disclaimer: not pro anything but I support those struggling with eds

✨We all know that eating at a fast food restaurant with an ed can be a nightmare so I’ve compiled some tips and lower calorie options to help you guys. keep in mind I live in Australia so I found all the info for US restaurants online✨

General tips

Get your food in a take-away bag, and don’t take it all out of the bag. if you lay your meal out it might draw attention to the fact that you’re not eating as much as your friends or family. If you just reach into the bag, the people your with will see your bag of food and you eating and will not suspect anything.

Opt for 0 cal drinks. Most cups in fast food restaurantsĀ aren’t see-through so no-one will be able to tell the difference between a coke and a coke zero or a water and a sprite. they’ll just see you drinking a soft drink and ā€˜someone with an eating disorder wouldn’t drink a soft drink’

google the menu and calories before you leave. This way you will be able to plan better and not accidentally go over your calorie limit

Plan around it. If you know that you’re going to a fast food restaurantĀ save up your calories and get a burger. If people see you eat a burger they won’t suspectĀ anything, after all, ā€˜an anorexic girl wouldn’t eat a burger’

Ask for your burger without cheese. A pieceĀ of cheese from most fast food restaurantsĀ is around 60cal and getting rid of it lowers the calories a bit. And it’s so easy to make excuses about it too,Ā ā€˜the cheese here tastes weird, it makes me feel sick ect.Ā 

When choosing meat go with chicken, that will bring down the calories in whatever your getting

Get an ice-cream. If you don’t want anyone to suspect anything get an ice-cream cone. most soft serve cones are about 200 cal (less than a burger or nuggets) and no one will suspect anything becauseĀ ā€˜someone with an anorexia wouldn’t eat ice-cream’

If you, like me, get kind of sick of water here are some recipes I’m trying out. Let me know your favorites. Drink water kids and stay safe.Ā 

Watermelon and Strawberry Mint Detox Water Ingredients:Ā 

4 cups watermelon in /2 inch cubes, lightly mashedĀ 

½ pint strawberries, sliced in half 

6 sprigs mint (lightly crushed)Ā 

Ā Blueberry and Orange Detox Water Ingredients:Ā 

2 Mandarin Oranges, cut into wedgesĀ

 ½ gallon purified water 

 ½ lemon, sliced

Questions I will NOT answer

I have been receiving more and more questions lately, and I guess you may )or may not) have noticed that I am not answering all of them. The reason for that is simple, I do not promote any eating disorders. Just because I run this blog does NOT mean that I encourage or glorify an eating disorder. I have been suffering from an eating disorder for years now and the only way to express myself to feel somewhat better is to create my little space here and reblog/post things that I like, that motivate me or that make me feel somehow better. So, I have been getting questions like: - I am x years old and I weigh x lbs/kgs. How do I lose weight? - How do I starve myself? - How did you lose so much weight? - How can I trick my parents?Ā  - How can I restrict better?Ā  - I weigh x lbs/kgs and I am x inches/cms tall, how much should I weigh? And anything similar to that. I DO NOT want to be responsible for someones struggles and problems. If you want tips, sure, I will give you some, but DO NOT expect me to give you extreme ones (e.g. you should fast for x hours). If you want unhealthy diet plans and fasting tips, then google.Ā 

Otherwise, I am always available for you and I am more than just happy to be able to talk to you guys and help you put as much as I can. ♄

Being skinny isn't just for photos.

Imagine walking down the street or down a hallway and having your thighs breeze past each other without touching. It will be flirtatious, and in the spring all the wind and flowers will just float right through the gap in your thighs. The way you walk will be graceful. Like a delicate angel, a perfect nymph that glides instead of stomps.

Imagine in summer when the aqua waves lap around your waist and nearly knock you over. Your flat waist will be perfect for holding when your friends or family toss you easily into the air and then into the cool water. You’ll wear a bikini proudly, any bikini you want. You’ll feel more comfortable tanning like a goddess when your stomach doesn’t roll around without you doing anything.

Imagine when as Autumn sets in and you think of your crush wrapped in a blanket with you, watching a scary movie together. His hand reaches around you and he can actually touch your other shoulder. He won’t be disgusted with the flab hanging off your limbs like dead weight. And if you’re skinny enough, he may even kiss you.

Imagine being perfect even in winter. While everyone else looks like walking marshmallows in their coats and scarves you’ll still be as small and delicate as the snow falling onto your hair. You will be able to leave little to no footprint in the snow, and they will all see you as a light little bird gliding across the blizzard.

Being skinny isn’t just for pictures. It’s for living without chains that hold you back by the skin, preventing you from having joy in your life. It doesn’t matter when season it is, there is always something that will be better if you are skinny. So don’t give up. And lose that weight.

Epsom. Salt. Baths.

My dudes, I accidentally discovered the greatest thing ever. After a particularly rough workout I was insanely sore like the weak ass bitch I am so I consulted Google for ways to help ease my muscle soreness. I was instructed to run a warm bath, put two cups of Epsom salt in and soak for about 20 minutes.

I have this weird habit of weighing myself before and after showers/baths because I’ve lost what little sanity I used to have. Anyways, did my thing and weighed myself before soaking for a bit then I got out and weighed myself after drying off.

GUYS I WAS THREE FUCKING POUNDS LIGHTER

I almost hit the floor I was so shook. I weighed myself live five more times and the number was still the same so I went back to Google because holy hell what magic witches brew did I just marinate myself in and how often can I do it

Turns out that Epsom salt is crazy good at sucking out water weight. You know that soft squishy weight that sits just underneath your skin? That. Apparently the magnesium in the salts helps draw it out.

Obviously you’re losing water weight and not actual fat but weight is weight amiright. You can still lose a good inch or two off your tummy/thighs quickly. So basically it’s the perfect quick fix for you if you have to be anywhere and are feeling extra self conscious. I soak about every other day now and honestly I am loving it. Oh and it makes your skin super soft too so

Hope it works for you guys as well as it did for me. Just remember to stay hydrated please. Go pamper yourself with a warm salty bath because because you deserve it āœŒšŸ»ļøāœØ

My go-to workout, especially after binging. I can do this in my room without anyone noticing even when my whole family is in the house.

Doing this twice daily will burn about 3.5 lbs a week, and it only takes around 15 minutes.

weight loss tips

1. You hear it everywhere but increase water intake (4 to 5 lit a day)Ā 

careful don’t eat a bunch of stuff and then expect the water to clean it off, it does not work that way.

2. Hot water with lemonĀ 

can be taken before/with/after meals but in an empty stomach works best

3. Green tea its savior, not with sugar or honey

4. Avoid: junk food, flours, rice, salt, lactose and sweets. Fact: the less you eat candy the less you crave them.

5. Reduce your portions, if you can get a dessert plate, those are smaller and are usually of the correct measure.Ā 

Careful: don’t fill the plate till it touches theĀ ceiling.

6. Stop drinking anything that is not water or green tea.

7. With a watch or with your cellphone timer control the time of you meals Snacks: 30 min

Meals: 45 to 60 min Drinks: at least 15 min if they are not water Between bites drop you utensil, wipe your face with a napkin, engage in conversation with your family/friends.

8. Three hours must pass between your last meal and you bed time.

9. Don’t reward yourself with food, your not a pet.

10. This is kinda sick but eat in front of a mirror naked.

11. Feeling a binge? Brush your teeth, look at thinspo, get out of the house.

12. Instead of saying NO to foods, think that you don’t care and you don’t want the food. Do something that makes you stop thinking about food.
