I remember the first time I was at my goal weight last winter. I had come home for a break, and weighed myself at home. I saw the number flashing on the screen, and thought “no way, this isn’t real”. When I went to my nanas house for a holiday, I went to the bathroom in her house with a floor to ceiling mirror, and a scale. I stripped, got on the scale, and saw that number again. I turned around and looked in the mirror, and suddenly didn’t understand why I was so shocked. I looked better. I picked my legs up, my arms, covered my boobs with my hands, sucked my non existent belly in, twirled, posed every which way… And then I dressed myself, went back to the dining room, and lied when my uncle said “you look good! You look like you’ve lost weight, you look like you’re about 100 pounds soaking wet!” I replied; “No, I’m about 120”. When I went back to school, I dressed any way I wanted to, I felt so much more confident. But months later, I got too comfortable, and I started eating again.
And now, ladies and gentlemen, I am at my highest weight ever. The hardest part about this is that when you go from your goal weight to your highest, everybody notices. And everybody says something. Everyday I think to myself, “What have I done?”. But I know what I did. And I know what I have to do. Please for the love of god, for the love of whatever you believe in, don’t make this mistake. I’m scared now that when I get back to my goal weight in a couple of months, people will start to wonder what’s causing so much weight flux in my body. Please please please do not make my mistakes. When you get to your goal weight, STAY THERE.
Ps. I’m tagging this way because I know that this post will be found by people this is relevant to.

• Please don’t let your eating disorder ruin your relationships. If your friend doesn’t support you starving yourself or binging and purging, it doesn’t mean they’re a bad friend. It means they care about you and don’t want you harming yourself.
• It’s okay to treat yourself once in a while. Having a candy bar isn’t a binge. Be sure to have your favorite food at least twice a month (in moderation), I promise it won’t harm you or ruin your progress.
• Don’t beat yourself up if you gained a little weight. It’s perfectly normal. Do some yoga, drink some water, and start over tomorrow.
• Don’t expect everyone to understand.
• Holidays are an exception. Please eat with your family on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, etc. At least eat on your birthday.
• It is a disorder. Please don’t convince yourself that this is a lifestyle that we have chosen. This is terrible for our health and I feel like we all know this deep down inside. Would you want your best friend doing this? Exactly.
• Lastly, please don’t go too far. Don’t fast for over 3 days. Don’t set your calorie limit below 200 calories. Please don’t put your life at risk because you want to be thin.

~✨🌸ANTI-BINGE BOX🌸✨~
I saw this idea a few days ago so I thought I’d make one, I still have a few small things to get for it.
Things I included (including things I still need to get): •List of things to do rather than binging. •Quotes to inspire/motivate. •Pictures of body goals. •Chewing gum. •Workout routines. •Notebook to write things down. (The notebook is too big to fit in the box so I’m just going to keep it with the box). •Pens.
Please be safe when dieting/fasting, if your body isn’t handling it well please stop.~ Stay safe everyone~

this is my favorite drink for breakfast and if you make enough, it can keep you full for hours!! basically you just play around with the ratios until you’ve got the amount you want!

for one 8oz. drink, you need:
• 1 green tea bag (0 cal)
• 8 oz. (1 cup) cold water (0 cal)
• ½ tsp lemon juice (0 cal)
• ½ tsp 0 cal sweetener (0 cal)

steep the green tea in the cold water for at least 3 minutes, add the lemon juice and stir, then add the sweetener. increase the ratios to make more if you want! (in the picture i have 32~ oz and it kept me full for like five hours)

Quickest way to lose a few kg?? I wanna lose 5kg in a few days
You can’t or else we’d all be skinny in days 😭😭If you starve you’ll gain it all back. Try eating less and drinking more water. Skip on the animal products, they’re high in fat. Generally if you eat 1200-1500 everyday you’ll lose 1-3lbs per week tho. Stay safe. Don’t starve
