Alright so I’m doing 36-48 hour fast starting today. I wanted to fast yesterday but a close friend of mine made me eat. So here is my plan for the day : vitamins with 36 ounces water -9 am 11am green tea 1 pm 12 ounces water 2 pm rest of vitamins 3pm small workout - (20 squats 20 lunges 40 jumping jacks 2 minute run 5 minute walk) 6 pm 24 ounces water 8 pm calming tea

my reasons to lose weight:
🍯 to look good in any clothes
🥀 to rock any hairstyle/cut
🍯 to take a bath without hating my body
🥀 to take cute selfies from any angle
🍯 to be the one who sits on other people’s laps
🥀 for people to make nice skinny jokes instead of cruel fat ones
🍯 to be easily picked up by people
🥀 to be able to say my weight out loud without fear
🍯 to look cute and quirky when eating a treat instead of sad
🥀 for people to be jealous and ask how i did it
🍯 for all the proud comments and stares
🥀 to undress easily in changing rooms/sleepovers etc
🍯 to look good in cute underwear and lingerie
🥀 to rock any kind of clothing style and not try as hard to be fashionable
🍯 to feel more confident at the gym
🥀 not to feel as guilty if i treat myself sometimes
🍯 to show off my collarbone and jawline in pictures
Does anyone know any low cal foods i could eat for lunch(hell/school related)

(The notebook is too big to fit in the box so I’m just going to keep it with the box). •Pens.

Apparently apple cider vinegar is really effective for weightloss. Thing is I HATE THE TASTE so I put one table spoon in a cup of tea with some honey. I will drink that twice a day ( never go above two table spoons cause it could damage your teeth If I see any results I’ll tell you What is your goal weight ?
