i usually do this before and after i eat, really helps with keeping myself in control.

1. grab a notebook. write down EVERYTHING you want to binge on. then add up all the calories. stare at that disgusting number for a while, do you really wanna eat that�
2. pick the foods you want to binge on. one by one, look up every ingredient in the foods. this will not only take up time, it will show you how many gross and creepy things go into what you want to eatā¦.
3. destroy the food. candy? take it out of the wrapper, pour gross condiments on it. pizza? fold it in half and squeeze. do you see all the grease??!? EW. want to eat meat? look up videos of slaughter housesā¦.I promise youāll put the carcass down. do this until thinking about eating makes you sick.
4. stay out of the house. take an hour long walk. avoid the fridge at all costs. you can literally avoid eating all day, just by staying out of the house.
5. take a damn nap. this one is SO underrated. sleep helps you lose weight, and is great for taking up time (also naps are great lol).

Hi guys! This is a recipe Iāve created for morning oats, feedback is welcome if youād like me to share more recipes like this!
Ingredients: - 1/3 cup of rolled oats - 2/3 cup warm water - 1 tsp cinnamon - ½ tsp golden syrup (using zero cal sweetener will save 10 calories) - 1 tbsp of sultanas
Method: - Place oats and water into a small saucepan and turn the heat to medium - Cover with lid and wait 3-5 minutes, when oats cover the back of a spoon, theyāre done - Turn off heat and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes before adding the sultanas, golden syrup and cinnamon
Total Calories: 157 - Oats: 135 - Sultanas: 6 - Golden Syrup: 10 - Cinnamon: 6

<p>for one 8oz. drink, you need:<br /> ⢠1 green tea bag (0 cal)<br /> ⢠8 oz. (1 cup) cold water (0 cal)<br /> ⢠½ tsp lemon juice (0 cal)<br /> ⢠½ tsp 0 cal sweetener (0 cal)</p>
<p>steep the green tea in the cold water for at least 3 minutes, add the lemon juice and stir, then add the sweetener. increase the ratios to make more if you want! (in the picture i have 32~ oz and it kept me full for like five hours)

Not only does it detox your body but seriously just adding a cap full of lemon juice to 32oz of water works wonders for cravings. The acidity stimulates your taste buds and makes you less hungry, all while drinking water and staying hydrated with what is probably only a fraction of a calorie.
My favorite combo so far is lemon and peppermint. Like I said the lemon gives you the taste, but in addition peppermint is known to suppress appetite.

Put down the soda and pick up a glass of water. Put down the bag of chips and put on some running shoes. Put down the burger and see how many sit ups you can do in one minute. Put down the candy bar and see how many push ups you can do before it burns. Put down the cookie and see how many squats it takes for your whole body to sweat.
Put away the butter. Youāre literally putting fat on top of the fat already in what youāre gonna eat. Donāt lick that spoon, thatās like 15 extra calories. Donāt eat the crumbs. Thereās a trash for a reason. Donāt buy the large. You donāt need it. Itās not just one bite. You know that.
Have an apple. Theyāre delicious. Cook up an egg white omelette for breakfast. Almond milk is actually kind of tasty. Measure everything. Eat slower. Drink lots of water. Swap your fork for chopsticks. Cover half your food with so much salt itās nasty to eat. Every bite is 2 squats. Every binge is a 30 minute jog. Become a vegetarian. Snack on fruits. You read all day to cut your carbs and to avoid fatty foods and keep as low cal as possible. You read all day ways to burn off the little you ate too after leaving your mouth watering and your cravings unsatisfied. Itās hard. So donāt forget to treat yourself once in a while. Youāre strong. - Sunglasses/glasses are more flattering against a more angular faceĀ
