions. The 4D is the true reality. You are the object and the 3D is the shadow, mirror etc. You are pure consciousness. You are God. What you have claimed as yours and what youโ€™ve believed to be true is 100% of your reality.ย 

Donโ€™t bother checking the 3D for confirmation. YOU ARE THE CONFIRMATION. Oh you want to be a Master Manifestor? DONE. What sort of thoughts would a Master Manifestor have? How would they feel? Assume that state and donโ€™t go looking for results cause the 3D is only the screen upon which your assumptions are projected as a film.

There is no need for any technique or method. When Neville instructed us to Live in the End, he told us to assume the state of our wish fulfilled. Assume youโ€™re God. Assume only good things happen to you. Donโ€™t think of your desire. Think FROM your desire. Life happens from you and not to you.ย 

Oh your SP told you he never wants to see you again? Please, heโ€™s in love with you. He constantly thinks of you. Heโ€™ll come crawling back to you in no time. Remember, everything and everyone around you is simply a projection of your thoughts and assumptions. If you and your SP are happily married in the 4D and are raising livestock in the south of France, that is THE FACT!! Not him liking someone else. Not him ghosting you. Donโ€™t bat an eyelid at the 3D. Claiming your desire is instantaneous. Begin to live from your desire right now and watch the magic happen. But itโ€™s not magic, is it? Itโ€™s you. You are God. You only have 2 things to do in this world. CLAIM YOUR DREAM LIFE AND LIVE IT.

How i mastered the art of persisting & how yall can too

hello my luvs, lemme tell u, its been a rlly eventful last 2 weeks in terms of me undergo a drastic shift in my mindset and WHEWWWWW, i thought it was time to share with yall

this past year i told myself i would adopt a strict mental diet where i wouldn't let doubts stop me or anything and lemme tell you, it was such a rocky road. There would be periods of me affirming that i was a master shifter, seek validation from the 3D and then start dwelling in my old state again. This cycle of giving up continued until i came across these posts. I then deeped how i've been overcomplicating manifesting & shifting to the point where i would give up so easily on my new states because "persisting was too hardโ€ when it rlly wasn't. Anyways, lemme share my favourite tips & advice i learnt.

THE ADVICE & TIPS

stop associating emotions w/ states

Once i stopped associating me doubting, being frustrated, etc with my state, i found stuff x10000 EASIER!! I be affirming when i'm sad/frustrated because my emotions do NAWT define me. If something happens in my life, i allow myself to acknowledge it then i affirm on loop that "everything gets better" and the very fact i am a master manifestor.

manifesting will exist whether u like it or not

whenever i feel like "giving up", i remember that no matter if i "give up" on my desires or not, the law of assumption will still operate in the same principle of dominant thoughts materialising ur reality. So that really made me think, why would i not take advantage of knowing about the loa and manifesting everything i want? Like once you find out about the law of assumption, there is no turning back so u might aswell utilise it.

you can never lose your "manifestation powers"

Sometimes i be having thoughts "what if i lose my manifestation powers" and its like?? i will always be able to manifest easily & so will you. You can never "lose" the ability to manifest. Its a LAW. Meaning you will always be able to do it

pick a staple affirmation & loop it no matter what

After utilising robotic affirming, i've felt so much more FULFILLED then i ever did. Trust me when i say, pick one affirmation (e.g. "i am a master shifter") and keep affirming through your doubts, random thoughts, etc. Litreally when you deep it, affirming is basically thinking and thinking is super duper easy. So picking one affirmation and continuously repeating it is so easy even when you feel like your having sm doubts (trust me, once u get in the habit of js affirming, things feel sm easier).

you don't need to believe to manifest

Before some of yall come at me, lemme tell yall something. When i got more serious about the loa this year, i overconsumed a sh!t ton of loa content stating in order to manifest your desires and it made me feel so frustrated whenever i felt doubts/overwhelmed when affirming for my desire. The belief bit will follow natrually while persisting, dont focus on beliving in ur manifestation, keep repeating you have it & your belief of it will feel more natrual as you keep repeating it (if that makes sense)

the 3D isn't the end, keep persisting

I made a post about this but to keep it short & simple, your 3D circumstances aren't permanent. Just because you may be experiencing the opposite of what you want in the 3D, doesn't mean it will stay like that forever and your manifestation "won't work". Keep affirming bb <3

I got an ask recently on someone who was unsure what to do to shift, and unlike the typical, visualise and affirm, I will ask you to accept yourself in your new reality/desired reality/ whatever you may call it. And to do that you must shift your senses and I mean really shift your senses, close your eyes and sense that you are now in your new reality, how would you feel? think of the little things

is there a window right infront of your bed that lets the natural light shine onto your eyelids?

do you have a crazy amount of siblings that you can hear all the time in the morning?

is your s/o in there bed, can you hear their little grunts as they sleep? do they wrap you in their arms to wake you up, how would it be normally?

is your mother waking you up for school, how does her voice sound sound, how do her hands feel tapping you lightly to wake up?

are you a famous artist? are your songs softly playing on the speaker in your room as you wake up?

are you a celebrity, a billionaire, an actor, a model? is your assistant waking you up for another busy day of press?

do you live somewhere with beautiful scenery, are the birds chirping as you wake up? or is it night time and the sound of the city, the cars, the people are right outside your window?

how does it feel to be in that new body? feel that you are in that body, how does your skin feel? how does your hair feel?

do you have a private chef that makes you and your family breakfast in the morning? what are they making? can you smell it?

do you have certain ambient lighting in your room, eg, leds, sunset lamps, what colour are they shining on your eyelids as you stir in bed?

are you a billionaireโ€™s child who only sleeps on cashmere sheets? feel it on your body

what clothes (if any) do you wear to bed? feel them on your body

whatโ€™s the first thing you see when you wake up? visualise, or is it night as you wake up, what does that look like where you are?

How much happier and more motivated would you be to start the day knowing you have everything and you are living the dream? feel it in you

details details details people!! use the details in your script if you have one, this is how it becomes natural to you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

feel it, hear it, see it, smell it, taste it

These little and natural details are so important, you guys see your reality as so far fetched, so you donโ€™t even acknowledge or consider how your senses would change. When you shift reality you shift awareness which means shifting your conscious sensations to the reality that is desired. This isnโ€™t some cute exercise (although it can be) this IS shifting, take your senses and put the in the desired state and that is how you shift, that is how your awareness leaves this reality to go to another.

You are a god, so place yourself and your senses in a new reality and you are there. You need to make your reality natural to you and that starts with immersing yourself in the new story

Place your senses in that of who you want to be, and you will shift with ease ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ’‹

DEFINITELY not your body and DEFINITELY not time, right? :D........ WRONGG!!

pure consciousness is a state of consciousness that's induced, not forced. waiting for a shift to the purest state already makes no sense. you're literally waiting for the 3d to disappear and for darkness to engulf you, when the only way for that to occur, is if your awareness is not on the 3d. time included (ofc, unless you assume otherwise ^^).

y'all are too attached to the 3d!

that's a reoccurring problem in the manifesting and pure consciousness community! y'all constantly want movement to happen in the 3d.

y'all wanna feel "symptoms"

y'all continuously check time

y'all worried about the noise in the background

y'all are too worried about the 3d, and that's why you're still in the awake state!

awake state: aware of 3d and 4d

purest state: aware of 4d only

sleep state: aware of neither 3d nor 4d

when you're inducing pure consciousness, your awareness must only be on the 4d. you shouldn't be wondering about the whens, hows, whats, whys, wheres, and ifs.

waiting for a shift will keep you in the awake state. your state of consciousness will not transition into the purest state, if you're constantly worried or focused on the 3d.

Difficulty breathing

Hallucinations (visual and auditory) (optional)

During SP, everything you hear or see is a hallucination. Your brain, still in the REM sleep phase, produces images related to your dreams. These hallucinations can manifest based on your thoughts, as your subconscious is particularly receptive in this state. The sensation of suffocation is simply due to the natural relaxation of your diaphragm during sleep.

SP Tips

Stay Calm: Keep neutral or positive thoughts to prevent worsening sensations.

Stabilize: Stay still, breathe calmly, and focus on your goal.

๐Ÿ’— How to astral project from SP

Simply set the intention to astral project and imagine yourself separating from your physical body by creating as vivid an image as possible of your astral body beside your bed, without moving. Engage all your senses to activate your astral vision. Focus your thoughts to mentally picture yourself detaching from your physical body.

โ†’ At the same time, you can use one of these methods:

Rolling Method: Visualize yourself rolling out of your body. Rope Technique: Imagine a rope in front of you and picture yourself pulling up to "hoist" out of your body. Floating Sensation: Imagine floating above your body. Hammock Method: Picture yourself in a hammock, gently swaying until you feel yourself separating from your body.

๐Ÿ’— How to lucid dream from SP

Set the intention to have a lucid dream, then:

Keep your eyes closed.

Focus on the colors and shapes that appear behind your eyelids, known as hypnagogic images.

Visualize a specific scene (for example, walking on a beach) and engage all your senses in the visualization

Since the brain cannot distinguish between imagination and reality, it will start to construct a dream based on this focus. The key is to maintain your attention without getting distracted to enter the dreaming state.

2 mini pure consciousness success storiess ๐ŸŽ€

your gurl induced pure consciousness in class yesterday. as usual i was daydreaming, not paying attention to the loud noise my class made, and then my daydream became very vivid, i couldn't hear anything in the 3d, nor feel anything in the 3d, then i got excited and placed my awareness on the 3d and smh ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ (included this one in, just so u know how easy it is to induce pure consciousness, even with noise)

i induced pure consciousness just now. i was listening to the hfg tape as usual, and i focused on the voice for about a min, before i wandered off into my thoughts. about a few mins into talking to myself i realised "why am i not hearing the tape?" placed my awareness on the voice again, and realised i induced pure consciousness, quite quickly.

anddd yea! not the success story yall wanted, but i stopped procrastinatin ๐Ÿฅณ๐ŸŽ€

STOP TREATING YOUR DR LIKE A FICTIONAL PLACE. Think in the PRESENT TENSE. (shifting tips #1)

I know this sounds like a basic tip everyone says, but "living in the wish fulfilled" is something that you need to do if you want to shift way easier. (of course, you can shift without this but why not make things easier?

STOP TREATING YOUR DR LIKE A FICTIONAL PLACE. Think In The PRESENT TENSE. (shifting Tips #1)

"act as if"

When shifting, you aren't willing to become your "DR self", you are said DR self. Act as if you're already there, think in first person as if you're in your DR already.

If thoughts about your CR occur, that's okay. Try to let them pass, turn the thoughts into 3rd person. You aren't in your CR anymore, think of it as another place now.

STOP TREATING YOUR DR LIKE A FICTIONAL PLACE. Think In The PRESENT TENSE. (shifting Tips #1)

"the present tense"

I AM.

Still basic, yet I see a lot of people get that wrong. Speak as you're already there.

"I will shift" = "I have shifted."

"I am a master shifter" = "I am in my DR."

Stop trying to manifest the power to shift, you already have that. You don't need to affirm 'I am a master shifter', this is manifesting the wrong thing. You should focus on getting to your DR, not gaining the ability to.

"Think of your DR as a REAL PLACE."

You ARE your DR self. Your DR is REAL. Stop thinking about it as a fictional place, it's a REAL one and treat it like that.

Instead of saying "my DR self", say you. Your 'DR self' is just another term for you, your DR is just another reality you live in. Stop treating them as something unachievable.

Remember, you don't need anything to shift. You can do it at any time no matter what. Stop limiting yourself. 111 222 333

I believe that this one is pretty straightforward. 4D over the 3D, imagination over the physical, the inner over the outer. You can pretty much say that this is the basis of LOA and shifting.

# Persist because you know it's done not cause you're waiting to see it done

THIS, you already have it so why are you persisting to see it? It's already there. It's like you affirm "I have xyz, xyz is right in front of me." and then in the same breath go "Now because I've persisted a bit let's wait till it appears." meanwhile your xyz is staring at you irritated. I'm not saying that you should actively persist and affirm 24/7 cause you'd get burnt out but just continue your day not stressing cause you know it's done.

# Stop trying, Start being

Be the one who has it even though it's not in front of your 3D eyes you still have it in your 4D eyes. Be the one who's the prettiest in school, the smartest, the strongest, the most famous and so on. There's no "Let's affirm that I'm beautiful and see what happens." There's only "I'm the most beautiful, period." Walk like it, talk like it and act like it. Me personally I don't like forcing it or doing anything in the 3D because it can get tiring so instead I just walk like it, talk like it and act like it in imagination cause it's all you need.

# Be too lazy to doubt

This is something I came up with and it's also pretty straightforward. Whenever I want something I just think about it for a second then instead of worrying about if it'll work and then trying to force a positive mindset I'll just quickly move on cause I'm to lazy for all of that overthinking hehe.. Two times I manifested my teachers being sick and keep in mind these teachers are never sick and I've always "failed" to manifest it but this time I just thought "They're not here and idc or know why." and continued my day being too lazy to doubt and BAAM both of them weren't at school. I was kind of surprised at first but calmed cause obviously it worked, I'm a master manifester duh. Also this week I had to take school photos and I listened to a photogenic/dreamy sub together with a look cute one and everyone even girls I don't really talk with called me pretty. Heck my teacher said that I was one of those photogenic type of people. Anyways never could have thought being lazy was a blessing in disguise huh..

"HOW I TAP INTO THE VOID"

Before any attempts realise what is your intention. What is it that you what to achieve. Consider memorising that.

Also dicide how you want to picture your void. It does not have to be all black, or scary in any way. If you want a flower garden, it will be a flower garden. It can be all light like the sun is shining right at you. Decide.

You do not need a technique. This is just what I do when I schedule being in the void. I have ended up in the void accidentally a couple of times, meaning you quite literaly do not need a technique.

1. Make sure nothing is distracting you- If you are hungry- eat, if you are thirsty-drink, if your are cold-get a banket.

2. Get comfortable- Ley in your bed/ sit on your sofa. Make sure your head and legs are supported.

3. It is time to start relaxing. Notice your breathing. Breathe in for 3, hold, breathe out for 3.

I always struggled to live in the end as the 3D was literally so overwhelming and completely un-ignorable. I was constantly in a cycle of: affirm, persist, fall back into old habits, and then restart the cycle all over again. It became a pattern within my life.

Whenever I felt like I was out of this pattern, I ended up right back in it. Constantly in a viscous cycle of depression and anxiety.

A massive thing I needed to overcome was the need and desperation to get my desires. I constantly felt like I was lacking what I wanted.

How did I overcome this feeling? I started to distance myself from the 3D. However I didnโ€™t distance myself as much as I once did. I used to feel like nothing was real and everything was fake. This decimated my mental health and made me feel completely alone. I now live my life with the belief that every undesirable thing is simply a past assumption. Itโ€™s not something I need to pay attention to, itโ€™s simply an old idea that I can leave to die.

I started to focus on my 4D self, the man with everything he wants. I know I have my desired appearance and I know my life is perfect.

I hope that everyone who reads this feels a little bit of peace of mind. I know how unbearable it is to want to have the life of your dreams right now! That anxiety and despair won't help at all. Nor will continuing to do what doesn't resonate with you, seeing countless success stories and each time trying to do the same as them. It's always like that, right? That's what most of us do, it's like being in a loop, I say this because this year I became pure consciousness several times while trying to induce it, whether through lucid dreams, sleeping affirming, some of the times I just came out of the state of pure consciousness without affirming anything because I felt so peaceful (and it didn't last long either).

Exactly 4 days ago I almost to induce pure consciousness again while listening to this audio that leaves me super relaxed

(not that to induce pure consciousness you need something like that, just relax your body and take your focus off thoughts related to anxiety, just relax)

and I relaxed so deeply, I relaxed my body and mind while daydreaming but as soon as I started to feel the symptoms it was so intense, like falling, spinning and being sucked at the same time. and I focused so much on the symptoms that I ended up losing focus and consciousness returned to 3D.

but I remembered when I was a beginner in all this and I read a blog (if I find the link I'll put it here for you)

in which the blogger said the following

"Sit down or lay down in the most comfortable position to you

Start breathing in and out slowly and imagine/picture a black space or a black hole or just a black image in general ,so this can help you in feeling closer to void (ofc it's not necessary)

Now start AFFIRMING I'm void or any other blanket void affirmation/affirmations of your personal preference"

She also said to make affirmations during the day, such as "Void is instant easy and simple ," "I am God," and I remembered that when I did this for the first time, I was a little sleepy. All I did was read this blogger's post again, lay down, and close my eyes. I didn't think about anything. All I did was affirm without forcing myself. The symptoms were so intense. However, I wasn't anxious or desperate.

So, I didn't care about the symptoms. I kept affirming. I remember that the way I induced pure consciousness was so fast. I just hadn't affirmed anything because there was nothing I wanted to manifest. Then I just affirmed that I was going to go out, and when I did, I realized that I was still asleep. Then I woke up. Some time later, I did it again and manifested that I was going to pass a very important test for me. And guess what? I passed all the tests.

And now remembering this I feel upset with myself, for having consumed too much and having let things get out of control and become a little difficult. Until a while ago I was telling myself that I would manifest my dream life, but I was always putting it off until tomorrow and it was always like that, 5 months went by while I was procrastinating. Now I realized how much time I wasted, and I feel upset with myself. But I remembered that I have already induced pure consciousness, what is getting in my way is despair and anxiety, but now I will control this and manifest my dream life, I will send you my success story very soon :)

I hope this is like a little warning to everyone who is on this journey, I know that everyone's circumstances may be as difficult as mine, but never give up. Try to stop this despair, focus on who you are. You are gods, the co-creator of your own reality, don't give up and don't put off until tomorrow what you can and have the power to do today!!!

referencing to this post, one of the notes i wrote on one of my side blogs (privately) was:

be aware of your thoughts, not your body. you will manifest a shift in your state of consciousness to become pure consciousness.

if i want to put this into a perspective for others to understand pure consciousness without making it sound overcomplicated, i would use examples like the loass/law of being, and sleeping.

so a lot of us are familiar with the โœจ๏ธlaw of assumptionโœจ๏ธ

the law of assumption requires us to be in our imagination. to decide that we are no longer desiring, but rather we have our desires (in imagination). the 3d will reflect our imagination when we naturally persist in this assumption. the law of assumption also requires us to know you shouldn't pay any mind to the 3d regardless of what you see, hear, taste, touch, or smell.

and all of us, if not, most of us, or at least some of us are familiar with โœจ๏ธsleepingโœจ๏ธ

when we are sleeping, our state of consciousness had shifted to a sleep state where the sleep cycle restarts.

before we induce sleep, most of us get comfortable, relax, close our eyes, swat mosquitoes away from our ears, get comfortable again, and we don't hyperfocus on whatever's going on in the physical world.

doing this, we embody the sleep state, to manifest a shift in our state of consciousness to induce sleep state (law of being): you closed your eyes, and you moved your awareness away from the physical world therefore manifesting a shift in your state of consciousness to induce sleep.

to apply this to pure consciousness, you must embody pure consciousness to manifest a shift in your state of consciousness to induce pure consciousness.

you know that you shouldn't be aware of the physical world (your body, what you're smelling, hearing, tasting, nor seeing). your awareness should only be on your imagination, whether you're affirming, daydreaming, having internal dialogues or letting your thoughts wander.

when you are pure consciousness, you're conscious and you're only aware of your imagination cuz there is no awareness of the physical world in this state. if you're focused on the time that has passed and on your body, then you won't manifest a shift in your state of consciousness to be pure consciousness, cuz you're not embodying the state.

there's no need for effort ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

How to shift realities from someone who regularly does

Hii! I am pretty new to the Tumblr shifting community and I didnโ€™t really plan on posting anything but after browsing around a bit, I kind of wanted to give my two cents on shifting. I used to be active in the Amino community back then but then I took a break to focus on myself. Some time passed since then and I have been shifting pretty regularly now. And after looking through some posts, I wanted to share some things to maybe help others.

Disclaimer: I fully believe shifting is personal and should be tailored to you. What works for me might not work for you and thatโ€™s okay! However, I would be very glad if this helped someone. Also excuse how I explain some things. Since I just got back, Iโ€™m not very caught up with new shifting terminology so Iโ€™m just going to explain how I understand it instead.

You are only consciousness. That is what you are and what you will always be. There will never be any reality, circumstances, doubts, fears, or anything tied to you unless you allow it to. You as consciousness, your only role is to experience and be conscious of things. So as you become conscious of new things, you shift.

As consciousness, your natural state is the void state. You only experience reality when you take on a vessel, which is your body. So through these vessels, you experience reality. And as you live in these vessels, you will encounter its emotions, doubts, and thoughts. This is why people say you are not your doubts or fears, because truly you are not. You are only experiencing it through the vessel. They are not your own, but the vesselโ€™s.

So to shift realities, you simply decide a reality then become conscious of it. Literally just that, you decide and then become. Thereโ€™s nothing more or less to it I swear.

I think the reason why many people fail to comprehend this is because they had been putting in so much effort that they couldnโ€™t believe how actually effortless it really is. I think itโ€™s because they try to force it without understanding how it just comes naturally. Shifting shouldnโ€™t be about taking control but rather just be. I see people asking how this and how that and am I doing it right, and I just want to say forget all about that and focus on just being.

You had always just been consciousness experiencing reality through a vessel your whole life. You had always made a choice on a reality then proceeded to become aware of it. So now decide on that reality that you want and just be conscious of it. Thatโ€™s all it is. If it helps, help yourself understand that you are only consciousness. Remind yourself throughout the day, when you experience this vesselโ€™s doubts, or before you sleep. Truly understand that you are not tied down by anything because you are literally just consciousness.

If you question why you should listen to me, it is because I was in your shoes before. For a really long time, I really thought that shifting is just not something I could do and that it was all just an inside joke. I was at my all time low and I just didnโ€™t know what to think or believe anymore. Yet, here I am, shifting as regularly as I sleep. That being said though, I donโ€™t want you to idolize me or envy me. Donโ€™t idolize a consciousness when you are literally one as well and can do anything I can.

I hope this post was understandable. Iโ€™m not much of an explainer but I tried my best.

Idk if I've talked about this before, but I saw someone post about why people who have been trying to shift for so long might not be shifting (this might not apply to everyone, but it really clicked with me). They only explained why, so I'm gonna talk about the solution I came up with.

They specifically said that it was not tough love, but psychological facts: it's possible that your mind registers shifting as a goal in THIS reality.

Think about that for a second. This is the part that really got me when I started to think about it. When you are here, in your CR, your goal is to shift, right? So what if our minds interprets that as a goal IN THIS REALITY, as simple as going to bed thinking "oh, I'm going to unload the dishwasher in the morning." Because shifting is just aligning with your DR self, and guess what?? Your goal in your DR is not to shift! That blew up my brain a little bit.

"But i want to shift" you know how everyone keeps saying "you are already in your DR"? I interpreted that for so long as motivation. It's not. It's the process. To align with your DR self, just like aligning with another person in your CR you have to have the same goals.

So your goal is no longer to shift. Stop thinking like that. Your goal IS NOT TO SHIFT. Waking up where you are meant to has never been a goal, but an expectation. Your goal is to wake up and go downstairs to have breakfast with your DR friends or family. Your goal is to wake up and get to class on time to ace that Defence Against The Dark Arts quiz you totally forgot to study for until the night before. Your goal is to wake up and win that Oscar, to break that curse, destroy the One Ring, you fucking name it babes.

I don't know if this is really dumb and obvious, but it wasn't for me before, so I really hope this post helps someone else too.

there are so many benefits to simply TAKING A BREAK!! some of these can include but are not limited too are a clearer mind, a deeper understanding of oneโ€™s self, healthier mind set, less information overflowing, less stress related to ones current situation / reality, no longer waiting for something to happen.

if you find yourself attempting to shift / manifest and you began to develop an obsession that goes beyond healthy, take a break for your own health.

They will mentally imagine that the event has already occurred

"How do I feel now when the photoshoot is done?"

"Wow, I like how the photos have turned out. I look so hot,"

They mentally prepare themselves for the best outcome and it helps them to get out of the anxious state

Inner action is an introverted sensation. If you will construct mentally a drama which implies that you have realised your objective, then close your eyes and drop your thoughts inward, centering your imagination all the while in the predetermined action and partake in that action, you will become a self-determined being.
